The employee who cleaned our carpets was very polite and made sure to explain everything to me in great detail. The service was done extremely well and I would definitely use them again! He was efficient and made me feel comfortable about the service.

I called this company to clean a dog mess upstairs from my lab while we were gone. He must had not felt good as he never does this . I had dog mess all upstairs. Tried cleaning it up several times and it just got worse.This company was very courteous and took time to explain how their machines can clean deep and they use enzymes to make the smell go away.They came out the next day and cleaned the carpet upstairs. Everything came out and the smell was gone completely.. They also cleaned a wool area rug. It came out fabulously.From here on out I will be using this company for any further carpet issues. Very nice work and even better attitude!.

We were quoted around $180. I had to leave for a dentist appointment, leaving their representative to do the work with my wife present. Their rep took horrible advantage of my wife. One hour later he scammed my wife out of $430. Just be aware that they will try to scam you if you are not vigilant. They sprayed so much stuff on the carpets they are as crunchy as toasted bread. I thought zero res meant that this would not be an issue.Either stay away from this vendor or just stick with the basic service.

Getting your carpet cleaned with Zerorez? Better read about my experience with this company.After the Zerorez carpet technician cleaned my carpets and moved on to his next job, I noticed a trail of spots on our wood floors from our stairs, through the family and living rooms, to the front door. I figured the technician’s equipment had spilled some water. No problem, the spots will dry out just as water spots always do on these floors.By that evening the spots had not dried—they were stains. I followed their trail once again; this time out the front door. The trail continued across the grass to the driveway where the technician parked his truck. The grass was burned white for each spilled drop of whatever the technician was using and ending in a big dead grass area.I figure anyone can make a mistake, so I called the local Zerorez franchise to have them get rid of the stains. I looked up the company on the web and found that “Zerorez offers a 30-day Gotta Love It Guarantee™. If, within 30 days of your appointment, youre unsatisfied with your Zerorez Experience—for any reason at all—we will gladly return and re-treat the areas youre unhappy with.”To make a long story short, the Zerorez base manager came out and did a few tests. He assured me that “we can get the stains out” and that our issue was his “top priority.”After 4 days I texted the base manager. No response. After a week I called him and left another text message. No response. Finally got any email saying that our floors were the problem, not Zerorez. So much for the Gotta Love It Guarantee™.

The cleaning representative was courteous and explained everything ahead of time. I was disappointed that all the extras were not explained to me when I called to schedule. I specifically asked if there will be additional charges when the service representative arrives and they told me no.The cost would have been doubled for everything that was recommended. Basic things like Pre treatment of soiled area is extra. However the rep was kind enough to provide it at no cost because I was a new customer. Walk on closets were extra landings and hallways were extra.I liked the work they did but I didn’t like that everything that should be standard is extra and that they do not disclose this when I booked the appointment.

The technician arrived in the allotted estimated time. He was extremely thorough in his cleaning of my carpets. He was well informed about his product and answered all my questions very well. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Two rooms and hallway $156 ( there minimum charge) never moved or cleaned under any furniture. Light couch and chair had to move myself (72 yrs old) if I wanted it cleaned! Afraid of worker injury- then they shouldn’t hire people who can’t do the job. Don’t use this company unless you want to do the labor yourself

We had a tough stain on our sofa that had been there a while. Our cleaner came out (early, which was nice) and did a great job of removing it. Friendly, informative and helpful.

Technician called ahead to let me know his ETA. He was very nice and friendly, took time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I felt like he took extra care in the areas that I was concerned with, and overall I was very happy with the service he provided. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name even though he did tell me.

We had this company come out to clean our new carpet last night. They arrived late in the day @530p and left later. We brought to the techs attention areas that he missed and he made excuses for them or didnt caremuch.. When we woke up this morning to look at our carpet in day light we didnt see much difference. Our carpet doesnt look clean, doesnt look fresh and they missed spots and we are very unsatisfied with spending over $300 for this job. We would like a refund so we can have someone else come clean our carpet that truly cares about clean carpet.

This the first time we used this company on a recommendation from a relative. The Zerorez employee took the time to answer and explain the how and why of the Zerorez process and made recommendations for up keep. The carpet is now drying and feels very clean. With the AC and fan running it should be dry within3 - 4 hours. They used corner protectors to keep the hoses from marking the molding. They leave it to the customer to move furniture out of the way before cleaning around anything too heavy to move.

Wow! What a difference! Great service and great job done. Had some horrible stained carpets due to pet accidents and they were able to clean them right up! Technician was super friendly and although he offered suggestions he didnt force the extra services onto me. Highly recommend.P.s. Scheduling was super easy and they respond right away!

This was our second time having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez. We absolutely love the quality work and the amazing customer service. I called on a Saturday and carpets were cleaned on Monday. They are quick and efficient. We have a little dog that urinates on the carpet. After the technician was done, you couldn’t tell! Carpets are fresh, and odor and stain free. We have white carpet so this is amazing!

Employee “E” (I can’t pronounce the name so he said call him E) showed up an hour early. Normally I would be happy about this but I was in a business meeting and had my phone on silent so I didn’t get his call. My Bad. Just had to leave the meeting early. Why do I say this? Be aware that they move with determination and purpose so your scheduled arrival time may be sooner than you expect - it’s a good thing.E was very informative about the services they provide and was very accommodating when I asked to add on services (let me say we have been in our home for 5 years and this is the first time we have had the carpet professionally cleaned). Even with added treatments my expected bill only went up $100 from what I estimated. They also performed tile cleaning and sealing.Many of our problem areas look like new and since we have indoor animals it was nice to know that no harsh chemicals were used in the services.At this point I am very pleased with what I see and the results that have been achieved.

The carpet that was serviced looks as good as it can for the frantic wear it has, so the product they use works well and Im pleased with the outcome. However the service tech that performed my service left a little to be desired. First: he shows up an hour early (called when 30 min away tho) Second: his early arrival left me scrambling last minute to clear what I could of any small items off of the carpet, lamps stools etc. Obviously Im not completely finished with this task he walks in and begins to pretreat the room leaving me to walk barefooted through these chemicals where I slip entering the kitchen and almost fall.(did not fall but close).Finally as hes calling his shop to run my payment through I noticed the WET spot in front of my front door and simply asked him to dry it up so as not to cause anyone to SLIP again (wouldnt think I should need to mention this after the first slip incident) then he said goodbye have a nice afternoon and got in his van and drove off. Thinking he was going to his van to get a towel to dry my entry way, it left me wondering what was taking so long only to realize he had gone. Did he think Id forget? Did he? Id like to think he didnt do it on purpose.......Honestly I felt a little disrespected . Ive learned to pick my battles and this isnt one of them. Just thought you all should know. I may call them again in the future but Ill make sure its a different tech for sure. Didnt introduce himself properly so didnt catch his name. (Shouldve been my first clue) or Id pass it along to assist you in getting who want to come out should you choose.

Leo was relatable and professional. The blacklight test in our guest room was very revealing (??). I have only positive things to say about Zero Rez and the service. Im not a chemist but Zero Rez claims No Harsh Chemicals. No Soap. - I liked that claim. Ill be using Zero Rez again to clean and seal the area of tile flooring that we have; the spot test Leo conducted had me like WOW! :-O

Zerorez came out clean to clean our couch and area rug. There were lines of dirt from where they cleaned. You could see where they would stop near the edge of the cushions. Sometimes they would go near the edge, but most times they would stop 3 inches from the end. It was a complete mess. As for the area rug, the technician only cleaned three-fourths of the rug. He did not bother to pull it out from underneath the small couch. We were extremely disappointed in the service. Zerorez charges more than competing companies, yet we were willing to pay for a top-rated company to ensure quality cleaning. Needless to say, we cleaned the couch coverings ourselves in the wash machine with a superior outcome. We reached out to Rose from Zerorez for help. She said the company offers no refunds regardless of experience. She said they could come out and try again, but that was it. No thanks.

I had zerorez clean my tile floor and it was cleaned really well. The thing I have a problem with is that when I booked the service I was told that sealing of the grout was included. The tech that came out said no sealing was not included and would cost the same as cleaning the tile. I feel like a bait and switch was done. I would have gone with someone else if I had known that sealing was not included.
