Highly do NOT recommend. The man kept cutting my skin with the filer, cut my cuticle with the drill and did not do the shape i wanted. Also messed one of em up and did not want to fix it. Never again

This was the worst place I have ever been to. DO NOT get your nails done here at all. They do not know how to do nails they rush and when I asked for a refund the manager refused. I don’t know where these fake reviews came from I was mislead went here based on the star ranking. I have a picture of my pedicure paint job and what they call an ombré pink and white. A joke! Bad business and terrible service.

My tech did an amazing job. I love my nails no other place takes the time to get them perfect. This place also has really great appreciation for their customers.

I looked at the pictures and they looked awesome so I went there. This is the best nail salon in the area!! I got a pedicure and an acrylic full set. Overall they do a great job.

I got gel x nails and with design + some new glitters. They are also pretty quick, I was out in an hour. I will definitely be coming back and getting designs.

Just happened to walk-in to this place looking for a last minute manicure and I was blown away. Comfortable stylish setting, staff friendly and a great pedicure and manicure.

This was my second experience at Happy Nails. The first time I was charged over $50 for a refill. I wanted to give them another chance so I went today. I wanted 2+ hours before my nails were touched. When people walked in they were not made aware of the lengthy wait, and when customers were getting upset and walking out no one was apologizing. Very unprofessional. Nail technicians would also start on person A move to person B get halfway done and then go back to person A. The prices are way too expensive for the professionalism and quality of work. WOULD NOT recommend to anyone who wants to have decent looking nails in a good atmosphere.

They were extremely professional when it came to Covid-19 procedures and made me feel totally safe and comfortable. The service as far as the pedi and mani was excellent.

The staff are great combo of chill, friendly, and cool. The space is really clean and noticeable COVID-19 safety. Owner seems very attentive to his customers.

This was my first time here. I think its a good spot if you want to get some trendy designs. I felt like the lady who was helping me was a comfortable with my nails and skins. She made carefuly.

I highly do not recommend this place, the man that works there was very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I kindly asked him to fix my nail that he had just glued on and he got an attitude and told me to leave. The wait time for service was too long for it to only be two other people in the shop. Please do not go here. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Im the pickiest person when it comes to my nails, this place exceeds expectations! I have been coming to this location for many times - they quickly correct the problem and do such an amazing job.

My tech did my nails and she did an awesome job! The place is clean and modern and it is one of the more reasonably priced salons in the area as well!

While I was getting my pedicure on yesterday a roach crawled from under the pedicure bowl. Not sanitary at all.

Was told different price by the attendant and then charges more when checking out. Way over priced. Poor quality as well.

I didnt have to wait, so that was great. The shop was clean and had good prices, in my opinion. The staff were very friendly. The man who worked on my nails was super quick, and thankfully did not hurt me with the filing tool.

That is what I am looking in a nail salon. If there is a mistake or whatever, I want it to be fixed without the hassles. They did it. I will make this place permanent. I will be coming back in the future.

Excellent job..i love the way they take their time w/o rushing when they have several customers they still work at the same pace.

We had an appointment and we had to wait about 30 minutes, burned cuticles and was cut. Went in for wedding nails and am very unhappy, called and said they could do nothing.

Today was my 1st visit to the salon and I was very impressed. I had both a manicure and a pedicure and Tony was absolutely fantastic!! The atmosphere in there was the best I have ever been in and I have been in quite a few over the years. I am here visiting with a friend (and they knew it) but I was treated like a loyal customer and not just some one passing through. I will definitely go back when I am in the area in the future. Staff was nice and welcoming. Andy did my nails. I told him I wanted Ombré pink and white nails and a pedicure. I have acrylic past the cuticle on my skin. The gel polish is lumpy and uneven. The total for ombré nails with glitter and a pedicure was $95 ($65 just for the nails). I wouldn’t have paid $20 for this nail job, especially since I will have to pay another salon to fix these mistakes.

I really liked how “My”waxed my eyebrows, she did a wonderful job!! Can’t wait to experience the pedicure as it seems they do a wonderful job and really take their time with the customer!

I LOVE Happy Nails! Andy and My are always fantastic! It’s very clean, and they have a great selection of gel and dip colors! When Andy does my gel nails, I know that polish is going to stay on until I come back! This will always be my HAPPY nail place!!

I started going here after receiving an offer from a friend. I love it at Happy Nails. All staff are very professional and helpful. The place itself is gorgeous and well decorated. Its a bit on the expensive side, but my nails look better than ever. A gel nail from here can last about 3 weeks, which is better than most places. You can book tickets online, which is a big plus.

I asked for a clear overlay and the nail tech did not remove all of the pre-existing nail polish off of my fingernails so you can clearly see it under the clear. He rushed, the job was messy and he didn’t seem to care. He also asked me if I wanted gel overlay and I told him no, he did it anyways. He didn’t shape my nails proportionately either. I will not be coming back here.

The first time I went they were amazing!! The second time... not so much. The guy who did my nails was extremely rough... cut me 3 times and had his drill too high so it burned my nails. I get acrylic with gel polish on top... the polish was rushed and oh so sloppy!! My 7 year old could have done a better job... my mom was with me and the lady who did her nails was also rushed and sloppy.. both of us got gel and 4 days later both of us have peeling and chips.. both of my thumbs are bare.. peeled right off!! For 83 dollars plus a 20 dollar tip NOT WORTH IT!!! Do not waste your money

Very clean; relaxing atmosphere!!!!!! Andy did an excellent job.

Took myself and my two nieces for pedicures. The staff was friendly enough at first, but quiet. They were very rough, and two of the nail techs did not really seem to know what they were doing. The polish on some of my toes was messy. When we checked out, the man that I assume to be the manager said something to the woman taking my payment. They then had a big, loud argument in front of all the customers. I will not be returning here.

Favorite nail place to go to in Ruston. My does the best dip manicures and they have a bunch of colors to choose from. The new spa chairs are awesome for a great pedicure as well

I had a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. So professional and well done. My is absolutely the sweetest and really knows how to make you feel pampered. Nails have never looked this good!

The wait was long even with having a appointment, but with only having 2 people working they handled it well. Didnt rush me through just to get to the next client. Good over all experience.

I absolutely LOVE coming here. I have had 1 bad experience and that was 3 years ago and I was really just being a picky diva. This place is clean, quick but thorough, and the staff is friendly. I recently discovered the deluxe pedicure and I must say it is incredible. They have a wonderful color selection and nice prices. One of the two places I will trust to do my eyebrows.

It is great to see a business that values quality work! The renovations and upgrades to the shop look amazing. I love the snowflake design which they painted on my toenails today. Let it snow!!!

I got acrylic nails, and it was rushed. The tech didn’t cut my chipped natural nail before applying the nails. She was not friendly. My polish was streaked, and the nails were not completely polished. I expressed this to her, and she half way fixed it. I will not go back there.

I will NEVER again waste my money at this place. One day later the polish on my toes were chipping. Two days later the gel polish on my fingers were lifting and peeling. Not even knowing the basic skill i cant trust them.

Mrs.Theresa is wonderful.I have been getting pedicures, manicures and shellac at Happy Nails for over 4 years.Very friendly staff and I have found the nail salon to always be clean and sanitary.

Me and my two daughters went and was very disappointed nails looked like they needed a refill after only three days they are very expensive and I paid too much for what I got I will never return

Kim rushed me and my nails, cut my finger and my nails are uneven. She couldve did a better job and needs to have a better attitude! Left hand and right hand are two different lengths n the cut is on my right ring finger it was bleeding and she didnt even apologize she just kept rushing through. I asked her was she okay because Im getting ready to go off on her. Definitely do not want my nails done by her again!

I loved this place. Last visit was not to good though. They were in a hurry and messed up a few things on my eyebrows and nails. Just havent been back since then, but the people are very friendly. I used them for a very long time so maybe one day I will decide to go back

I had a tear in my natural nail and I stopped in for an emergency repair so it didnt rip off and they fixed it free of charge. Nice people and very professional.

Rushed through my nails and I had to tell her to file my nails correctly. They were all coffin n my repair nail was squared. She was going to keep it that way hadnt I tell her to fix it. Bad attitudes! She was in a rush to do nothing but sit on her phone. The short lady with black hair.

Lee did my French white solar nails and he did a perfect job. I have never had my nails this perfect. I will be going back there from now on. I give it 10 stars. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

The pedicure was great.however, the salon has the strongest stale cigarette smoke smell... I cant let my nails dry there because the smell is so overwhelming.** so sum it all up...the pedicure is the best pedicure Ive found in Ruston ($30.00) so if you can stomach the BAD odor... then this is your place

I went in for an eyebrow wax and when I walked in the door the guy was digging in his nose. I was disgusted & hoped he wasnt the one doing my brows but he was! Smh I walked to the back and he followed me in the room and began touching the wax I asked Can you wash your hands? And he took a pump of sanitizer and rubbed it around in his hands. I asked them Can you please use soap & water? He walks over to the sink and rinsed it with water (No soap) I just got up and left and on my way out he says Fine, you just go. Its obvious I will never be returning here ever again!

Worst place, for a manicure and pedicure. The nail polish lasted two days. When I went back and they said I should have gotten gel polish.It was frustrating.

Had my toe bleeding and cut my toe nails uneven.

Very slow service, and do to that, I only got my feet soaked in water for an HOUR... with no service... or acknowledgment... and they made me pay $5 because I got my feet soaked...
