Called for an emergency tow on florin/calvine road. my 87 supra died and wouldnt hold a charge. took him about half an hour to arrive like told. Had to to make a u-turn as he went down wrong rd. my car is lowered but i give the guy props since it was a single man doing the job.the low rating is because the rough handling with my car. Dented the front lip when loading but it didnt snap so i didnt mind. but he made me pay before making me unload the vehicle. the steering wheel was locked when unloading and he fiddled with the ignition and that scratched my front left wheel. he at least offered to push my vehicle onto my driveway.

They told me it would be $400 for a used tire to be put on my truck because it was after hours. Also I think they tried to take advantage because I was a female and I wouldnt know any better. But some, I just slept in my truck and waited until the morning to called another tow service who did it for $40 😊

Terrible customer service. They came 4 hours late and were very rude. The map said that the driver was down the street and when we called and asked where they were, the person who answered was rude and instead of saying that the map was wrong, got mad at us and was very rude. The tow truck driver did not wear a mask and was standing close and had the nerve to tell us 6 feet. He was also on the phone the entire time that he was there. And when we asked if he knew where he was going, he said yes and drove off. However, that was clearly not the case because he ended up calling to ask where the car shop was. Would not even use this service if it was my last resort.

I called they hung up on me. I called back they ignored my call. I called again they yelled at me accusing me of calling everyday. I ordered a tow they my insurance comp. and I was callin to ask if they are the office helpin me but they were so rude and unprofessional that they wouldn’t let me talk then he hung up on me. No wonder they have low stars. Why are they in business if they aren’t willing to talk to someone in need of a tow !

They picked up my car and took it the repair shop. Upon arrival the driver proceeded to literally drop my car off of the flatbed damaged the whole front of my car and cars at the repair place. He tried to push the hood down to act like nothing happened, to hide what he had just done. Many eyewitneses labeled it very unprofessional. He had no idea what he was doing. Will be seeking reparations for damages done.

Waited over 3 hrs for a tow and still did not arrive. My insurance tried to contact them but was unable too. Had to reschedule with another towing company. 6-1-21 from 6:30 am to 9:37 no help.

He was really prompt and polite. Very affordable and seemed to really care about getting us home. We paid out of pocket for towing and it didnt hurt ao bad getting home 25 miles away! Thank you!!!

The guy gave a me quoute for $75 for 5 miles and after thar 3 dlls per mile, the total distance was 8.8 miles total only and they charged me $130 which is way too much! And once it was towing the guy scratched my front bumper while doing it 😡, the guy is rude he handed me the clipboard to fill out his paperwork

My truck was towed on a Friday from a hotel I was staying at. The guy barely spoke English when I called and kept telling me call on Monday. When I called him back at 8:30 he would answer and hang up. And now I have to pay a extra 3 days of tow fees? Very shady company. Two thumbs down, please use jacks tow service in the elk grove sacramento area. Much friendlier service and will answer your phone calls says Lil bill.
