Sams Towing & Transport is Great. Ive been there multiple times to pickup cars & have Never had any issues. The Gentleman has always had a good attitude & doesnt waste any of my valuable time. Which is very much appreciated. The Lot is a bit small but kept very clean, organized & appears to be very safe & secure from the overly curious without permission to be in there. I definitely have no problem recommending Sams Towing & Transport to friends & others.

Second time Ive used their service and was not disappointed. The rate I was charged was fair, other companies were charging way too much for a 13 mile tow. The driver Lou was very friendly from beginning, treated my car nicely and myself as well. For sure I would use them again. They kept me updated in the ETA of their driver and he showed up within the time frame I was given. Dispatcher I talked to on phone was very attentive and gave me needed information.

Nice guy who works there, but feel like its robbery that you cant retrieve your vehicle on the weekend. Luckly Im not from out of town and wasnt being held hostage bc they dont want to work after hours on the weekend. Im sure if there was a pick up for a 30 day hold they wouldve been there, but not for their everyday working customers.

Well its like this I gave one of the boys there $300 up front on my towing belt and didnt ask for a receipt a week passed I went back and he pulled the $300 out of his pocket and said where do we go theyre up front and I appreciate them thank you

Appreciated how fast they got there. They were sent from my insurance company. I didn’t catch the guys name but he offered me some suggestions on where to go for parts and was nice when I was having a stressful weekend. Date of service 01/06/19 11:02pm.

Stole my $200 dashcam, all the spare change I keep, and clearly rummaged through my car. All they said is they dont remember what happened... These people are thieves!

Wanted to charge insurance company thousands of dollars to tow 1 car from Merced to Sacramento...obviously this company was not used.Bad news.

I Vincent Martinez had a bad experience with the tow yard the people who worked there were not very friendly and entered my car without my permission when I went to clean the car out of my belongings I noticed my tools were missing upon other things when I asked how to file a complaint they were not very helpful at all date of service was 9/19/2019

No onsite parking, staff is friendly, understanding and patient.

At about 2:10 this afternoon an employee of this towing establishment was driving very reckless down highway 80 just before the 99 south on ramp.he/she was driving on the right side off the highway to pass cars and truck.the flatbed tow truck did not have there flashes on to indicate that they were headed to an accident,breakdown,or just a plain tow.very poor judgement on the drivers part!!
