Bea is the best nail artist Ive ever had. She is not only talented but very creative. She also listens to you as well as making sure your natural nails arent messed up. After my nails came off 3 weeks later (3 weeks!!) My natural nails didnt have a single indent or line from filling. No hot spots at all either. She is amazing!!

This place is fantastic, I took my pregnant wife in to get a pedicure about a month ago, and today I brought her back today with our 6 year old to get manicures. The ladies that work her are so sweet and kind, and they do such an amazing job. We will be coming back here again definitely.

I received a dip manicure here. The nail technician did not know what they were doing and continuously layered on multiple layers of the dip powder. I was there for over 2 hours receiving the service. This was ridiculous, but I figured that at least my nails would last for awhile. This was not the case. Less than 24 hours later, multiple nails completely popped off. This was so frustrating, as I had guests arriving and wanted to look nice for them. The salon was very difficult to work with and only offered to fix the nail issue. I did not want to spend another two hours to get this repaired, I just wanted a refund. Finally they gave me a refund of half of what I paid. That is not sufficient, considering I now have to go elsewhere to have a repeat dip manicure. I will not be back.Do not get a dip manicure here!!

So great! I haven’t gotten my nails done since the start of the pandemic, but they made it feel safe and clean! My nails are still perfect after 3 weeks, only reason I’ll need to get a fill is because they’re growing! Such a great job.

Came in today for a pedicure and made an appointment a day before and had to adjust times last minute and they were so flexible and responded to my emails so fast!!! I got the lavender pedicure and the massage felt so good and the lady who helped me was wonderful! Was the first time I got anything done in awhile so was a little embarrassed but they looked great when I was done! Will be coming back!

She cut my nails way too short past the skin! Used the cutical cutter about 20 times, filed them about 10 times and soaked my nails in water 4 different times. My nails r not what i was expecting. By the end i didnt even want to ask about nail art. I was ready to just be done. :( i got gel nails

I went to this la fleur nail spa and the had good service but they cut my nails too short and it also has little air bubbles in them. Never suggested going to this place again.

They dont have very many colors to choose from which was definitely something I didnt like but they did my nails on my hands and feet very well. They are also a bit more pricey than the last few places I have been.

Tina is really good. Pretty attentive to detail when doing my pedicure. And gave me a nice nail design as well! Will definitely go back!

Great customer service. The people there so nice--people should talk to them more. They do an exceptional job and are highly skilled. My fiance is an MMA trainer and his feet get terrible. I take him here for a pedicure, and his feet look amazing!!!! Especially since he is always on his feet and they get damaged. They also use all natural ingredients in their products which is amazing!

First experience here was great so I decided to come back. Bad decision. I got a manicurist who did my pedicure and was was sooo rude! Rude at the moment that I came in- that’s when I should’ve left. I then had them do my manicure next and the manicurists stepped on my feet, tried to fix it by painting over it and then rushed me out the door before my toe she stepped on even dried. I came back the next day for them to fix it and I got laughter. I won’t be coming her again not for 60 bucks! Ridiculous!

Love Kim!! I scheduled a same day appointment and I showed up at my scheduled time and Kim brought me right to my seat and got started right away! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them,I got a full set of acrylic with a gel polish and she finished everything in only 40 min. and they looked absolutely beautiful!! What Kim doesnt know is that I have been doing my own acrylic nails myself for about 30 years now and occasionally I like to treat myself and go get them done. I always worry that when I go get them done that they wont turn out how I like the because I am a perfectionist when it comes to doing my nails but Kim NAILED it!!! She is awesome and is now my go to person for pampering! Thank you Kim!!!

These girls pay attention to detail and do a fabulous job! I am very picky when it comes to my nails, especially when my middle fingers and thumbs have to be straight and my shape is short, natural and rounded square. These girls totally get it. I think that, just like your stylist, you need to tell them exactly what youre looking for and these girls are understanding and pay close attention to detail. I have been going here for months and I wont go anywhere else.

I called this salon ahead of time to make an appointment. I asked to be paired with someone who was good at nail art. When I arrived, the nail technician did not smile at all and made me feel like a major inconvenience. I did not feel welcome. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails. She said, ok. When she started to paint my nails, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. I asked her if she could take the polish off the one hand that she started. She got unhappy and very irritated with me. She started speaking in her native language to her coworkers and im 100% sure she was talking negatively about me. I dont understand why. I was nothing but kind and polite to her. The shop wasnt busy at all, as it was a Monday morning so I didnt understand what the big deal was to add an extra 5 minutes to repaint a hand. Im upset because I called in advanced and specifically asked for someone who was good in nail art, I showed her a picture, and didnt get the results I was paying and was treated poorly. I still tipped her despite the poor treatment in hopes of her using the extra money to put towards a customer service course. I will never go to this salon again. I wish I would have gotten the nail technicians name. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I was referred by a friend to ask for Tiffany but she was with a client so I went with Mary and let me tell you, your nails look flawless, she gives you exactly what you want how you want it and walking out feeling pampered especially with the mini hand massage I liked she took her time i didnt feel rushed and if you pay cash you get 10% off your tab! Not a fan. The first time I went everything was ok. Their color selection was limited but whatever. I went back a couple of days later for a pedicure and gel color change on my hands. She cut my cuticles too short, she barely scrubbed my feet, she filed the skin on my fingers with her drill and charged me $20 for a color change! It wasnt the relaxing experience I was looking for.

I had a bad experience at this salon. I went to have a Dip in powder manicure, the lady that help me, it seems that she did not know what to do. She messed up my nails, and another manicurist had to step in to fix my nails. When she was filling she cut me. I will not go back or recommended it. They still charge me the full price with a 10% for being the first time client. I was there more than 2 1/2 hours.

Pedicures are timed for each foot, which is a great idea! Manicure was pretty original, basics were done.

Definitely not your 15 min pedicure and a kick out the door.

BEWARE! Terrible customer service from phan! Dont go to her! I made an appointment to get my nails fixed, and It was a complete 180! She treated me like scum! She was so rude, argued with me every chance she got! Schedule someone in my appointment time, was rough when redoing my nails squeezing my fingers and filing my skin. I was nothing but kind, when walking through those doors.. never yelled, not even angry I didnt deserve to be treated like that. I paid $40 for a fill, I just want to be happy with my nails. She told me to take a look at my nails now because she will not be doing my nails again. Then states I can come and see anyone else but dont ask for her, she spent too much time on my nails yesterday. I was never rude to her I cant understand why she would say that. She told me to write a review she didnt care about reviews, she has her clients. And begins to get loud and ask the girl next me if she was happy with her work and tells everyone in the shop she doesnt know why Im not happy. I just tell her I dont want to argue can she just finish my nails so I can go. But she continues to want to argue with me. I asked for someone else and she didnt want to get anyone else, she asked me if Ima let her do her job. NEVER AGAIN! She doesnt care about new business she will treat you like trash because she has her client base. Dont go to PHAN! Dont come here!

Im a Nail Tech turned Trucker Driver, looking for a professional nail salon with, a great atmosphere, good customer service, and Nail Techs who have mastered the art of doing nails. O MY GOODNESS! I FOUND EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR AT THIS SALON. I walked in needing a refill with thicker acrylic, and a polish change on my toes. Kim began working on my nails . She really is Great at what she does. She did not rush, she took her time, perfecting my nails. I was so happy with my nails, that I decided to get a pedicure too. It was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I received The Tulipan Spa Pedi. Ladies and gentlemen trust me its worth it to go and get a service from these ladies. I will be back every time in this area.

I love La Fleur Nail Spa! I have been a customer since 2012 and Minh is amazing! The other ladies as well....I definately recommend this salon.

Its a bit pricey, but the shop is decent and I get a good pedicure and fill.

Horrible experience my daughter and I went to get our nails done. When we first walked in I showed a picture of a set of nail and asked can someone do this? the lady told me yes! I told them I want a pedi and gel color change. So we picked our colors and I started my pedi as my daughter got a color change. The lady who did my pedi and color change did get but my nails were not done by her, they couldnt do the design so I had to change it after she finished my gel on my hands they were covered in bubbles! I asked the owner why?! And she said she did a mani?? I didnt ask for that! So the oil messed the gel Polish up she said. So after 75 dollars my nail look a mess and have to get them redone today! I do want to say after demanding for the lady that did my pedi back to finish my hands she did the best she could to fix the mess, gel was still connected to my skin and all over my cuticles! Thanks for trying to fix my hands! But I will never be back or send friends to this place!
