Its a storage place. Not much to tell other than its very nice storage facility. My unit does gather a large amount of dirt so to be safe cover your things with plastic. The people there that run the place are great, very nice people.

We would say a very very good customer service we received. Property is clean & easy to access to the (Right by exit Winters off of I80)We would definitely use them again!

Extremely friendly management that remembers your name and tries to assist you with outstanding service. Reasonably priced units make this a place to check-out when finding a suitable storage space for your stuff. I loved the high tech locks that made my unit nearly impossible to theft as there is no dangling lock for thieves to cut off and get in... very smart!

The managers are so friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. Its not just a job to them. I have to say Ive been to a lot of storage unit auctions but here the managers make it so stress free and really care about their tenants. They are one of the very few places who actually keep the personal papers for their tenants when their units go up for auction. Other places tell you to dispose of them. I would rent from them. Clean facility. Right off the freeway.

Weird to say... but it’s probably the most beautiful and scenic storage facility I’ve ever visited!! Very fair pricing of their units and the owners are both very lovely!

This place is awesome. Excellent staff, Kai is wonderful to work with. The facilities are very clean and well kept. People complain about mice, but we didnt have any issue. Make sure to follow the No food rule and you wont have to worry about vermin. My husband and I needed a storage place on a fly and they were there to help. Other places tried to take advantage of the prompt necessity for storage but Big Oaks never intimidated us with price gouging. Big thumbs up!

How to storage hair it was nice the people in the front or nice they very respectful and I love the dogs its a very clean place I would recommend people to be here and place their stuff in their hands cuz they do take care of your belongings and they not go through your stuff they make sure youre well taken care of

Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is security gate controlled. The isles are wide for larger moving trucks. A little moisture on the stuff inside the storage and I did notice some droppings from an some sort of rodent. They are a little pricey for the location and the amount of transients in and out all day is a little unnerving...

Its very affordable, in a good location and the staff will bend over backwards to make sure you have a pleasent experience. Very clean and they will pick your belongings up in a company truck free of charge so theres no need of a rental truck they also supply a hand truck and a dolley for your convience all you do is load the truck with your belongings and unload them at your rental unit in the time you schedule. You can rest assured that your belongings is safe and secured at this site security is a special feature here. Ask about the specials they have like first month free rent..

I used to like it a lot but now they have new owners who are not as nice as Larry and his wife they were so sweet.i have always used that storage but if I have to use a storage again it wont be there

Well I got to say from personal experience was not too good here my wife has a storage here staff is rather lacking any attention on their customers they are really focus on yourself or whatever theyre doing but we have had a storage here for a while if you problems about getting in on the weekends and oh no it wasnt that good of experience so I would not put my recommendation down for this big Oaks Mini Storage

This storage company is the worst (ugh!). I had my items in an outdoor storage unit for almost a year, moved it out, and found RAT POOP all over/inside of my things, and they destroyed a lot of legal documents that were very important. SMH! They need to at least go down on the prices if theyre not going to pay to get rid of the rats that are damaging peoples items. I will never get a storage unti from them again, and I will be writing several reviews about this company. They want peoples money, but cantt protect the peoples items. The only reason why they get 1 Star is because if I didnt select it I couldnt post it SMH.

Horrible all of my stuff is ruined rat poop and pee also my storage was broken in to i should recive a free month also this happend during the free month they gave me for not letting me know they were uping the monthly charge !!! Very unhappy ! I dont know if my stuff was stolen ! Then need cameras everywhere!!!
