Great customer service, I’ve been here since 2015 and never had an issue. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Excellent management and great prices. It’s always clean and the security is great.

I have been at this location for 4 years. The staff has always been professional and courteous, however now I have AWESOMENESS. Katie is my favorite. She is always willing to help, but maintains her professionalism at all times. I love interacting with her especially.

The 5⭐s are for the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. However I would have to give their corporate office 0 stars for their policy on pro rating.You have to pay for the WHOLE MONTH,and will notbe reimbursed for the remaing days. This happened to me,even though I was to move out of my storage unit in 3 days,I still had to pay for the month,so be aware. Other than that, it is a very nice,safe & clean facility.

Perfect establishment

Mike is a very kind and helpful person. The storage is very clean, especially the unit. The security is really good and they have climate controlled units. The prices are really reasonable and they give good deals.

I went into my storage, I thought this place was climate control! 😪 everything is damp, dusty, spiders🕷 spider webs, mildew, mold. I guess now I have to downsize some more and Rebox with undamped sturdy boxes 👍

Moving my stuff into the unit was a very easy and pleasant experience with the wonder staff at this location. Not to mention being able to use the truck for free!! There were a lot of choices in storage facilities, so picking one took some time, but Im very happy I picked this one.

My experience was a good one... the lovely lady who helped me out was Jillian she was very helpful and caring I recommend she gets a raise and/or promotion.... but I had moved out for personal reasons but when i get got back it was all the same experience all over again this time the lovely lady was Ameena very helpful I highly recommend this storage place

Horrible customer service!! I would recommend you rent a unit where respect is a requirement. Today I was yelled, disrespected and then after I left the office the manager followed me out to my car to continue an already tense conversation. I’ve been trying to stop in to make my payment but there is either a note on the door that they’re away from the office and to call the office number for assistance, To bad they don’t answer their phone. Or the door is just locked. We will be switching to a storage company that has doors that work since I was told he couldn’t be held responsible for the fact their door is broken and doesn’t always open.

Good price for a climate controlled unit. All employees who have helped me have been very helpful.

In 10 years I have never had issues with this place and have referred several associates. But since late last year, it has been awful. No calls back. Lied to numerous times. Lack of customer service. However, positive my response wont generate a call from the district manager or owner which I have requested numerous times.

The surrounding neighborhood of the storage unit is very nice looks safe as well as the good gate that they use is automatic the storage units are very clean and have lighting available Amina is the woman I work with was very polite and attentive and answered all my questions I was pleased with the service and the price I was given

I had at minimum five storage facilities within a 2 mile radius of where I preferred to be and LifeStorage at 8740 Calvine Road offered the best deals online and convince had all paper ready when arrived the next morning could not ask for anything better thus far. Was also clean when inspected ready to go.

Have a storage for year and have had no problems.

Better priced than other similar storage b/c of a promotional pricing. Friendly staff

The Storage Rep Samuel Hinkson was so nic3 and so clear about everything. This company has a great asset representing them. The price actually be at alot of others by a landslide and they have a starter kit for boxes under $25. Call and ask for Samuel
