I have been visiting Melody Nail Salon for the past three years, working with Lina for my pedicures. I mean, I’m not going to trim my own toenails like… you know, a _savage_! 🤣 The salon is clean, friendly, and relaxing. Recommend

Dee is wonderful! She gave me Halloween nails ( that are my natural nails) in gloss and Matt done with Gel polish. My gels lasted 5 WEEKS until they had to be redone. The price is very fair here! Staff is friendly, shop is clean. Will definitely be back here to maintain ( particularly with the holidays coming up!)

I gave this place another shot and I wish I hadnt. I dont know if he was angry about something but my hands took a beating. I was cut twice, my nails bent backwards and forcefully to the sides to the point where I had to tell him he was hurting me. He had a death grip on my fingers and had to tell him to go easy a few times. Not one of my nails are the same length and 2 are crooked. I will never go back..

I truly appreciate the work which manicure and pedicure specialist Summer performed for Esmeralda. I highly recommend this salon. You will receive excellent service and a warm welcome from the caring, expert staff.

This review is long overdue. I have seen Bella for about three years now. She’s talented and super sweet. She takes her time and is a perfectionist. I’ve always been impressed with how well my manicures and pedicures look, and how long they last (I get gel manis and regular pedis). I get compliments on my nails too which is a testament to her work . I love Halloween and this year I wanted to do something different (as opposed to a solid color or different color for the “party” nail). I am so happy with how they turned out!

Ive been getting my nails done consistently for the last couple years, and this is honestly one of the best jobs Ive ever had. The shape, color, everything, and she was super thorough with the nail prep so the polish is perfectly smooth. Wish i didnt live 4 hours away, or this would be my new go-to salon.

Recommending this place for pedicure...Getting busy close to 6pm.

Our family had an outstanding experience when going to Melody Nail Salon. We came into the shop as a family of 4 and we were all treated so kindly. Our pedicures and manicures looked great and everybody there was so friendly. Will return the next time we are in town.

I literally just left this place unhappy. I came to get my nails done, nope! Didnt happen. I wanted to get a gel manicure, full set. Both times I told the lady FULL SET & she ignored me. When she was about to start the nail polish, I asked her what she was doing, she said, going to apply the polish. I told her, No, no, no, this isnt what I wanted, I wanted a full set gel. She began speaking her language, then starts applying the alcohol and foil to take off what she did. I apologized to her for wasting her time. She then tells me someone else is going to do my full set because SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO PUT ON A FULL SET. 🤔Take my business elsewhere

I have been a loyal customer for 3-4 years and have always walked out being so happy. I will not mention any names because I still adore some workers there, but today was my last day ever going back. I got a gel mani and it turned out bumpy. I felt so bad informing the lady who did my nails (first time I had her do my nail) I spoke to her respectfully saying I feel so bad telling you this but look at all my nails I appreciate all you did for me but I unfortunately do not like them. I would stay for you to redo them but I have night classes. She just went off on me and gave me attitude. I understood we had a language barrier and that is why I made sure I told her I appreciate all you do, but I also wanted her to understand for spending $80 each time I go and go two times a week I do expect to walk out happy. Once again she was saying I know how to do my job, dont tell me what I do wrong. I said look you have other customers here and I told you in a soft voice and I am not wanting all my money back all I am asking for is maybe a $10 gift card. If I could stay I would but I have school in 30 minutes. She said I do not need your money and threw $10.00 at me. I was shocked that I was getting this service after being a loyal customer for almost 4 years. Now they have lost business for not only me but my friends and family. Therefore, the reasoning of me not ever going back is because of the way she spoke to me, I am the customer and if I am not happy I expect respect back. Bitter sweet one worker ruined the loyalty I had with two amazing women who work there.

Got a gel manicure which has a price listed online and in their salon as $25. When I went to pay, was told the cost was $30 because they “took my old color off”. Been getting my nails done for a million years and this is always included. Do they expect patrons to come in with bare nails? What about repeat customers? (this was my first time at this salon) Won’t be going back.

Nice people, great work. Its a little small inside, but they woke with what theyve got. Theyre speedy and efficient. My only reason for not giving a five star is that I was a walk in and told they could do a gel manicure for me & that it would be a few minutes. As an unplanned walk in, Im okay with waiting. Even if its a long time, as long as Im told. But there is a huge difference between a few minutes and over an hour. Beyond that, melody spa, and Bella specifically, were great. Just dont be like me...plan ahead better.

They did a okay job. My first time there, and Ill be back to see how the 2nd time turns out for another pedicure with a different person. I feel as if the lady kind of rushed my pedicure..

Ive tried this place a few times and everytime my nails start to come off within a week.

I have been here twice now for gel nails and have been delighted with the results. The prices are reasonable and the gel lasts at least 3 weeks if not a bit longer.

I loved my pedicure there until it ended with an infection of the nail bed. Now on antibiotics and hoping I dont need further intervention. This is the very first time in over 20 years of getting pedicures I have had an infection. It is extremely painful.

This is a beautiful place. I got a mani and pedi, and was able to try Gel for the first time in a very pretty Red. The Employees were super nice too!!!

Got a mani pedi. enjoyed my pedi, mani was a little rough but ok. Im usually a good tipper but i paid 45 for a mani and no massage, which im big on. So thats why i rate 3 stars, i was just rushed out.

Called in today to ask if they do acrylics or not and the lady hung up on me when I asked her to clarify some things since she had an pretty rough accent.
