The men who helped me did an amazing job! Paul, Anthony and Rafael were all very helpful and careful when it came to my things. They were patient as well! Amazing customer service! I recommend them to anyone who is going through fire damage or any type of damage to their home! They even went as far as unclogging my drain when it was pouring. Perfect job!

Jose came out and did a fast evaluation of the initial water damage report. Then he came out with a few workers and dried all the walls and floors. He kept us informed through the process.Everything went smooth and it all was done fast.

Excellent work by Jose our project manager. They came in after another company almost ruined everything and turned it around. Kayla at the office kept us informed and happy with her scheduling. Anthony and his wizardry with their fact gathering tools. But Jose is the star here. Professional, friendly, informative and great with his helpers. You can always tell quality people by how they treat their staff. He doesnt order them around, he mentors all of them with respect. Very old fashioned way of doing things that I wish everyone would follow again. I cant recommend this company enough. They gave my wife and I peace of mind, and a mold free house back with minimal disruption and cost. Cant find a thing to complain about. Everything was top notch.

Unfortunately, my house flooded. I worked with Kayla and she is amazing!! She took care of all my needs and was very responsive. SERVPRO cane in right away to do an evaluation, sent the information to my insurance company and set up an appointment to pack out my house and take to storage as fast as they were able to. My property is still in storage with them while my house is repaired. I am sure I will get the same great service when my items are packed back in.

Waking up to water dripping from the ceiling from my upstairs to the first floor was one of the scariest moments of my life and with my house. Thankfully they were here in no time and put my mind to ease jumping right in to get everything fixed and back to new before I knew it. Could have asked for a better team and company and would definitely recommend their services if anyone else finds themselves in the same situation.

Id give Sam and his crew 6 stars if we could. We had a house fire and the day after the fire we were a mess. Sam came in, recommended by our insurance, and talked to us calmly and clearly about the work theyd be doing, and then did every single thing he could to help us prepare for what he knew was in store for us. He personally took home kitchen items that we use frequently (and other household items) so he could get them back to us to help us feel more comfortable in our temporary housing arrangement. He hand cleaned several paintings to make sure they werent damaged as they removed soot from them. He was quick to answer any call, and always reached out to us if he had any information that he thought would be helpful for us to have. His crew was incredibly nice and did great work, and Sam himself is just an amazing person to work with. I hope we never need his type of service again, but if we do, hed definitely be the first one wed call and wed highly recommend his company and team to anyone else who needs extensive clean up.

My clients had water damage in their home and the staff at SERVPRO North Sacramento were at their door promptly with air movers, and cleaning supplies. They had an immediate plan on solving the problem .The team that showed up were well trained professionals, they took care of the damage, cleaned up the mess, and cleaned up after themselves. They were extremely knowledgable about environmental hazards, building engineering, containment cleanup, mold and moisture control.Sam and Hiba, did such a great job!! My clients home was on the market during that time and due to the storms their home had a roof leak and there was some flooding in the property..They were able to fix the damage and honestly the home looked even better then it did prior. Sometimes, you worry that when a disaster hits.. everyone is out to get you because you are in need of immediate service and can be taken advantage of. If thats your fear, call these guys and you have one less thing to worry about. I will continue to recommend their services as they are very good at what they do!
