My vehicle died a mile from home. I walked home, got a fresh battery. Rode my bike and took 1 1/2 hours. Max. My truck was towed for out of date registration. The next day got all necessary documents called Hirst towing. Lady says too late. Get it signed off by CHP. Day 8 they still have my truck and are probably trying to keep it. They are crooks.$60 a day . They made more off my truck than I did all week. Not helping the public.

This company is a joke!!! My Audi was totaled on a Friday. I didnt get released from the hospital until 5pm. I called hirst towing so I could come and pick up mine and my daughters personal belongings from the car i.e soccer gear soft ball gear and such. The guy said they close at 5pm and if i was to come and pick up my things during the weekend they were going to charge me $90 to have someone come down and let me into my car. What the hell is wrong with this company?? they already charge daily storage fees and then charge $90 to pick up your personal belongings. I bet they take tows 24/7 though. Then just to ad insult to injury i read other reviews. stating this company steals items off and from your car. CHP needs to stop using this company as a go to for emergency pick ups.
