Had my nails done here yesterday and I got to say, this is my favorite nail place among all Ive been to in the past! Ive never loved my nails as much as I do now, each time walking outside Ruby Nails Salon. Rachel is simply amazing at what she does and shes very nice. Id recommend anyone to this nail place!

Atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Me and my daughter came in and got Rachael. She was phenomenal! I love her, I love her work, and when we visit Sacramento, this is our place!! Were so happy with the price, service and work.

This is literally the best place ever whether you’re getting your nails done or a pedicure. Rachel never disappoints with my nails. Seriously, every time I come in I think “ there’s no way she can do better than the last set” but boy am I wrong.. I’ve been coming 2 years now and I’m definitely not going anywhere else. If you’re looking for top quality, this is the place to go!

Walked into Ruby for a gel manicure. Ive read positive reviews about this place. I waited about 30 minutes before someone was able to help me out. Waiting was fine since I knew I was a walk-in. My nail tech was great. I didnt have Ruby, the owner, doing my nails but she was in the shop working on clients. Based on her conversation, as everyone can hear it, she sounds like a hilarious, outgoing person.As for the gel nails selection, they are more willing to do nail art than other places that Ive been to. I would go back again.

They had 3 people doing a Mani pedi for me as a walk in. Very pleasant and good massage. I had my nails drying for 25 minutes before my toes were done. Waited full 20 minutes more after toes finished to dry. Looked down at fingers, 2 major smudges... 45 minutes after finished. Thought I must have done it when it was wet and missed it. Just looked down at my toes, a small black mark in the paint of my big toe, touched it to see what it was, polish is still not dry. Created a whole new smudge! I left this place 2 hours ago! I tipped 25%, and fully regret it.

I love this little nails salon. Their technicians are so friendly and talented. They know how to make customers relaxing. My manicure and pedicure services took an hour and I would like to say that I absolutely loved every second because of the attentive and caring of my tech. She did very good job and made me feel happy.Glad to be here today and I will definitely come here next time.

Most relaxing nail salon. A true spa experience. Spa music. Quiet environment. Great prices. They take their time with pedicure and foot massage. Lena does a fabulous gel manicure. Vivian gives the best pedicure. I have been to several nail salons in Greenhaven and this is by far the best.

Such a beautiful spa. The ambiance just phenomenal loved the massage. But i did not like me nails or my nail tech. He was very rough, looked as if he was depressed the whole time & he ended up cutting me twice. Very disappointed with that experience. Next time i do go i will definitely NOT get that man, Ill just have a women do my nails.

I came in the afternoon and they seated me right away. I asked for a manicure and after it was done I absolutely love it. The lady that was working on me is very lovely and sociable. Her english is very good so its very easy to talk to her. Also the the salon is very clean and is kept well maintenance. I would recommend this salon to anybody.

Im very picky when it comes to my nails and this is the 2nd time going and I love the owner Rachel she is sweet and caring. I love the pedicures options every time I go I feel like Im with my girlfriends because all the nail technicians and the customers are talking and laughing together. I highly recommend this place!

I havent been in this nail salon in a while. I just came in for a Express pedi and I found out that is own by someone new. The new owner is very friendly and she conversed with her clients and very hands on. I notice that all their tools are sterilized and cleaner. I will definitely will go back and try a deluxe service.

Rachel is the best nail lady in tha salon! Everytime I get my nails done, she always greets me and other costumers when they walk in, she does my nails extravagant, and never gives ANY problems about anything whatsoever. She always makes the costumer feel welcome and very comfortable in her salon. All around, a great employee and boss!

Enjoy getting my manicure done here, the nail tech was just fantastic. She exfoliated my hand, filed my nails nicely, removed the cuticles without causing me to bleed once, apply the hand cream while massaging and painted my nails really pretty. Overall, her services is just wonderful.

First time coming here and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was peaceful, they took their time with my pedicure and didnt rush, they didnt try to upsell me every chance they got like other salons, and ultimately I had a good experience. Dont splurge often just anywhere and here I felt my money was well spent. Thanks Ruby Nail Salon!

Have been coming here since May 2017! Started off with pedicures there and loved the the moment I got one! They have different packages to choose from. From the basic to the extravagant. All within reasonable pricing! Then started getting artificial nails done by Lyna! She always does an amazing job. She listens to what I want and how I like them. She has made a point to know my name and what I like. Even asks about my son. Which I had to bring in one time, and told me it was ok and understanding when he wasnt on his best behavior! This will always be my nail salon!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. 70 bucks for gel on my toes and nails, a complete waste of money. ALL the paint started to chip in 2 days, fast forward 2 weeks I go to my regular nail salon; I couldn’t get the thumb nail off so they soaked & soaked and finally realized the nail was glued to my skin !!! She cut me when doing that nail & I pray I don’t get an infection. It sucks because you go to a salon to relax & spend your hard earned money and get this. Smh I’ll add photo of my nail to their photos I can’t do it here.

I LOVE the service I receive from Rachel! I told her specifically how I would like the shape & she did JUST that & gave her opinion on my nails as I asked! She did a BOMB job & i WILL go back! #newnailtech YAY!

I dont know why this place is rated 4.8 stars! I got a pedicure done wit a family member! The massage was so horrible that they were banging my top & bottom of my foot with a balled fist & her rub had no pressure, it didnt feel good. I couldnt even relax or go to sleep at all! The lacquer polish that was applied to both me and my family members toes, the polish was bumpy & they left the polish on our skin & didnt clean up! Arent nail technicians trained to clean up the polish off the skin?? And to make sure the polish isnt applied bumpy?? Idk the names of the two ladies who gave us service but the lady who did my nails was maybe in her 40s and wore glasses. Never again! Dont go here!

I came to this spa because I was visiting a friend and this happened to be one of the highest rated places near her. Overall the nail tech was friendly and accommodating. I called ahead to make sure they had time for 2 pedis at 3:45 & they said yeah. However my tech had a fill apntmnt at 4, which caused her to be in a hurry and a little agressive, & i think she skipped parts of the pedi. At one point she accidentally sprayed me all over with oil, on my dress & even on my face. Now at home, my foot burns, & i can see that the side of my foot is all scraped from over buffing :(

They are busy most of the time. Therefore, they tend to work fast, but with their skills, you wont have doubts. I wish they have like a price list for doing patterns though because I always want them to do it, but I never know what price to expect until I actually go in.

Went in earlier today for a full set, fiberglass with gel polish. About two hours later the skin around my finger nails started burning and hurting really bad.And to top it off two of my nails, my left hand, look like they want to start lifting on the side. I paid $40. I came here because they had good reviews on google. Lena did my nails. When I first got there it was slow. Then about 15 later it got busy. She seemed like she started rushing after that. Idk if maybe thats why I have such poor results. This is unfortunate, I really wanted to like this place. I wish I could upload pics of the bad work. I was able to load them up on Yelp.

Got my acrylics done by Cathy, my nails are uneven, already lifting after one day, and she sliced my pinky. Mind you that this was my first time getting my nails done, I couldn’t have known if something was wrong. My sister was the one that brought attention to how bad the job was. I’m very disappointed because these were my prom nails and 40 bucks. My money wasted.

Horrible service. My pedicure was a mess.

Popped in on a whim for a pedi. They have a variety of pedicure choices that are tempting and unusual in that they dont just add a potion or procedure and bump up the price a bit for each level. They are actually different and feature completely different scents and services. I got the midlevel one with grapefruit--the scrub smelled like lemongrass, the mask was minty and the final massage cream was a super juicy grapefruit. None of the products smelled cheap either. My technician didnt chat, which I appreciate, and she worked really hard massaging and scrubbing etc. All in all a really great pedi! And it just looks like any run-of-the-mill strip mall nail salon. My service was $35, they had cheaper ones and a more luxury one for $45 (I think) as well. Seems really clean; they have stainless footbaths so it would be easy to tell if it wasnt, all the tools were stainless and sterile as well. I dont get polish and am prone to pick up a fungus if exposed and all of my toes are still pink and perfect. Ill update if that ever changes.

This was the worst experience at a nail salon Ive ever had. I went here for my bridal mani/pedi, basically because Im 8 1/2 months pregnant and would have had a hard time reaching my own toes, and I wanted acrylic tips on my fingers. My very first pedicure, and a 4-year-old could have done a better job - I was afraid the lady was going to cut off one of my toes; she didnt shape my toenails hardly at all; she didnt cover my toenails completely with polish; and she managed to leave polish all over my skin. The acrylic tips are just as bad, sadly. I have two fingers that are now stuck to the tips because she didnt clean up the glue at all (both started to bleed when I tried to detach them myself); one of the tips is extremely crooked; there are air bubbles in the acrylic on almost every single finger, the thin line of glitter I asked for is not straight at all and is not on the border of the tip like I wanted (there is an obvious gap between tip and glitter); six of the tips are already starting to lift at the base after one day; and she left my cuticles in worse condition than when I went in. You couldnt pay me enough to return to this salon, and I will deter anyone who asks me where to go from even considering this place. I have no idea how they have such high ratings, honestly. Dont waste your time or money.
