I have had towing in the past from other company’s (not too often thank goodness) and I usually don’t bother to write a review but today we had excellent service with H&R Affordable Towing . I actually made a few phone calls to check pricing and they were affordable compared to other towing companies and they brought out a flatbed tow truck and took great care with my car. Thanks H&R Affordable Towing! I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

My car died in front of starbucks this morning after 2 minutes. Originally I called mobile mechanics because I wasnt sure if it was the battery or starter or another issue. At 7:20 in the morning they told me they would be out in 45 minutes. 2 hours later and no one had shown up. I called H&R and explained the situation to them. Within 15 minutes Jimmy showed up and got me on my way! I would have been stranded there for who knows how much longer without them. He even took the time to explain what was probably wrong and recommend some service centers that could fix it. AWESOME service.

My engine died and I was stranded on my way home. Im so happy I called these guys and Im really grateful for helping me out in such a terrible situation. Definitely will use and recommend their towing services! Thanks again.

Its interesting how sometimes a person needs roadside assistance and towing service. Its a part of the life. A few weeks back I was driving my car a luck or bad karma, dont know, but I was thinking do I have a phone number of a towing company which offers roadside assistance, in a case if I need. It didnt pass 200 matters and guess what - flat tire! And why not I didnt have reserve tire and start to look for a phone number for towing company with roadside assistance. Of course didnt find any and called a friend of mine to ask if he knows something. He offered me H&R Affordable Towing and Ive called them. Very polite and fast. They came, fixed the tire, put it back and I was ready to continue my way.

The absolutely rudest customer service I have ever received. My car was having engine problems and would not start so I was calling around for pricing to get it towed to a repair shop.The guy on the phone asked my location then asked you want it cheap, right? Why would you call a tow company that is in West Sac? Apparently being within their service area but out of the way is too much for this company to handle. He never gave me a quote, just kept talking to me like I was an idiot for even calling him.

Very good roadside assistance by H&R Affordable Towing. Im lucky to have their phone number in my phone book!
