I’m an Active & Fit member, which allows me access to this club EXCEPT for the fact that you can only get in if you have a special key fob outside of their manned hours. This is NOT a 24 club unless you have their special key fob. Don’t bother trying to go any other time than their staffed hours and don’t bother

So far the staff has been friendly, the equipment well maintained, all areas clean.

Nice small gym for a quick workout. Avoid peak ours in the evening if you like to use many equipment

I have only recently started going to the gym again, but I enjoy the atmosphere a lot more than I thought I would. I appreciate that the machines are often wiped down after each use and the lack of people who are out there to judge.

I love this place! I go in and no one bothers me. I never have to wait to use equipment. Its perfect because I wake up at 2 30am for work and get off around 2pm. Its 24 hours so if I wanted to do a workout in the early early morning I can and be able to shower for work if needed. Its really clean and office staff are amazing. Always willing to show me how to use their equipment when I am unsure. The two main office staff I see are Laura and this other lady (sorry I dont know how to spell her name) and always have treated me great. Would recommend anyone in this area to use this gym. I got my rate locked in for 2 years awhile ago and love it.

TANNING!!! This gym has an awesome clean newish tanning bed. The whole gym is so nice and clean and well laid out. The girl was cleaning and very friendly. Showers could use some updating for sure, but they were clean and big enough.

Waiting till you get open back again.

I love smaller gyms just because they tend to draw less people to them. I feel really comfortable being at this gym when I come in for a quick workout at night. You have 24/7 access to the facilities. The only drawback is that equipment is limited and some times not in great shape.

I used to go here! They open for 24ours so it was good and i liked working out after midnight!

I travel often and use Anytime gyms in a few states. I’ve never been to an Anytime fitness that was in worse shape than this gym. They have one rower and it’s broken. It’s very obvious they haven’t bought new gym equipment in years. They have four mats, all of which are filthy. They have almost no equipment that aren’t machines. Terrible anytime gym. They need to realize that bad management and keeping the gym in terrible condition will prohibit new business. I’m now going to the one ten mins down the road for the rest of my stay.

This gym is so so. I would give it more stars if they actually had a working key fob. I usually use this gym on my lunch break however it is not fun when your lunch break is consumed and not able to work out due to their key fob system is broken

Pretty good gym, its small but has most of what you need for a good workout. Accessing the shopping center is a bit of a pain and if you happen to want to go in the direction of midtown when youre finished, heroics are required. That aside, its a nice gym.

RUDE RUDE RUDE staff, terrible equipment, 2 changing rooms, they will cut your lock off of your locker the same day you put it on, parking is terrible. I feel like I could go on forever on why this place is terrible, and I hope this review keeps you from wasting any money on this HORRIBLE establishment. Please be advised there are 2 gyms within walking distance from this place that are substantially better, and have competitive pricing.

Very disappointed and feel I was scammed due to miscommunication of staff and the supervisor. My husband canceled my membership in April in person and spoke with a guy who was working in the office. Since I was not present I am not sure exactly what was relay, all I knew is that my husband canceled in person. On May 10th I get a call from the receptionist stating our debit card payment was declined (my husbands previous card expired and he had a new one issued). I made her aware that my husband had canceled in April. She stated to me that she had no record of this and that sometimes people say they cancel but do not. She wasnt accusing me of lying, she stated that she just had to make me aware of this. She stated she would leave a message for her supervisor with notes and I would get a call the next morning. Of course this did not happen. I assumed (big mistake) that they had straightened everything out, since I had not heard from them. Never assume! On May 21st I received a letter from ABC Financial, their billing company, stating I owed a balance. I called ABC financial and had to explain what was going on, they referred me back to the gym. Once again I spoke with the same receptionist, who confirmed she remembered our conversation and stated her supervisor would be there in the morning to call me back the next day. Never received a call. Surprisingly on Wednesday May 23rd my husbands account was debited. Weird since they were unable to charge the account before. I called on the 23rd, after finding out my husbands account was debited, and left a message for the supervisor. I admit I was extremely upset, since I feel they did this sneakily. I finally get a call from the Supervisor, Laura. I will admit at this point I was upset and was trying to understand why I never got a call and how they were able to debit the account. Laura and I went back and forth, and as mentioned I will admit I was trying to voice my opinion (no swearing or anything like that, but it was a battle of us speaking over each other) and I was upset. Laura said you know what, whatever then hung up. I tried to call back and to my surprise my call was being forwarded. Laura should not be in customer service. I asked a co-worker to call and ask to get a name for the person above Laura. My co-worker called and asked Laura, keep in mind my co-worker made no mention of my name. Laura gave the information for the branch manager, Jeff, and said Go ahead and tell Leticia (me) that it is okay for her to call him then she hung up on my co-worker. WOW. That is extremely RUDE. This women should not be in customer service. I went in person to speak with Laura, since she refused to answer my calls. By the way she stated the reason she didnt answer is because she was out to lunch. I started from the beginning on why I was frustrated, mainly because I never received a call back from Laura. She stated the receptionist said that when I spoke to her I was belligerent. I was surprised as myself and the receptionist had a normal conversation, she was actually pleasant, and we spoke twice. Laura said she doesnt call belligerent people back. Once again WOW. Laura should find a new profession if she cannot deal with different types of attitudes. I highly doubt the receptionist said I was belligerent, since I wasnt, I just think Laura doesnt want to deal with people. I asked Laura how long she had been in customer service, she said she used to be a manager at Nordstrom so for a long time, and I made a sarcastic comment that offended her, per Laura, so in the end she kicked me out the gym and said she was going to call the police. All because I told her she had horrible customer service. Communication is key and Laura has horrible communication skills.

Clean great music friendly staff . The other patrons are nice. The place has a good vibe

Its open 24 hours a day. I go about 5 a.m. and theres usually no more than two or three people there. Though it is a small gym it has everything my wife and I need to keep us fit.

It is a clean gym. I wish there was more equipment. Dont expect frills but what they have is adequate for fitness.

Good gym, limited bench equipment for people interested in weight training. Cardio machines could be better. Small location.

I train with Mike Malicki at anytime. I find the varying workouts different and challenging. There is a flyer by the front door with his information. A++

Its a good lil gym, but some of the weights are out of date/style. I gave it a low rating because it doesnt offer any group classes, which is what I prefer.

One of the better Anytime Fitness in the Sacramento area. Rarely busy and a myriad of equipment to make you sore.

Great to go whenever I want and main gym is reasonable clean. Some security concerns very early morning--seems like folks sometimes stay over night in shower room. Also showers not cleaned often. Shower curtains encrusted in mold/mildew and only replaced/cleaned after several months. Walls not cleaned, dust-dirt-webs hang from upper walls and ceilings in showers and baseboards encrusted. I wont even touch the shower seat from the looks of the underside, and if you move the bench in changing area, you always find dirt, dead bugs, etc. Mats in changing area only changed every couple days so accumulate dirt, etc. and often are soaked through if other users put them over the floor drain. I have left notes several times about cleaning--seem to be ignored.

Price is great!!!!! The trainers here work out rigbt behind u when your on the.bike. I put in a complaint in there can they have bye the door.I got a call from management. I was shocked cause I didnt leave my # nor name on the complaint. They tracked me down. with a call. I can only use the bike due to many herniated disc. The trainers are working out right behind me. Dropping weights, and I have to hear all the instructions before they start the work out. One needs there space and are YOU kidding me right behind my back. Theres so many areas where the trainers can go. Than they go .to the top of the gym and talk. Talk about there personal lives not training. Also, guys lifting way more than they can are gruntting dropping weights. I came to this gym cause its nice and small and just wanted to enjoy my work outs. Management has done nothing to change what I explained to them. Im not sure why they even called me. If this continues im out of their. Looks like the trainers have no regard for others. I understand they need a space but aloud so u have to put ur radio up to the highest level just so u can drown them out sucks. Also alot of there machines dont work that I. An deal with not every gyms perfect. I think its plz n rude that they didnt nt respect personal space.

We are new to the gym, but it is clean, close and has a good variety of equipment. Friendly staff and members, too!

Friendly staff, Really needs a second squat rack also parking sucks cuz the yoga place next door has classes of 20-30 people and they always have the parking lot packed
