Anthony did a great job at detailing the interior on my work truck. The tools that I carry inside my car sometimes leak oil, gas, and dust particles. Anthony at HQ Wash were able to clean my interior and get rid of foul smells. Will be returning in the future.

Total scam! Bait and switch!! I bought the Groupon deal three months ago. Thats how long I waited for the appointment. First thing they did was tell me that the tint they use will cause audio feedback buzzing and will last about a year and a half... But I could pay to upgrade!! I have never had anyone try to upsell by selling how inferior their standard product is. Then another guy asked if I planned on keeping my car for longer than a year... Because the tint begins to show signs of being compromised at about that point. My car still has the dealer plate... I just bought it. Yes... Im keeping my car longer than a year. Spoke to the owner... Tried to upsell me. No compassion. No compromise. Very dishonest business.

Polite, fast same day service. The Groupon I purchased was a little misleading as I didnt realize my 2 back mini windows (the panels that dont even roll down)counted as a window each. Ended up spending more than double what I expected, but the gentleman that helped me did apparently help me out with a discount of sum sort.

The location and the facade of the business leaves a lot to want, but the service, and the gentlemen who run the business, makes up for it. Theyre young professionals who do not give you the run around, but are explicit with the service they render. Exceptional quality as well!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Bought a groupon for their tinting service and I call to make an appointment and they tell me it’s going to be 3 months out. Mentioned nothing of this on their ad. Then when I requested a refund the guy on the phone hung up. This is a sneaky non professional business I would definitely stay away from. There are plenty of other tint shops in Sacramento that are quality places!! STAY AWAY FROM HQ AUTO CUSTOMS!!

So I brought my car into this shop on Saturday and it turned out to be one of he best experiences I have ever had. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to get me in and out within a reasonable time allowing me to enjoy he rest of my weekend. Will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I was very happy with their knowledge and assisting me with what kind of tint would be best for me. Very nice waiting room. Would definitely recommend them.

Got my rear windows tented and it looks great. I was in and out in a short amount of time and waiting area was super relaxing, even got to wait inside with my little dog. Price was extremely reasonable as well. Great customer service and will definitely be bringing my car back to tent front windows.
