Staff was very accommodating and friendly. They did a great job. There was a women there getting a pedicure with her infant. Her baby wouldnt stop crying and one of the staff took the baby and walked him around cradding him. Talk about above and beyond. I was impressed and touched by the gesture. I definitely recommend this place. They even handed out bottled waters to the guest.

Had to pay an additional 15 dollars for my gel pedicure cause of county guidelines. Didnt look at my feet till I got home and saw on my big toe there was a bubble up of the polish. I was leaving town so I didnt have time to go back and get them fixed. My nails dont look too hot either. Now 2 days later and almost all of my toe polish has chipped off.

I came in and was seated and forgot about BAD SERVICE They are very rude and mis leading they will have you sitting fr 30motbefore they touch you

I just found out that the older vietnamese guy left. I didnt like him either. I got my nails done by Tammy, she did a great job! Helen, Becky and Amy are also good.

My lashes started falling off same day asked to come get fixed to response 45 bucks down the drain lost my bussiness and never use the same reply more than once that just bad business and lazy and doesn’t make a customer feel any better about the sits and u must be embarrassed a lot

This place is horrible...When I first walked in they gave me one price n one price only which was 30 dollars. I wanted very short with gel polish. They shot me straight to the little old man, who made my nails look like the Shrek Teeth. He was rough n cut my finger all up. I went home family laughed so hard at my nails. Went back n said I hated them they tried to send me back to him and I said hell nah. I will never go back there.

Called and asked if they were available to do me and my cousins nails at 2 they said yes then when we got there they said they had no opening because I didn’t make an appointment. When I showed proof that I call since I was told I didn’t they said they could do only one persons nails.

I went there to have my nails cut and cleaned she didnt give me what i had asked for however she put all these extra designs on my nails that i never asked for to charge me more..The tech took my eyebrows completely off i looked like a Cancer patient i guess some black girls had made them mad so they took it out on me...Then She had my eyelashes lop sideded thicker on one side and the tech used the same towel to wipe my face she drops it on the floor to mop up the water off the floor so you guys are using the Same facial towels for cleaning the floors. Im completely done with this place bad customer service they talk about their customers and do a horrible rush job and very unsanitary..

The men that work there are way too rough & if you accidently move while getting a mani or pedicure they man handle you & mug you. My nails were bumpy & too short for what I asked, its like he ignored me. The employees are horrible & they are talking smack about us for all we know. I definitely do not recommend this shop to ANYONE. Id be happy if they were shut down for their ugly personalities & customer treatment.

AJs has the best VIP pedicure & fabulous massage chairs. I get so many compliments about my eyelashes. Thank you, Helen for doing my lashes.My eyes didnt tear as they do with other technicians💞

Not very happy with final results. He asked how would I like my nails I said oval he did my nails pointed and uneven however he did work with me and he took off $5 . I was shocked because that was the first time normally they insist on full payment and then say see you next time. However I will go to someone else . I usually am I satisfied customers at A J Nails not this time. I went home and shaped then oval.

I had a nice competent worker but the service is very minimal, and charge extra for even the first polishing. Who does that?

If I could post 0 stars I would!!! I always go to the same nail lady and she’s perfect and cheaper I came here BECAUSE my husband booked me an appointment cause I was close to my job!!! I got gel on my hands and pedicure!!!! Not even a week and it’s pealing!!!! I gave a 10 dollar tip for both hands and nails and it looks like this I call to see if they can fix it and they say call the owner is Kevin and I have the wrong shop!!! They then hung on me refusing to give me a name!!! I’m all about support and helping local business but this is just ridiculous and Trash!!!!

The only thing nice about this place is the massage chairs. Both my daughter and i were hurt by the lady and man who did our pedicures. Ill never return and we definitely didnt tip them after hurting us. I really just hope that the open sore they rubbed in my foot doesnt get infected.

They are horrible i would never recommend this place even to my worse enemy. not even a day after i got my toes done with gel, they peeled off. i went back the next day to get them fixed. again they peeled off. i went back again and asked to get all of them redone and they refused to do so.

Don’t let the men do your nails! They don’t pay attention to detail at all! Today I went in and he didn’t file my nails he didn’t buff them nor did he wash my nails or have me wash my hands before he attempted to paint my nails, 3 of my nails are uneven! Don’t waste your time you will be highly disappointed! I continued to go because it would be hit or miss on the quality of service I would get but today nobody arrived to work on time, I stood outside the business for 15 minutes before a girl showed up! What kind of business is this?

My advise do NOT let the older male employee do your pedicure! I received the worst pedicure ever from him! I had to go back the next day to have it redone. You may want to try the woman employees.

Tammy did a wonderful job on my nails! And I wasnt over priced for a fill and gel polish $33.. compared to Sactown Nails who would have charged me $45 for the same exact service.

Professional and friendly

Place never really disappointed me. Except one time when I went, I got French tips and within 2 days the tips were turning brown, but I went back and they changed my nail color at no charge. Either way, this is my go to.

Great customer service. Did a great job on my nails and eyebrows.

My daughter keeps coming because its more convenient for her, but every time she comes within a week they have to be redone. Not the best place to get your nails, if your a busy person who cant come get their nails done every week.

Im a regular and I go there all the time came to find out everytime I told them to do my nails coffin they dont do it right . I normally pay for my lip and eyebrows 8$ for everything and the new girl charged me $13 I never in my life had to pay this much for just that . I will lot recommend this place or come back here ever again !!

I decided to give these guys a chance even though they had like a 2 star rating.... Totally regretted my decision.I went in so they could fix two of my nails that broke. The end result, horrible. Two ugly nails and they charged me $11.00.

First time here, ok so the chairs are super nice. Clean place, but thats about it! I ordered the Luxury spa pedi which is $35, talk about over priced for what they did. The man RUSHED through my pedicure and barely massaged me. He was done in about 15 mins! Shortest pedi ever! Then he rushed to the next person (mind you they werent even packed) and had a girl paint my nails. She was on the phone the whole time she painted my nails!!!! Smh. Never again will I come back...

Horrible experience there...the person that worked on my nails causeed my fingers to bleeds and cutted my fingers when sanding my nails. Dont go there. The Worker there are lazy and always rushing to finish.

Worse experience of my life! Never go there, I was cut, they got me for $25 for a basic pedi, as soon as they are done painting your feet they tell you to get up and pay, theres no where to dry your feet I asked they ignored me as soon as I paid they were done with me. I never had a pedi so fast in my life she was done with me in less then 30mins. It wasnt even busy and she rushed me up out of there. They have no good colors not even a known name brand paint. Horrible sooooo horrible Ill stick to where I go and thats model nails on Freeport blvd. best place to go for mani pedis. Great service, great colors and they are nice and dont try to get over on you.

Danny whos government name is Dung did my nails and I messed up my thumb, came right back to get it fixed and he told me to wait for an hour. I was shocked that he was all of a sudden so rude to someone who tipped him 5 dollars. I asked for a manager and was told that the manager was out of town. They are allowed to treat people who pay their bills like crap. I will never be back.

I didn’t get his name! But he’s an older guy & I hate his work!!! He left so many cuts on my fingers by filing my nails! & he didn’t clean my cuticles. 🙄 I have a messy paint job and burning hands.
