Ms.Wendy and Ms. Asia are both amazing. Asia can always make my nails look like anything I show her. And Ms. Wendy is very thorough and doesnt miss anything. She is also hilarious. Not sure what Royal Nails the other reviewers went to but I have been going here for years now and I wouldnt dare go anywhere else. Great prices, work,and conversation♡

As soon as they see someone come into the store they rush your nails. I asked the nail tech to clean the side of my nails after he was done, he used his fingers!!! I left with cuts on the side of my fingers. Tacky and just flat out DISGUSTING! I recently removed my acrylics and I have dents on my nail bed. I tried filing them down but that didnt work. This was my last visit to this place. Ill not recommend to my friends AT ALL. UNPROFESSIONAL!

So for one thing, to clean the tools between pedicures they spray them in cleanser and then dip them in the foot water. Also she cut up my skin and left dead skin on my feet, will not be surprised if i get a foot fungus or a toe nail infection in a week

Im not from here and this was the first place i went to. and my nails were lumpy, and crooked, and painted terribly. didnt clean around my nails and cut my fingers up. dont make the mistake of coming here.

I stopped here while traveling to TX. The older gentleman did my nails.....and they were horrible. I am trying to get them redone soon. He hit my nail bed with the drill over 5 times. And the top coat was soo thick it was on the side of my fingers.

I got A Pedicure and Gel nail polish Only (no manicure) toe nails were not cut down. Got A Gel nail polish that Only lasted 2 weeks,(50.00). Because I couldn’t all of the Gel polish, went back to remove And re-polish my nails, that Gel started peeling after 5 days (20.00).They Are VERY Unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN for ME.

David was awesome!!!!Covid precautions were on point😍But the designs on my feet are very unprofessional.They look lke shes practicing.They eye lashes too😪😵Then she over charged me 75$ for pedi, 2 designs, and eyebrows n lashes from hell

0.0 stars. I would NOT recommend Royal nails to anyone! Their customer service is VERY POOR and HORRIBLE. I Had an appointment for 1:30 and did not sit in the chair until 3. When I Asked who was doing my pedicure because I was still waiting in the chair, the main lady that looks like DORA, she was rude and told me I had to keep waiting with an attitude. so I waited another 30 minutes sitting in the chair with water running on my feet. I got tired of waiting, so As I got up to leave, every worker that was doing pedicures THEN decided to try and come work on my feet. AFTER I got up and put on my shoes ... NEVER SHALL I RECOMMEND ROYAL NAILS 👎🏾 I would not give them 10 cents of my money.

It felt a little cramped and it was busy so there was a wait, but they did better than the other places in ruston and they were so hospitable.

Very rude. Sat and hour upon opening to get my eye lashes applied. I look at them when she finished. I was not satisfied. Trying to explain to her how they looked she was pushing my head head down. Like really trying to shove my head down.

I have been going to Royal Nails for years and I have never had a problem. The staff is friendly, funny, and they engage with the customers. If there is a problem, they try to solve it. I love going there. I feel right at home. I tried a service today that I absolutely love!! Great place, but they are always busy so book your appointments.

Do NOT get your nails done here, they are horrible. I asked for a fill in and it still looks like I need another fill in! They will tell you there is nothing wrong with your nails when in reality they did a crappy job and still try to charge you to redo them. Ill NEVER come back. Dont waste your time or money and dont cheat on your nail lady, ladies. You get what you pay for!

Great experience! Nice people. I did not feel intimidated. I got a regular manicure, I didnt want any polish. I wish they would have pushed back my cuticles back a little more, but still a good job! Took about 15 minutes.

I would go to Derick he is fast, efficient, and funny.

I went there for a acrylic fill in and it’s lopsided. There’s are gaps in between the acrylic.when more acrylic was applied to fill in the original it was only applied to the bottom of the nail where she had filed the tip originally and now the acrylic has scrapes and the nail polish shows it. I will never go back.

This place is a waste of time and money! A friend and I went in this past weekend and both of our pedicures look a horrible mess! They my friend pedicure just to go service another person. My pedicure was horrible mess. Polish was left on my toes and some of my toes were half polished. Please dont waste your time or dollars. There are better places here in Ruston!

Very rude over the phone, tried changing my appt time, here’s how it went.“Royal nails”“Hi I have an appt today that I need to reschedule!”“Ok”*they hang up on me*They didn’t bother asking my name or what time I was scheduled, hung up ON ME before I even spoke again... I didn’t bother going because they clearly couldn’t care less about their clients. Good luck.

Went in for ombré nails and the nail tech lele came off as if she knew what she was doing, but did a beyond half job. It left me in disbelief that she thought she had actually completed my nails. I will NEVER recommend or go back to royal nails.

They are real workers...I had the owner do my refill 2weeks ago..it was late and my regular salon was closed and I had church in the morning...I was desperate..so I stopped and asked if they had time just for a refill..They were nice and said yes.. I was so satisfied with the owners work, that I made up my mind this is my new nail salon...She did such a good job.. and how she engaged in conversation with me... normally salon workers do not talk to their customers...just small talk..lol..we found out we had a lot in common...she suggested a color that was so beautiful, that I was getting compliments from my coworkers and family...the nail color complimented the true undertone color of my skin....I believe this is the color I have been looking for that I use to wear in Calif...Im so HappyTonite her Cuzzin a young man did my pedi & refill and he was so meticulous in doing my nails..He took his time and worked as if he was not going to allow any flaws left to be seen by the naked eye..I truly appreciate his work...This is the My Place 🤣😎🤩... thanks

I will never go back again. I just waited an hour to keep getting skipped over. Wendy is rude as hell every time I come and shows favoritism to certain customers and pretends she doesn’t know how to do certain designs. This was my favorite nail shop before she came.

Got a pedicure and manicure. The lady doing my nails was so rough I had to ask her to stop a couple times. It was also a half assed manicure. Didnt even trim nails! Pedicure was just ok. Will never be back.
