I am an ocd picky nurse. I rarely relax when I get my nails done because I want them to be extremely perfect or it really bugs me. I don’t want to spend a 100 bucks for something that will just make me feel like I wasted money & annoy me every time I look at it. I had zero complaints on the outcome. Nails looked awesome. Only small complaint is they did my fingernails and toenails at the same time so it didn’t seem as relaxing…However it was my first time there so I was uptight anyway bc I’ve had some really poor experiences at other salons. And also - I suppose doing both my fingernails and toenails at the same time helped the overall costumer weight time. I will definitely go back to this place over the other local nail salons ive been to.

This is the best nail salon in Ruston! I have tried other nail salons in Ruston with no luck. As a guy, I feel so comforted that I can come in, ask for a pedicure with polish, and not feel judged. The workers here are so nice, they made sure I was taken care of, and the atmosphere is so calming. I highly recommend Allure Nails and Spa!

My daughter had a really bad experience here this week. She went on Tuesday and got her nails done. She got the dip with tips. First off they cut the side of her finger and then put a gel top coat on her nail and used the ultra violet light to seal it instead of the dip top coat that air dries with in 5 minutes. This picture was just 2 days after her having them done. This is not okay.

My first time visiting this nail salon, i was nervous because i’ve had up and down experiences in the past but i love my nails! perfect length, thickness and all even, the lady was super gentle with my nails. good price very happy

This is my second visit at Allure Nails & I love everything about it! The great customer service, friendliness & very cleanliness! I was the last customer to leave after they closed because I was undecided! I watched them change the seat covers, work as a team & sanitize every chair & the all the products & put new sealed tools in the proper place for the next business day! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone, male or female to go to Allure Nails & Spa to go sit with Ashley or Kim (by the way Kim’s a hardworking single mom! New to Ruston!😉)!

First time there. I did make an appointment, Callie was terrific, had a pedicure and manicure,and a brows done. Highly recommend.

This was our first time at Allure salon. We made an appointment for 3 mani & pedis, there was no wait we were seated right away and our chairs were ready for pedicures. The only downside is that the water was warm because it was sitting. Other than the warm water my deluxe pedicure was excellent, unfortunately my manicure was just ok she did a terrible job on my cuticles. Our daughter thought her pedicure & manicure was ok. My husbands pedicure didnt go so well: the nail tech was engaged in conversation and scraped the side of his foot so hard he started bleeding. This wasnt a tiny nick it was pretty deep. She didnt even apologize. She kept going but did a poor job, maybe she was worried she would make another mistake. Either way it wasnt a good way to handle the situation. Mani & Pedis for the 3 of us cost $205 + tip. $85 and 4 days later my OPI gel nail polish started peeling off. She put 4 coats on (her choice not mine) so Im not sure why its peeling. Unless they are cutting corners...when the salon charges $25 EXTRA for gel nail polish I would expect it to last longer than 4 days! Im highly disappointed!FOLLOW UP TO ALLURE NAILS RESPONSE: for your convenience I attached the receipt. Our appointment was February 13, 2021 at 3pm for 3 people.

This currently is my favorite nail salon to go to in Ruston. I have been to them all. I always leave satisfied. The only thing is that I think they are a little over priced .

I got a full set of acrylics and they did absolutely amazing! only nicked my cuticle twice the whole time ( it wasnt bad) and these nails I wanted were time consuming for sure. she took her time and asked me about which color, flowers and glitter i wanted and was making sure I liked what she was doing the whole time. 10/10

Excellent, All services were great and staff was kind and super talented.

I went first and got an acrylic nail refill with regular nail polish and it was great. I went the second time and got another refill and this time I was not satisfied. Before cutting my nails down the nail tech did not ask how short I wanted. After she cut off a significant chunk she asked if it was okay and I said yes. She then cut them down even more, much shorter than I would like. She then showed me gel polish and I told her that I did not want gel, and she said I had to get gel and they do not do regular polish on acrylics. Because I got it the first time and I dont particularly like gel, I was frustrated. In addition, a lot of my nails were different lengths.

They stayed open two hours and thirty minutes later than closing time to get my nails correct! They were so kind!!! I will never go anywhere else for my nails!!!

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE! They made mines super thin and the man used a razor to cut them after shaving them. By eyebrows are so irritated and burn! They even missed several hairs!

Today was an failure. Ive never had bad service here. After making appointment and talking to receptionist when I made it they still took walk-ins before me. They apologize said they thought I was a walk-in! Usually brag about them but NOT today.

This is the best nail salon I have been to! I was able to call and place my name on the list and had no wait once I arrived. The staff was super friendly from the second I walked in the door. It was the best pedicure I have had in a long time. I definitely highly recommend Allure Nails and Spa!!

Let me just start with saying, I love this place! I came in for a pedicure and to get my nails dipped. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked to pick my color. I asked if they had dip, and they showed me 100+ colors that I could choose from. I wanted something natural, that would support my nails and I got just that. He really took time with my nails, shaped them, and buffed them to a perfect shine at the end. I love my nails! My pedicure was also one of the best that I have ever had! There’s a sanitary liner for each customer, and each chair is a massage chair. I got the regular pedicure and it came with an AMAZING massage, followed by a warm cloth wrap. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get your nails done in Ruston.

Allure is THE BEST place to get your nails and toes done!! Everyone there are very good but my favorite is Ashley!! When i show her a picture of nails I would like she perfects them!! I highly recommend everyone to try this nail salon out!!

First time here and the salon look amazing! Everything was new and very nice decor. I was greeted very nicely by the staff. They offered me beverage and was very professional. I got me a gel manicure and i had a very sweet lady. She was fantastic and very skilled. She was fast and was on details. My nails look pretty and I was very happy! Came across this nail salon based on the great review on yelp. I was skeptical at first but they have so many nice picture so I decided to give it a shot. Very nice salon and I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Everyone was incredibly friendly and ver helpful. I got a gel manicure and they did a phenomenal job! I finally visited Allure Nails in Ruston last night! I highly recommend this place because the service was fabulous! It is beautiful, everyone is friendly and it is so clean. I was the last customer to leave and as everyone finished they would clean up the stations and wiped down all the surfaces even the chairs! Needless to say I was impressed and LOVE Allure nails! And my nails are perfect as well!!!!

I keep trying to tell myself that the $55 I paid for acrylic ombre nails was well worth it, but im too busy in pain trying to soak off these nails because the glue is so terrible that I keep breaking my real nails!! 4 stars because the woman at the front was super nice and friendly!

All of the impressive pictures and reviews convinced me to use this place for a simple gel manicure. I originally asked for ombre french, as that is a manicure I saw on their website, but was told that was only possible with SNS. So, I requested a simple American French.My nails are in excellent shape, already filed squoval and cuticles trimmed. To the technicians credit, she told me I didnt need the full manicure, just polish. Yet, she proceeded to clip the tips of my nails off giving me a very blunt, UNEVEN square shape with sharp corners. Then she whipped out the base coat which told me she wasnt even going to file them smooth. I asked her to do so, and she did a couple of nails before getting up to retrieve the color coat. I filed my own nails as best I could in the few minutes I had when she stepped away.Paint job: Her white tips were very straight and even (YAY!) but the sheer white coat she put over the tips was uneven, thick and goopy, and incredibly streaky. Plus, she only did one coat and was about to add the topcoat before I told her it definitely needed another color coat because of the streaks.When the polish was done, she didnt apply lotion or cuticle oil or even separate my nail from the skin of my fingers where she had been messy with the top coat and it fused to the fingertip. I couldve done a ten times more attractive manicure at home.And after she only did a polish job and not a full manicure, she charged me $30. I will say that my friend and boyfriends pedicures looked great.The space is beautiful, but that means nothing to me if the actual service is poor.Will not return or recommend.
