I highly recommend Pamper. Just returned here for a pedicure after my gel manicure two weeks ago, which still looks great! I’ve now been with my mom and two girlfriends, we’ve all had lovely experiences here! The space is airy, you can find every color in gel or regular polish, and even the most basic pedicure package involves great massages. Cindy did my manicure and Như did my pedicure. Bonus: they have such cute pet videos playing on the flat screen. Also ask about their neck massages, $1 per minute.

I’ve been here several times and never really had a bad experience but today changed by whole opinion. The polish isn’t covering the sides on many of my nails, they are filed terribly and there is black all around my cuticles and on my skin. I called to tell them and they told me there is nothing that can be done cause I should have said something when I was there? Which I did but every time I mentioned something the nail tech gave me attitude. Excuse me but for $65 this should be nearly perfect and now I have to try and fix them on my own. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning! A consumer should never get attitude for having high expectations when you’re spending top top dollar for a service like this

Katie assisted me for manicure. She did a really nice job. She seemed very humble. I would greatly recommend her.If you are a regular customer, you will best service, that is what I felt.

Great job and I loved my pedi! Hot stone massage on my feet was incredible and I loved the way my nails turned out. U fortunately one of them broke after about 1 week. It came loose at the base. I’d go again but think I’m gonna try out another nail place first. Searching for the best so I can share all my experiences with you guys.

The women here are all very nice. I came here 2x now for the basic pedicures, I love that they dont hurt me when they massage my feet ( Ive gone to other places where the dig right into my shins, trust me it hurts). ALSO! They use brand new tools for each person and take their time painting your nails, will definitely be a regular!

This place is so unprofessional! This is the third time I tried this place and my two experience was okay, not great but okay . I called to confirm my appointment for Thursday and ask if they are able to do a nail repair . The lady is immediately became rude and start saying “I don’t know” I asked if I can speak to some who can tell if they can repair a broken nail and she ask if I want to cancel my appointment. When I told to no I want to know if someone can repair a broken nail and she hang up on me . I called to talk to a manager and she said she not here for a week.. I just cancel my appointment and hang up . But if you don’t like the services your in you should definitely change it .

Ive come to this location a few times in the last two months, and have gotten to enjoy a few dipped nail manicures, and just recently had pedicure. I really enjoyed the space, the product and they were really nice and friendly. Only thing is the last time I was there I felt a bit rushed with the hand and arm massage with their manicures (one of my favorite parts)I would defiantly check them out if you are looking for a nice experience.

I had high hopes for this salon because of the other reviews, but I am very disappointed with the service I received. I got a dip manicure, and within 2 days of getting my nails done several nails had cracked and broken off. The first time I went back they redid the nails with no hassle. But the very next day another 2 nails cracked and broke off. When I went back to get them redone I asked to have the entire set redone due to the fact that clearly the dip power had been compromised or not applied correctly. I had to argue with the owner and a nail tech named Amy for several minutes because they refused to redo my nails. They offered to redo my nails, but they said they would charge me for redoing their mistake. Amy ended up giving me a PARTIAL refund and I left extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.

Very unprofessional!!!Don’t use this place unless you want dip powder flying in your eyes, rude unlicensed manicurist. The owner does not want to satisfy the customers, she’s a crook for charging me but not completing the service. I had to walk across the street to pay an additional $75.

I rarely write reviews but I am frustrated with how I was treated here. I came in and asked for the basic Fresh Pedicure which includes a 10 min massage. I was offered a longer massage when first sitting down ($1/min) and said no thank you. Then later when giving me the massage the manicurist asked again about more massage time and I said “no, 10 min is ok.” I didn’t time the massage and was talking to my friend. Then when I go up to pay, I’m charged $45 instead of $35, which they claim is because I asked for a 10 min longer massage. I was confused and asked again and instead of respectfully listening, I was berated by two other women there and told that I did ask for it when I clearly didn’t. I feel like I was fleeced of $10. Which isn’t a huge deal, but this salons approach is clearly no way to keep your customers coming back. So if you go here, be sure to say over and over that you do not want extra massage time or they will keep asking and if you don’t pay attention they will try to upcharge you. I’m never going back here because it was unprofessional and rude.

Amazing service!!! My nail tech lady was very sweet and she definitely knew what she was doing. She couldnt do the design I originally wanted but she did something even better. Definitely will be going back!

I truly enjoyed my experience. Worth every penny. I got the basic gel Mani & pedi it was $72. They do charge $1 if you use your card. Christina was wonderful, very pleasant. Shop was clean and sanitary!

Great staff, excellent food

This was my first time come to this nail salon and was totally impressed, my nail tech was Amy I let her know I needed was to take off the set I had on from a previous nail salon that I got a month ago & a new set at that it took her an hour to get the set off the previous nail salon put so much colored acrylic on my nails it was rediculous and when she was finish with that I showed Amy what I wanted and it came out the same as on the picture and she was so detailed about my nail making sure what I wanted is what I was getting and it was more than I expected & everyone was so friendly & nice, this will be my nail salon from now on.

I decided to venture into Pamper after checking several online reviews and I absolutely loved my decision to do so. I am the worlds biggest Tomboy the last time someone convinced me to do my nails or feet was in highschool for prom and since then one other time. Its not something I care to do. YET I had a Gel Manicure done by Kim and a Gel Pedicure done by ryan and they went all out. Hot towels, hot stones, hand and feet massage, lotions & oils 😍❣😍 Feeling a little spoiled and I loved it. They were professional, gentle, kind and the music playing was upbeat and awesome. The puppy/animal T.V. station was so cute. Im relaxed and smiling. I will definitely be coming back

Love it! The dip manicure lasts me a solid 2 weeks. The spa is fresh and clean and the technicians are excellent.

Will never go back or recommend. Set an appointment for me and my friend. When we arrived they seemed put out that we were there as if we interrupting them. Then we were up sold on our pedicures and they offered refreshments to certain clients. The most unsettling part is that they wanted us to pay cash and we were told that they would charge us a fee to use our cards, but the ATM was free. I guess we didnt look like we were from the neighborhood.

They did an amazing pedicure on me and I will be back to get my nails done.

Miley is amazing!!!! Set an appointment with 2 of my friends after work and we all got to sit together and have a good time. Miley did my ombré dip and they are AMAZING- other nail salons told me I couldn’t do dip to achieve the ombré and also that my nails were to short for coffin shape but Miley had no problem doing it and actually seemed excited and happy to do it. You also get a 7 day warranty card for FREE repairs on your nails! Everyone is super friendly and the place is very clean and inviting. They do prefer you use cash but in no way push you to do so- they have a free ATM to get cash out or you can use your card for $1. I’m excited to go back.
