The place is nice cleanly kept and the rates are pretty reasonable.

Ive had my belongings stored here (in several units!) for going on twenty years. I feel as though the management is almost like family; very friendly, fair, and accommodating, and seemingly always glad to have me sit down and share the news. This facility is smaller, compared to others, and has a cheery atmosphere, which stands in stark contrast to the dreary corporate-owned facilities (you know the ones) that feel more like youre visiting a state prison. Paying the monthly rent is almost a pleasant experience--almost!

Been at this facility since 2002 with changes in management. The are always improving. Very nice and helpful.

A great place for storage in South Sacramento. While managers have changed over the years, they all are attentive to the needs of the customers and ready to work with you.
