I contacted Cleaners in action to clean my house in the Natomas area and I spoke with Arnold and his wife Mary to give me an estimate because I had already contacted other companies the prices were to high they gave me the best price for a deep cleaning service he seen that I had various items in my garage like my tv and beds also my children’s beds and I asked if he could help me to move my things to the other apartment in the Carmichael area but I told him I wouldn’t have enough money but if I could pay him later and he said yes he would help me haul my personal things in his truck something he said he never does but he said if he could send me a text where he said that he would charge certain amount for moving my things but he doesn’t accept any negotiation I said that was okay. My husband Mike and my kids are very thankful with Arnold and Mary and I just wanted to let them know that I am very satisfied with the cleaning service they provided me with they are very honest people I will definitely be contacting them to clean my apartment once a moth from now on Thank you Arnold and Mary God bless you !

Arnold and Mary are great! They are very kind and trustworthy, as well as punctual, and a real pleasure to speak to. They do a great job of the areas which I especially need help such as the ovens, the bathrooms, showers, and tubs. It looks like they do a good job, judging by the reviews and thats why I called them. But I wouldnt know. I called Cleaners in Action to get a quote for a move out cleaning. A guy named Arnold came to the house and was proud to tell me that he was from Venezuela and the owner of the company. We walked through each room and he shared his knowledge of cleaning and stated that he could clean the house well enough to possibly get my full deposit back. As we walked through the house it seemed that he became more comfortable and started to tell me that he liked my personality and eventually stated to hit on me and tell me that he really liked Filipino women. He continued to tell me how pretty I was and I asked him to stop. He began to talk very inappropriately of his marriage and attempted to grab my hands a couple of times. I had no idea where this was coming from. I could not believe that this was happening.I was just trying to get a quote to clean the house. I finally agreed to pay him $460, to clean the house, in a desperate attempt to get him out of the house. He appeared so excited and asked me to keep his number for later. Arnold is so UNPROFESSIONAL and CREEPY!. Im sure his wife does a good job cleaning but I do not trust him and I ended up calling him shortly after he left to cancel the appointment.Arnold, note to self: When a person says they are not interested take it for face value! You are disgusting and creepy! I did nothing to give you any indication that I was remotely interested in you or your services after hours.LADIES BEWARE! I PERSONALLY WOULD NEVER CONTRACT WITH CLEANERS IN ACTION. I HAD TO THINK FAST TO GET HIM OUT!

Cleaners in Action are great! This was my familie’s first time using their services and they were so detailed and efficient with their work. All we asked for was to clean the bathrooms, stove, and oven and Arnold and Mary cleaned the hallways, kitchen, and vacuumed floors. We will definitely be using Cleaners in Action in the future; you will definitely get your money’s worth!
