I have to say, having even a small fire in your house can be devastating. Tyler and his crew were in our house the next day for inspection. They are all super friendly and give you the peace of mind that you need that the job will be done completely and your belongings that need taken care of, return to you in the condition you remember them to be! I can’t thank you enough. Our house now feels like home again and I am once again relaxed in this place I cherish.

Their initial response was really good as they were out within a day. A pipe had burst in the kitchen which caused some significant flooding and they brought out heaters and fans to address the issues.Unfortunately once the initial emergency was over theyre responsiveness was as well. I heard nothing for several weeks and then had to remind them they were supposed to be doing some testing. Once that was done my insurance company and the contractors were unable to get ahold of them for several more weeks, and I got the run-around when calling. Its now been 4 months since they incident and they have only just now completed demolition. Im still not positive they did the abatement they claimed was necessary and any additional work will be done by someone else.I would recommend them to come dry things out in an emergency, but for nothing else.

Great service from Serv Pro East Sac when our hot water heater leaked onto hardwood floors. Serv Pro staff were excellent, careful and saved us a lot of trouble. Yes, we would call them again.
