My overall experience with COIT was great. I had my kitchen and bathroom tile cleaned and sealed. The quoting and scheduling process was easy and user friendly.I did ask for the floors and kitchen backsplash and shower tile to be cleaned, but it was apparently not provided in the quote. So that was disappointing because the quote sheet wasn’t detailed. If I saw that those things had been missed in the quote sheet, I would have inquired.I was expecting the cleaning to get the perimeter if the tile floor better. The main part of the floors looks amazing. But where the tile meets the wall or floorboards was not cleaned.Overall I am happy and it was very affordable.

First, the phone rep should have told me there was a $25 service fee to be included in the price. The Tech stated that they have the Techs tell the customer. That should be disclosed on the phone. Secondly and most importantly, the area in the living room that was stained/soiled did not come out. This is from every day traffic in front of the couches. I asked the Tech about it and he said it was from the pad, but that does not make sense when nothing has been spilled on it. So it doesn’t show any better than before the cleaning. The carpet looks like it did before it got cleaned, it’s definitely not noticeably clean.

They came out and gave us an estimate to clean the upstairs carpets, kitchen tiles & counter tops and tile floor in three bathrooms and counter top in one bathroom. He also included the polishing of our downstairs wood floors in the quote.The technician showed up a few days later and cleaned carpets only, stating he didnt have the equipment to do the rest of the items quoted, but explained thoroughly what was going to be done. The next week a different technician showed up and said he could not honor the written quote as the initial estimate was wrong. He made a phone call and came back with an adjusted price, which we agreed on.He worked on the three bathroom floors to clean the tile and grout then worked on a small area of the wood floors only to say it was leaving a haze and he could do it satisfactorily so he stopped.We are very disappointed and will not do business with COIT again.

Very unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment. Then seen an earlier appointment online. No call no show for the first appointment. Then the second appointment my tech was one and 45mins late. I had to call to check in and my complaint had to go to the manager before the tech called me. Then he shows up and acts like he doesn’t want to be there. Then I was quoted with all these hidden fees. At this point I’ll start my own cleaning business and charge 50% less than what they tried to scam me with. Never again.

Technician came into my home without a mask, stated it would cost me a fee of $200 on top of cost of upholstery cleaning to bring your own unit of water if an outside source couldnt be located. Technician stated he could not find water source outside when it is very clearly outside of my apartment building. Then stated I needed to call maintenance to find water source and call you back to reschedule. Terrible experience and I didnt get what I asked for. Will not use your services aga

First they were 5 hours late and wanted to charge me almost $200 to clean 300 sq ft. After 5 hours i was kinda hoping for a small discount at least.. Didnt use em.

Todd was the gentleman’s name who cleaned our vents and air ducts. He was on time, and very thorough on the services that he was going to perform. He also answered questions that I had regarding other home services that we’ll be in interested in.Once he completed the service of cleaning our vents and air ducts, I saw that he completed it as told at the beginning of the service. Great great customer service.I highly recommend COIT for Vent service. The price was right, and today we can say we can tell the difference with cleaner air. Overall we’re satisfied customers.

Our technician Charles was great and did an amazing job on our carpets, it was the customer service from managers, previous technician Ryan and others that was not so great. Appointment was cancelled by them and then did not receive confirmation on the rescheduled appointment. Had to call multiple times to figure out when our appointment was and then when it was time for our appointment, nobody showed up and we had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on. Someone on the phone said we never confirmed the appointment when in reality I did and had confirmation that I did. Had to speak to manager to figure out what was going on, overall it was a very frustrating experience.

Provide customers with a scheduled time for the cleaning. It was difficult to coordinate removing my sick family, dogs and myself from my home without a scheduled time for cleaning. Provide assurance the cleaning is actually thorough. 30 minutes for an elite clean that cost $498 seems high.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with this service.

Came an hour early, which was fine. Gave me a quote that was Double the original quote, didnt do the seats which the first guy said was free, so had to remind him and he did them, got charged for those. After looking theres some missed spots under my table and behind my wood, and ended up paying double from what I was originally quoted. So wont be using you guys again and just do it myself.

Every baseboard in my house now has water damage, some so extreme I am worried about mold. This should have never happened. I have had fans going since the technician left to dry them out. COIT says they will repair or replace any damage they caused at their expensive. I am expecting these to be completely replaced with a mold inspection. My new stainless steel appliances were also sprayed and are now tarnished after I tried to clean them.

I set for appointment for colorseal, they called on the day of appointment that they could not do it coz the technician has a commercial job to do, it was frustrating that you did ajust your schedule to accomodate them but they dont value that part I think. Another technician came he waa polite, he did his job, explained that the tiles will be cleaned about 95% but not to thw point of looming brand new. I am ok with that, but it only looked 50% better thw bathroom tiles looked like it waa not even cleaned, the carpet did not look clean. I am frustrated, this ia my 2nd time with coit, I was happy with the first service that ia why I contacted them again, but this time was not my expectation.

I was completely happy with this service. If youre going to use them please ask for Charles. He did a great job and was very friendly.

EDIT: COIT contacted me to rectify my concerns. They came and picked up my area rug for a second cleaning. The service members who delivered the rug made sure it was back in its proper place in my home and that I was happy with the quality of the cleaning and placement. I am very happy now. Thank you for making it right!The level of clean was far below my expectations. My area rug came back and still had hairs and debris on it. The price was not worth the quality I received for the services.

I’ve used Coit many times. Couldn’t be better.

Several spots on my couch were completely missed. Front corners, the back, the right facing arm.The technician also tried to over charge me. He had to call his boss to clarify the 40% discount. Then he couldnt figure out how to calculate 40%. I ended up doing the math for him.

Marcus was wonderful and the carpets came out very nice BUT we were also scheduled to have the tile done and Marcus let us know on his way to our house that the tile couldnt be cleaned until Friday..we are putting our house on the market and leaving town tomorrow so that is unacceptable. We were very lucky to find someone else but this was a major issue. I guess there was a tech that was injured the day before and I am sorry anyone was hurt. I called on Friday to confirm service and felt I could have been alerted the day beforr.

The gentleman that came was on time, professional, and kept me informed of every stage of the cleaning. Before he left he asked me to take a look to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed. I was delighted! From beginning to end, I found my experience with Coit to be excellent.

They were out to clean my granite kitchen counters and wood floor. They look great and did a good job.

I needed a 300 foot hose to do the carpets. They didnt have that length to reach. I learned that after a couple of these visits.

They made my dingy white couch and dining chairs look almost new! After four years of heavy use (including two dogs), it was long past due ... and Coit was up to the challenge!

Im in a nursing facility so I had a friend open the house so Coit Cleaners to come in and clean my carpets my linoleum and my tile floor. I wouldnt sure if they we clean the carpet after the inspection but they did. My friend told me after they clean the carpet how good the carpet looked. When I leave the nursing facility and I get home to a clean and sanitized carpet, clean linoleum and tile. I wanted to hire the best and I did her the best, Coit Cleaners. Thank you.

I am not happy with Coit at all. They picked up rugs that they were supposed to clean and when I went to use them I found dirt, earrings and other items that were still on the rug. I am not going to attach a copy of the rug with the Coit Tag because it shows my address. I paid over $200 to have two area carpets cleaned and they were not cleaned. They got me, never again! Whatever they did to get the name they need to go back to it because their service sucks. Do not use them. If you are in Northern California I suggest you use a company called Comfort Clean! Small business owner and operator great service and great cleaning.

This company stood me up not once, but TWICE. Didnt show up for our scheduled appointment, then gave me attitude on the phone when I asked if they were still going to send someone. Rude, unprofessional, and insultingly sexist-calling customers sweetie? Really? Who trained these workers?? Anyhow, I strongly STRONGLY recommend you go with another company. You know, one that will actually show up and not just waste your time.

Update: Company rep Leslie called us right away and apologized for a minor customer service issue. She was very patient, concerned, friendly, and professional. They have regained our trust, I’m glad this company cares so much about an isolated minor incidence. I have never had a company care so much about their customers. Hi, the young technician John was very professional and worked very hard. However, I have two stains from where my antique rocker was placed. There was no protector plastic sheets under the legs. Can someone come back and spot clean that area? So other than that I was satisfied with the work.

I had my couch cleaned. The serviceman arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly, answered my questions and cleaned the wetness around my couch before he left. Couch looks great.

This is the second home Ive used their duct cleaning service. The process they use really captures all the dirt and dust from the vents without spreading it through your house. If you have allergies like I do this cleaning really helps.

A COIT van towing a trailer damn near side swiped me today- heading north on Sierra college and made a left onto Douglas- driver wasn’t in turn lane and had no regard to anyone around- based on this- I wouldn’t use them after the response I got when I called their office. Could only imagine what they’d do in your home.

Cartier was hard working and really careful. I was very pleased with how my sofas looked when he was finished. If I have another service in the fall, I will request that he does it.

I had my air ducts cleaned for the first time in 22 years! The procedure was clearly explained to me before the treatment appointment. Slavel cleaned all the ducts and also my dryer duct in less than 2 hours with no mess left at all. He did a great job and was really nice. Thank you!

Cleaning services were great, but we saw the driver of the delivery truck who delivered the cleaned rug run over our sprinkler in our front yard. I called to speak with a Manager and they called me back a couple days later. He said he would credit me the cost of the service to offset the cost of the repairs of the broken pvc pipe. I didnt ask for any compensation, he just offered. Very nice of them.Updated 3/14/19:Booked another service with COIT for our rug. The rug looks amazing. Better than every time weve done it before. They called to let us know they werent satisfied with the first pass at cleaning, and wanted to keep it for another few days to clean it again. It was worth it, it looks better than expected (we have toddlers who spill and the white rug had significant wear marks). The representatives were very professional and kind. I plan to continue to use COIT again for these services.

Great job. I can’t believe the difference. Our house was built in the 50’s and never had the air ducts cleaned. I have no more sneezing fits when the heater comes on. The only thing that could have been better was the clean up afterwards. There was a ton of paint and debris left on floors and carpet.

I HAVE USED COIT FOR YEARS, AND ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE AS WELL AS VERY THROUGH CLEANING. THIS TIME HOWEVER, I FOUND THE PRICE TO BE HIGHER THAN WHAT I HAVE PAID IN THE PAST. AND THIS IS WITH A 50% DISCOUNT AND A BIG REDUCTION IN CARPET TO CLEAN. TWO HALLWAYS AND A VERY LARGE GREAT ROOM WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE THIS TIME, DUE TO RESURFACING WITH LAMINATE FLOORING. After searching and meeting with other companies to clean my tile floors and bedroom carpet - Coit hands down came in at the best price and turn around. The tech cleaners were very good and listened to my concerns. They are now the only company I use for my annual/bi-annual floor cleaning.

Was not a stellar cleaning, they did not do a good job. They used to be really good and and take their time. Feels that they are all about numbers and turning jobs. Will not use them again. Found a couple of places that have better pricing and seem to do a better job.

The workman worked really fast especially on the furniture....just swiping instead of a slow steady movement...which left me wondering if the upholstery is really clean. He did tell me that he might not be able to get out all the cat urine stains but it appears that really no stain was removed. In the past I have removed the stains with a mixture of white vinegar and water, plus baking soda so I know it is possible to remove them.

Very nice and professional young man, and it feels cleaner. But I will have to say I am a little disappointed on a few points relative to the fairly high price, even with a coupon/discount: 1. There seems to be a slightly sour odor reminiscent of clothes left wet in the dryer before being completely dry (I would have hoped a solution with some pleasant fragrance would have been used); 2. Although I understood some stains might be difficult to remove, I fail to see than ANY stains were removed; 3. I suspect the prices are higher primarily because of marketing and not because the service or chemicals are superior.

The employees were super nice but the quality of the cleaning was not. Many spots remained on the area rugs and a lot of cat hairs and some spots were left on the three sofas that were cleaned. A huge stain was not removed from one of the three mattresses either. For the amount of money paid, it was not good quality. Sorry but thats the way it is.

COIT does a wonderful job. They are friendly and courteous and my area carpet comes out nice and clean each time I have them clean it. I would highly recommend their services.

Cleaned fairly well. When I looked in detail at things, they were not done great. They were suppose to clean my ceiling fans for example. I had dusted them before they came. Theydid look cleaner, but when I took a camera to take a picture of the top of the blades where I can’t get, they were dusty.

The estimate rep and the service rep were very nice people and were professional in their work. But I have to say that the cost is quite high even with the 40% discount and the amount of time that was taken to complete the service. I will likely get another quote from another vendor for my granite cleaning and sealing next time.

I am very happy with the cleaning done on my carpets. I have used another popular service for years but the last time I used them, my carpets didnt feel or look much cleaner than before they were done. I was new to my home and attributed my dissatisfaction to the fact that the carpets werent of good quality. But I have seen now, that it was just a poor cleaning job. Coit costs more, but you get what you pay for.

Carpets came out fair,dispite wear and tear. i was hoping for better results. the machine that the worker used was very leaky. i needed to do a lot of cleanup after the worker left. solution got all over my tile. i was not having my tile cleaned. i was having my carpet cleaned. i worried about my 93 year old mom slipping.

We have been using COIT for 35 years. We have our wall to wall carpets cleaned 2-3 times a year as necessary. We have our area rugs cleaned every few years. We have also had our 35 sofa in the living room dry cleaned by COIT. COIT cleans and rehangs our drapes. COIT cleaned our ducts and geese. We used COIT in Bangkok to clean our carpets.

I went with Coit because I always thought they were the best. I did have some problems when my rug was returned with a hole in it. I was told it was moth damage, but they never called me to say anything and I was quite sure that there was no hole there when they picked my rug up. They did however get the damage repaired - it was well done - and I thank them for this. The employers were prompt and courteous.

These people Fraudulent and malicious schemers. They estimated work that the employee Max swore was covered by insurance to my mom, then told her that she was going to have our house foreclosed through a mechanics lien if she didnt pay. No work was done, nothing was restored.These people couldnt mold restore a door.STAY AWAY!!!They are fraudulent individuals that are looking for a PAYDAY.

My rugs and tile look brand new and the blinds I had cleaned that were over 15 years old looked brand new as well. Steve who picked up my blinds was fabulous!

The person that did the work was great. He did what was told to me by the sales guy. Cleanup could be a little better. Not sure of the results yet.

I love Coit, they have really good workers and usually they send at least two people, this time however, only one. He was very fast and I have white carpeting, I think he missed a few places. They did the drapes and the travertine floors and tile floors those were great. However, the communication between the workers and scheduling has much to be improved, Two workers to give estimates, two different guys for the kitchen tile and two different estimates. However they honored the lower price. When you get the 40% savings I think everyone calls at once and they are slammed!

PLEASE READ WHY I GAVE ONLY 3 STARS! We had our 9 x 12 Karastan carpet scheduled to be cleaned. I had previously (the week before) been quoted the price from Patty. When the men arrived to pick up the rug, they did not believe the price I had been quoted, so had to call Patty. At that time she denied having given me the quote! I was in dis-belief because I know what she had said, also had it written down. I was really annoyed and angry and told the men I was cancelling. However, the men were very understanding and they worked up an agreeable price, despite it being $29 higher than Patty had quoted! I got the rug back last week, looks nice, and I know the men worked hard on the fringe.Earlier, on the same day, we had Phil clean our carpets. He was great, did a very nice job, quoted us a price, and honored that price! I liked him a lot and would definitely want him back in the future. It is just too bad that Coit ruined their reputation with me when they quote a price, then do not honor it. The ONLY reason I have not given a high rating with the stars, is because of that, not because of any dis-satisfaction with the actual cleaning, or with the courtesy the men showed, while here. They were all very polite and pleasant.

I spent so much money to get my carpets cleaned professionally and I honestly could have done a better job myself with with a rental. I was sure to move everything and vacuum my entire place to make the job as fast and easy as possible (not easy when you have two small babies) I was told all furniture would be moved to clean under spaces.... Nothing was. The man that cleaned my carpets was kind, but in my opinion did a really crabby job. I had to spot clean several sections myself. Ive thought about requesting Coit to come out and clean them again. I had my vents cleaned too and am happy with them!

Our ivory sofa is still dirty. The tassels on of the back cushions are hardened from the treatment and still look dingy. They could not get all the stains out. Area rug was to have been returned on Monday; they called us at a little after 8 a.m. that day to ask if someone would be home between 10 a.m. and noon. We told them that two hours notice was not reasonable. Rescheduled to yesterday at 5. Unknown to us, Vang called the house yesterday morning around 8:20 am. to confirm a 10 a.m. to noon window that day (we did not have a 10 a.m. appointment; we had a 5 p.m. appointment scheduled). Not hearing from us, he showed up anyway and left a note and voice mail message saying he would wait for 20 minutes and then leave. We were not aware of the messages when we called him after 5 (having left work early and gotten home at 4:30 to meet him), Vang did not disclose that he had been here earlier. He instead told us that he forgot to load the rug in his vehicle that morning. We rescheduled the appointment to 5 p.m. this coming Monday. We also called the main line to let them know what was going on.

Seems there was an unknown problem, Coit called my house spoke with my husband and made more than everything perfect. Thank you. Will happily call you back! 😘3 appointments, 2 trips to the house, on every appt., they said wed get a call the night before with a 2 hour window and did we prefer morning or afternoon.Never did we get a call the night before, never did they manage to go with our preference, and at each visit a new estimate.If it doesnt happen today, Ill never use them again. Weve spent more time waiting for nothing.

My appointment was for 11-1. No-one called when the technician would be late. it was after three before anyone came. It would have been appreciated to have been called when a technician is going to be delayed.This is the second year this has happened. The fours stars are for the cleaning that was done.

Second time we used COIT, the first was last year for tile in our home, this time carpet in our RV. Both times work was done to my expectations. On the RV the technician removed spots I did not think would come out. Excellent work COIT!!

They supposedly dry cleaned my couch. It just needed a freshening up. Now there are major discolorations on my white couch. Also there were a few spots on the carpet they could have scrubbed but they didnt. I got the impression they were seeing how fast they could get the job done. Spray the pretreatment and vacuum with the cleaner. Never once did they stop and scrub. Same spots on carpet and more spots on couch. I will never call them again.

We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning and estimate made beforehand. Both met our expectations. The two gentlemen representing Coit were very courteous, efficient and informative. We would recommend Coit and will call them again in the future.

Dirt and spots remain at the top of my stair landings. Another spot in the master bedroom and a spot in the office. Called them about this and they are sending someone else back out tomorrow for another shot. By far thee most expensive carpet cleaning company I have ever dealt with.So we shall see...

Full House Carpet Cleaning : Dickson called to update me as to when he would arrive. Upon arrival he was very professional and got right to the job. He asked a few questions about pets and special areas that may need attention.He impressed me with his work ethic. Took special care in areas that I requested and answered all of my questions.I was very pleased with the overall job, just wish that darn red wine stain could have come out and I realize that this is not your issue. it is a permanent stain!I had the area rugs done as well, which needed to be picked up and delivered in an approximate 7 day timeframe and they look awesome!I am so glad I called Coit and allowed them to WOW me!
