Great school! Great place to learn practical self defense techniques. Master Nilo is a excellent instructor. He helps you to understand the Filipino Martial Arts, your capabilities and limitations. The workouts here are hard but not impossible.

We have been been bringing our 4 year-old for about two and a half months, twice a week. We are super happy--the teachers are terrific with the kids, Its great exercise, well organized, flexible scheduling, and my son loves it.
