Way better than mobile apps (especially with how limited drivers are right now). Booked a ride in advance to the airport for 3am. He showed up five minutes early and called when he was outside. Super friendly, clean car, and wore a mask. You can also pay with either cash or card. He did recommend that you book those super early airport flights four days in advance.

This is my second time riding with them. They are on time, reliable, and genuine people. I’ve had several problems with Uber whether it being a surprise up charge on the travel fee, or unreliable scheduling. They work hard and work to serve your need. For example, there was an accident on the freeway which caused traffic so my taxi driver arrived early to ensure I made it to my flight on time. All without me saying anything. I strongly recommend!

My flight never made it to SMF, but the people from this taxi company were very understanding and responsive! Whenever I had questions they would always reply to my emails very promptly. Since I didnt get the chance to use their services due to my cancelled flight, they very quickly offered me a full refund. If I ever actually do make it to Sacramento I will be sure to use them again.

I called these guys after my Uber cancelled my ride 10 minutes before I had to leave to catch an early flight at 4:30 am. They answered right away and were at my door in 10 minutes. RUDE!!! GUY HUNG UP ON ME!!!We were waiting to use Uber for pickup at the Sacramento Airport(since we took one there) but apparently none were available for 4 people so we called this taxi service. I asked the guy for approximate cost and availability to pick up. He gave it to me and I told him we were waiting by the Uber pickup spot. He said “we don’t pick up there!!” And HUNG UP!!! All he had to do was ask us to wait somewhere else. Thank you to SIOTA TAXI SERVICE who we will be using from now on and who got a big tip!!! THEY gave us excellent service!

I attempted to call the company several times and they did not answer, nor have they responded to my voicemail. We booked online for a taxi a couple of days ahead. The email confirmation on reservation quoted price as $50. The taxi came on time for pickup, and arrived at the airport. Instead of $50 as confirmed via reservation, was charged $65 instead. Even without the email confirmation, when booking online, after pickup and drop off location was entered, the price was $68, but right beside it, it stated that fare above $35 will have a 20% discount. Paid the $65 but wanted to clarify why the confirmation quoted fare is so different from actual fare.Update:Thank you for responding and resolving the issue. I appreciate it.

Negative star. I called for a cab ride a full two hours ahead of time just for a short ride to our doctors office. Besides not answering the phone intelligibly with the name of the company, the dispatch (or perhaps a single driver/dispatch/owner) said he had no cars in the area Right now. I then explained that I did not need the ride now, but a couple hours from now. He just said ....yeah. I asked So, you cant help me then? to which he said No. without any apologies, without any suggestion of another company to call, or ANY way to get the customer (Me) to success. Maybe the guy was sick that day, but he should not be answering the phone or posting his business on Google if he cannot serve every call that comes in. I just got off the phone with one of the rudest person I met in my life I have to pick up my kids from school and they want to ask a 100 questions the last time I answered the questions on where you going they wont travel to you if youre going a mile and a 1/2 or 2 miles so they ask what area I was in I gave them my address they said were you going I gave them an address and he hung up on me in my face.

We had a great ride to and from the civic center with Yellow Cab, it was crazy busy on Halloween night.We arrived in time and also had a nice comfortable ride.The only note would be they did drive a little faster than need be but it was without incident.

Wow! The guy who answered the phone was rude! I scheduled a pick up today and they didnt even bothered to tell me that they have no cab available in the area until I called in after almost 2 hours. I was having trouble understanding what the guy was saying because of his heavy accent, he sounded irritated by this and just hung up on me. Maybe you shouldnt work in customer service if you are short tempered. Geez!

My driver is very reliable, friendly and always arrives in good time to pick me up from home or the airport. His cab is always clean and he is professional and genuine. He will be there whether 6pm on a Friday or 4am on a Monday morning. When my flights changed last minute Talal drove down to SFO last minute and collected me.
