Great service! This was my first time ordering a party bus. From the beginning, their customer service was reassuring and very responsive. When we called around for price quotes, The Limo Company Party Bus had the best & affordable rate going! customer service rep and he was able to answer all my questions & address any concerns. Made me feel very comfortable!we were VERY pleasantly surprised when they sent over a bigger, upgraded bus to pick us up! I was expecting the smaller bus for 14 people you rented for a night and we were excited about it.Last thing is the driver. We were lucky enough to get an accommodating who picked us up promptly and provided optimal customer service!Overall, it was a smooth and really fun experience. Couldnt have asked for a better party bus service! :)
I wanted to tell you that we had a great experience on your limo on Saturday and Richard was a great driver. My friends kept going on and on about how they have had drivers that just were not as nice as Richard l and they wanted his business cards to use him again in the future, thought you should know so you could commend him. I was trying to find something to do for my moms birthday. We wanted to rent a limo for 8 people for a Wine tour to Napa Valley. So I started looking for limo companys. The best one I found was these guys! They did not disappoint! The driver was so nice and professional. The limo was so nice and clean! We had a great time and would use these guys again!!
I always use this limo company when Im in Sacramento and its a pleasure to ride. My limousine driver Ben took care of me, carried my bags and drove safe and smooth to my destinations. Great service and rates as well, for the quality standard that they provide for transportation service.
I organized a bus through The Limo Company Party Bus back in the summer for 14 friends for the Outsidelands concert and was very impressed. Every other bus service. our driver and was very communicative as well as patient when waiting for all 14 of us to make our way to his bus. The flat fee was straight-forward and didnt come with any additions, which was relieving. The bus was also incredible and had a great sound system. I would highly recommend this bus service if youre looking for a bus that is actually as impressive as it is advertised.
All I can say is WOW.... this company is a 10. My driver Jesse was EXCELLENT!!! We went to a few clubs in San Fransisco in the excursion limo and was a very comfortable and stress-free ride. Could tell he was a very seasoned driver. Will definitely be using them again. He got a big tip from us. I totally recommend this company for all your Limo needs. Cant beat their prices!!!
I ordered 4 limousine pickups and dropoffs for a couple VIPs to our company. Everything went smoothly, and I even received compliments of arranging the fast and excellent limo service for them. Spoke with the owner, and we will most likely be needing and choosing their services again. A very great job!

I would like to redeem my Amazon Local Voucher for a Three-hour local brewery tour for up to Six, before it expires. I will gladly adjust my rating in the future, if warranted.
Another disappointed customer from Living Social, but the owner of this business is not the bad guy some folks are making him out to be. Alex actually was quite accommodating when I explained my predicament (no limos available on any voucher deal on the weekend). Although there were no limos available, he offered to send a suburban. I cant guarantee it will happen, but I am willing to give it a shot. He even said he would let it be taken out beyond 4 pm (when all the limos are due back from any wine tasting adventures.) Thanks, Alex; lets hope this works out. Reserving one star just in case-happy to make it five star if the driver actually shows up.
Very disappointed with the customer service trying to get a reservation made using the Wine Tour Groupon. Was asked to email the request, never heard back. As date approached, called to confirm, they did not have reservation. They gave us a courtesy 60-day extension, but then when trying to reserve a date were told it would only be good on weekdays, no weekends. The courtesy extension was a joke to begin with, since the reservation not being booked was their error! It should have been a courtesy reservation on any date!!Poor communication on the phone and poor communication via email.Would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
My experience with The Limo Company was great ! Rizzo was our driver for amador wine tour and he did an awesome job !!! He was very experienced with directions and info on the wineries ... All in all i commend The Limo Company for competitive pricing and great service .
We bought this deal on Living Social, which seemed like a fun adventure. When we finally (after 2 months) got it set up we were told the voucher (a total of $71) didnt cover the entire 3 hours and we had to pay an additional $76 dollars. Ok, no big deal. Then the guy tried to up sell us an additional hour for $93 dollars. By then, I was irritated, because we couldnt do a weekend and every time I called the system was down. I felt is was hinky, but decided to forge ahead and just do the 3 hour deal.Today the limo driver showed up. He was late, about 15 minutes. He didnt introduce himself at all. When we went to pay for the $76 dollars, we were told there was a $15 dollar fee to use our card. We fortunately had enough cash between the four of us to pay the fee. He also didnt carry any change, so good thing we had the right amount.Off we went, the trip took a LONG time, since the driver drove so slowly most the traffic past us. When we finally arrived at the winery, he opened the door and said we had about 15 minutes if we wanted to go to another winery. Ok. We went in, tried and bought some wine, about 25 minutes. My husband went back out and he told us that was it, we had to go back, we were out of time, unless we coughed up another $93 dollars. We decided to go ahead, since we just got there. The extra hour allowed us to visit two more wineries per the driver. We went to the two, bought more wine, and had a good time. For a $100 bill, the driver didnt have change, so he kept the $7. Strange, since we paid in cash the $76. And he said the company didnt allow them to carry change, which we did not know.On the way home, he informed us we were now 30 minutes over the hour we paid for. He was driving again, very slowly. He did not acknowledge the fact he was late to begin with. When we returned to our house, we had to pay an additional $45 dollars. We did not include a tip, since this was in the added $76 dollars we paid on top of the voucher.Overall, the wineries were great and we had a lovely time. We were NOT happy about being nickel and dimed every step of the way. This company was not upfront about anything from the very beginning. The driver, while not rude, did not engage with us, give us an itinerary, nor tell us time limits. It was not a good experience from that stand point and we were very disappointed with the experience with this company. I would not be surprised if you hear other negative feedback from other customers.
I had a similar experience to Al Baileys review from last week. I purchased a LivingSocial three-hour tour. When I called to make a reservation, I was told he was not scheduling ANY three-hour tours, the minimum he would book with that voucher was four hours, with the additional hour would cost me another $154.00.It was not a question of whether there were any dates available for a three-hour tour, because the voucher was valid through January 2014. When I asked for any available date for a three-hour tour, he responded You are not understanding me, I am not going to book ANY three-hour tour, you have to purchase additional hours.Unlike Al Baily, the Limo Company would not even book a reservation for me. Fortunately, for any of you Groupon or LivingSocial buyers, I simply notified LivingSocial about the Limo Company failure to honor, and they refunded my money immediately, no further explanation needed.Warning, do not use this company.
