We needed to have a car moved 20 miles from north sacramento to south sac. i called 6 companies for quotes as follows:capital valley towing: did not answer the phonea $30 tow: did not return my phone calljustin’s towing: $161chimas: $185dollar tow: $230 (‘dollar’, should be ‘dollars tow’, lots of them)cal expo towing: $145i spoke with kevin at cal expo towing. i got a really good vibe from him, so we hired him. he was extremely courteous and polite, proficient, prompt, and responsive to our needs. also, his equipment was new and in excellent condition, and there were NO SURPRISES!i would hire cal expo towing again in a heartbeat.

The gentleman that assisted us was very pleasant and professional. But the day before the one that answered the phone was just plain RUDE!!!

Well where to begin. My car got stolen it wasnt the best thing. But they were gonna make me pay $400 to get it out of there. Hows that work? Im a victim and their making me pay for my car that was stolen. That seems a bit odd.. So in turn I just signed it over to them so I didnt have to deal with the hassle

I dont live in the area and my mom needed a tow. the guy on the phone acted with urgency and got a truck to my moms van asap, they helped her air her tire and escort her to a tire shop for a new tire! super impressed with this company! thank you so much for helping my mom!

My car was stolen and ended up at cal expo tow. The things that were taken from my car by the theives were obvious. Everything else as far as tools/ power tools and Jack were stolen by Steve and his son. Im sure that old man had something to do with it as well. Not cool to do that to someone when they are already going through a loss. Smh

Went in with a friend to purchase a car. Right when we walked in it was very crowded. She requested information about the car and the owner was not very interested in us. The whole experience there was very awkward and uninviting like he didnt even care if we were there. She ended up buying the car for a reasonable price, the car ran great but their service was terrible. The owners son is much nicer but he was not there.

Was able to help with an unusual situation with my old vehicle that was no longer mine but got towed! Amazing customer service!

They were nice people unlike other companies

This company TOWED a vehicle we had surrendered and changed paperwork with DMV for they TOWED it from a second location after another company TOWED it from our house.Now they want to collect $2500.00 for a Lien Sale and storage when we had GIVEN the car away and changed paperwork. They have turned us in for collection. THIS IS FRAUD.Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A great company

This is not a good company to do business with, the driver took over an hour to get to me, they gave him the wrong directions I had to explain in multiple phone calls where I was located. When he FINALLY got there he told me he couldnt tow my vehicle because the way it was parked, I told him all he had to do was turn his tow truck around, he told me I would have to call them back or call a different company because (& I quote) its the end of the day, Im not dealing with this, find someone else. I called this company back to complain and the guy who answered the phone cut me off, was VERY rude and told me to find someone else. I will never do business with them again.

If you want to have a car tow this is not the tow company you want to go to they dont have drivers to drive when you call and if they are going to advertise as a 24-hour tow company you need to be a 24-hour tow company
