Safe place .if you need helpthey are there. Needed

They have helped a few of my children and our fellow loved ones, who are in need of mental health help .I even drove my then minor son to them, so that he can be assessed . They were a major factor on how he started receiving services .And I also just recently had been looking for my mentally disabled adult daughter, and thank GOD, that when I had called them, I was finally able to know that my daughter is safe, 👌🏿🌞🤗😁 thank you and may you all, always be blessed 😁.

Its been almost 20 years since I was on a 3 day hold here. I was treated like cattle. One of the staff got in front of all the patients before giving us breakfast and told us that we didnt mean anything to him. We were all peasants and he was king. Another thing That was quite disturbing was the smell. It smelled of urine and feces everywhere and the walls had ant trails everywhere. I was sad and depressed and not on medicine. Being there helped me realize that my situation wasnt as severe as i had thought. That doesnt mean that human beings should be treated in the manner in which we were. We should have respect and a clean facility. I have never forgotten my stay therr as it was truly a nightmare.

They are very belligerent and very unprofessional as well as uneducated to a certain point. I believe that the good stars are from the staff or just bots. I think it should be shutdown and or throughly evaluated. I believe if your serious about your mental health you shouldnt contact them.

My mother is missing right now may be dead and I was trying to find out if she was there after being cut off multiple time by staff the person I talked to was rude unhelpful and clearly couldnt have cared less if this is how they treat someone with a missing family member I hate to think how they treat their patients !!!
