Did a good job dry cleaning two suits and a blazer. Even got the stain off one of the suits. Job was done on time as promised. The only issue I have with them is lack of price transparency. No signage I could see or pointed out to me by the clerk that indicated costs for specific items like suits and add-ons like stain removal. So when I picked up my clothes, I was a bit surprised by the cost; it was quite a bit more than I expected.I don’t mind paying for something when I know what it will cost. Surprising me with it is another matter.

First, expensive $50 for a 5’ wide x7’ long drape sheer, I had 2, $100.Second, I picked up my sheer drapes, the attendant didn’t say anything, they just charged for the service. He never pointed out that my drapes were shredded, they had just attached a piece of paper that I didn’t notice until the day after. This was the first time I took them for dry cleaning and now the sheers are ready to go to the trash. They are completed shredded. What used to be beautiful sheers, now look at the pictures If I could give them 0 start, I would. I have sent an email to Swansons Cleaners, hopefully I will get a call.

Clothes were not ready on time. Staff didnt seem to care whether I actually got my clothes before leaving for an out of town trip and I might have to buy a new dress shirt if I dont receive it back in time. Still no idea when I will be getting my shirt back 3 days after I was supposed to pick it up. Will find another place next time I need something dry cleaned.

They did a great job with our bedding (comforter and embroidered quilt). I did a store drop off and received home delivery. The contact was seamless and home delivery was super convenient. I’m now planning to try their pick-up service.

Tried this place for first time. The clerk was very professional.

If you give them your phone number they use it to text you solicitations for reviews. Even after texting back to ask them not to. Otherwise, service is prompt and prices are average.

This place is amazing! My Grandmothers quilt had a stubborn stain on it and Swansons made it so that it looked brand new. My Grandma and I were very pleased. Highly recommend this place!

I don’t get my clothes dry cleaned often, but when I do, I always go to Swansons. They always do the best work on my items, even getting out some tough stains. Highly appreciate them, and their great customer service.

I had a non-woven canvas purse with a leather strap clean. There were a few oil stains on it as well. The purse came out remarkable. The leather strap was never touched. The color didnt fade out. I grew up using Swanson Cleaners and they havent failed me yet.

Brought in my brand new, never used down-comforter to be dry cleaned before use. (Because thats how I was taught to do things, wash brand new items before use) My husband and I looked at reviews for places all over Sac and this one seemed to have the best, despite the ridiculously high price. We decided to go here to make sure our new expensive comforter was done properly. MISTAKE. Upon pickup, I was so disappointed. I opened the bag before payment and Im glad I did. First, I was stabbed by a staple sticking out of the bag. Ok no biggie. But after I got the bag open, there was 2 bugs on it right at the bottom of the blanket. So I started inspecting it, in front of the worker mind you, and found more bugs, and hairs as well. Human hairs throughout and animal hairs all over. Like...cat or short dog hairs. Not sure which. Im terribly allergic to cats too so thats just..peachy. But regardless, the blanket came back dirtier than when I dropped it. It didnt smell pleasant at all, and honestly Im pretty bummed to even have had to pay anything for it. I had to ask for a manager to give me a discount and she offered me a measly 25% so I paid 45 bucks to have my brand new, expensive comforter dirtied. Not satisfied and wouldnt reccomend. Ill definitely update my review if the manager makes it right but I dont see that happening.

It’s not the cheapest but they do a quality job with each piece. I love the free pick up and delivery. One less errand I have to run

I spilled wine on the bougie comforter my wife just bought for our bed and she had the look that no husband ever wants to see when she found out..I tried using a wine away product that really just made it look more like black mold took over! My stomach just kept dropping further into a pit of despair and “the look” continued to intensify..that’s when I knew this was out of my control. So I looked up the closest dry cleaners around and they had poor reviews but Swanson’s stood out among the rest and now I know why! They saved my toosh! When the comforter came back I was nervous and excited to see if my black mold looking winetastrophe has been redeemed..and it was!! My wife and I are going strong again and I give a huge thanks to Swanson’s for that! I would’ve still been in the doghouse if it weren’t for you! Thank you! Moral of the story, don’t fall asleep with a wine glass in your hand..but if you do Swanson’s has your back!

I brought in serval pieces for a trip I am taking. All the pieces, one dress, two jackets, and one long shirt with beading all came back beautifully. Spots I had were removed. The best part, the paint on the buttons on my black jacket paint had pealed off, and they painted them over looking as they did when I purchased the jacket. I whole heartedly recommend this establishment.

They wanted to charge me $8.95 per uniform shirt. I left went to the parking lot and googled other dry cleaners close by since Im new to the area. I found a couple cleaners charging $2.20 - $2.95 per shirt. I immediately went back inside grabbed my shirts and told the employee they were over charging more the triple per their competitors.
