Hanna and Emily are the best there in my opinion. I have been all over South Sac. Its hard to find someone who works with ingrowns. I have only been going there a few months as the lady at my old nail place retired. I give them 5 stars!

For the first time I was in this place and I loved it !!!!. Tina did my pedicure, I recommend her without hesitation. Very kind, friendly and did an amazing job. She took her time removing the calluses and a very relaxing massage. I recommend pedicure # 2, you feel like in heaven. Gina did my manicure, the first time that I have ombre and I was really very satisfied. Thank you both for your job. Im ready for my wedding I ❤ my 💅.

I’ve gotten A lot of pedicures here and always great. But today not good. No cuticle remover, and I ask for it. No cuticle oil. Just soak, trim nails, leg lotion and polish. I will look for another shop.

Ive been going here for about 10 years, the friendliest bunch around. I recommend them to everyone I know. I enjoy going there, chatting and relaxing!!

Disappointed with my gel nails. Its uneven. The gel color sticks to my cuticle on all finger nails except my left pinky. The lady who did my pedi forgot to scrub heels with pumice block. The only redeeming quality is the friendly service or else I would have given this place a 1 star.

Went at 6:30 pm on 10/19/19 for a pedicure, they close at 8:00 pm.I asked the lady if they had time for a pedicure and she said yes. She called another lady from the back. I told the First Lady that I spoke with that my nails were kind of long and she told me that I would have to come back. I told her that it would be at leasst a 25-40 minute drive depending on traffic. I wasn’t even her customer.I told her that was a bad way to do business and they just lost a customer. In addition, I do tip very generously!I went to Fantasy Beauty Spa at Country Club Plaza and am totally satisfied.It would be beneficial to you if you Didn’t take your business to Elegant Nail, Hair, and Tanning.Fantasy Beauty Spa would be great instead.They do hair, threading, and waxing as well.They treated me really with class and have found a loyal customer for pedicure and hair.Screw Elegant!!They don’t know how to treat their customers right!!

Definitely do not recommend. Gel pedicure bubbled up after one day. Asked only for my big toes to be fixed but the guy who was doing it decided he would keep going even after I said stop multiple times. Didn’t bother getting them re done after that seeing he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Not to mention all the flies in the place...

Ive been having horrible luck with my nails. I went to 3 different salons which all promised quality work and they all failed. I came here on a fluke and was blown away. The lady was so into her work her face was almost touching my hands. She took her time and was very thorough. I was extremely satisfied!

The job they did was fine. I got gel nails. The reason I give it 2 stars is it was extremely frustrating trying to ask about their services because the gal could not speak more than a few words of English. I initially asked for acrylic nails; I wanted the powder applied to my own nails...well, she started cutting my nails to apply acrylic fake nails. I yank my hand away and said, are you putting fake nails? Using sign language basically. So I spent several minutes trying to make her understand I dont want FAKE nails. NO FAKE NAILS. So she says you want manicure with gel, and she points to the nail polish samples.. I said yes, just give me a manicure and paint the nails; I wanted to just get out of there at that point. Well, long story short, I had no idea that she was giving me a Gel process. I didnt know what Gel was and she couldnt explain the process and why it cost $30.00 I came home thinking I paid $30 just to get my nails filed and nail polish applied...I can do that!!! I do a great job painting my own nails. I had to research what the Gel process was because she could not explain it to me at all. She spoke NO ENGLISH at all. Im hispanic, Im not prejudiced, I get it, I know lots of people in my own family that speak terrible English - lol. But if you are going to run a business with staff that dont speak any English, they should at least have a hostess in there that can talk to the customers and tell the staff what you want done! They need an interpreter in there!! It was so frustrating because I dont know what the different nail processes are; Gel vs Acrylic vs Silk, fake nails or applied to your own. Its been years since Ive had my nails done. I just wanted acrylic applied because my nails are thin and they break often. She had no idea how to ask me what I wanted, and I could not explain to her what I wanted. Im going to find another salon where the staff can communicate with the customers.

Love this place! Been coming here for years! Nice, very friendly staff! They do their jobs awesomely! Deluxe Pedi is my favorite. Well now its summer of 2018, and the workers have changed.... And Not for the good! New people need more training and should understand more English. Got a Pedi yesterday and it was HORRIBLE! Toe nails are not even, cut my foot while sanding and I had to tell him 3 times to cut nail shorter! Very unsatisfied 😡

Never dissatisfied

I love their chairs but they suck. Employees are not all well trained. Ive had toe cut last time was in tears because i had saved my money for this and it was a terrible experience. Never massaged my feet for thr 45 minutes i paid for had to ask lazy lady just sitting there to take ober because guy in flannel didnt k ow what he was doing. Spend your money somewhere else.

Horrible. Ive been here multiple times to get my nails done, and they do the job as any other place, but when it comes to eyebrows; its a no-go. The lady did a poor and rushed job and completely ignored what I asked. I asked to wax off the stray hairs and give as much of an arc as possible, she merely brushed off my request, insisting that she knew what she was doing and did things her way. One eye brow is now higher than the other which should take about 1-3 months to grow in. Apart from that, one eyebrow is slightly thicker than the other, even though both were waxed very thin. I recommend not going there unless you like bad eyebrows.

DO NOT GO HERE! The reviews from 3 years ago are bad and nothing has changed. You wont get what you asked for because they understand no english and when you politely nod at something you didnt understand they claim you asked for something and charge you extra. I got a simpe acrylc set that took 3 HOURS she claims its because she took good care of me but then why is there chunks of acrylic under my nails and she tried to charge me 35. Never will go here again even though its closest to me
