Just gave this place a call after suicide hotline let me down, didnt realize it wasnt an actual crisis line. However, Monique, was happy to sit there and talk to me for as long as she could before duty called.Shes easily one of the best employees you guys have ever hired, her heart, attitude, and overall demeanor exceeded every single expectation I had.Monique, I want to personally thank you.You work for a residential crisis center, not a crisis hotline, however as you werent busy you took the time to speak with me.Because of this time you spent with me I have hung my knives and will keep my head up at least for a while, I was slowly but surely digging myself into that depressive hole and you threw a rope in and dragged me right out with your beautiful attitude, personality, and overall awesomeness. To any of the superiors from this location, this gorgeous woman deserves a raise. You can tell she truly cares from the second she answers the phone and it may have just saved a life tonight

This is a great place for anyone that is serious about stability and their recovery. All the staff is very helpful and great. I am beyond blessed and grateful for being here and will miss this place very much when I leave. The resources are there for those who seriously need and want them.

Peers were very sweet, but the staff is rude and disrespectful, they never wear gloves and they tell you that your threatening them by saying I feel like Im getting to the point of spazzing out if I do t get my anxiety meds, but I dont wanna get to that point they also mess up meds that were actually working out. They also dont let you have enough time to spend with family members. I would not stay here due to the disrespect and Uncleanliness.

Ive had a pleasant visit here with most everyone however the swing shift should take full responsibility when it comes to insulting the mentally ill instead of talking bad behind there backs. I let the other staff know if this continues im going to have to start recording it
