Im only giving 3 stars because its well organized, clean and the class is well numbered. However the techniques were too basic, it wasnt practical enough, its too money driven, its not too fight oriented, theres too much kid black belts, and their sparring is too weak. They dont let you hit as hard as a mma guy or boxer or something

Creepy! Not really sure what their specialty is except the high pressure to sign people up into some costume party? I’ve taken judo & naginata in Japan for 10 years as a kid. This place is definitely NOT Martial Arts. It’s so sad to see children get ripped off by these people. It looks like a nice clean place but definitely not worth any consideration. Waste of time =(

Well trained and friendly staff. Best in the area. Both the kids and the adult programs are great and the offer Krav Maga, MMA and BJJ at specific locations. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
