The lack of skill at this establishment is ridiculous!!!! I have never been anywhere that couldn’t do a simple gel manicure and pedicure, but this place managed to ensure that I did!! Not only did I get SLOPPY service, but I also got cut on my finger by cuticle clippers!!! These people are the worst!!!!

Jolies Nails is the only place that I go to! I love the people there and they always do a great job!! I always bring my little girl with me and they definitely like to spoil her! Very clean and professional!

This was actually my second time to this nail spa. I initially visited the spa because I was in my brothers wedding and the nail spa where our group visited asked us to return within a hour because they were busy. We were happy with the friendliness and the entire atmosphere so we invited some other people to go with us.

People are nice but not very good. My nails came out crooked, they talked my girls into designs that were not well done at all and my niece had to get hers completely redone because they were crooked, lumpy and uneven.

Very relaxing. Enjoyed my visit. First time going but will be back very soon. They were so nice and inviting... Next time will get a pedicure as well as my nails

They don’t know how to do baby design and they charge you for nails your not happy with and they do them sloppy also if they don’t have your style they try to force you to pick some nails your not happy with to collect their money please do not come you’ll waste your time and money

When I got my nails done today they cut my thumb by the cuticle and my index finger by the critical. I do not recommend going to this place. They also charged me $35 for it. My nails were very crooked

Not pushy to sale. Classy and well priced! As for the full acrylic set they left one nail chipped and didnt attach the acrylic to 6 of my actual nails. There is space between my nail and the acrylic nail. Pedicure awesome! Acrylic set not so awesome...

She does my eyebrows and shes so gentle. 💖

Super nice, sweet people. Not crazy about the way they paint nails. Manicure is only average but in the negative side. Pedicure is very good.

I am a regular customer here. The service is great. Its not as busy as most places and they wont rush through your service to get to the next customer. Im also someone who is nervous about my eyebrows being done but they havent failed me and so I keep coming back. I do recommended the deluxe pedicure. The hot rocks are perfect after a long day on your feet, especially when you have to wear steel toed boots.

I got basic mani & pedi today. Not exceptional, but good for the price. Clean environment and nice people.

Horrible service ! Came to this nail place on a Sunday at 3:30pm .. there were two ladies getting a pedicure. I walked in and got asked what I needed . Then after stating... a few minutes later the man said “were closed” . I was confused and asked don’t you guys close at 5:00pm today ?? He stated we have to go to Shrevport. I’m sorry but what does that have to do with me and your business hours you clearly state online and your door ???I pray Ruston nail businesses get it together !

I got a pedicure today . I didn’t like that she tried to get me to change the yellow I picked out because she said it wasn’t pretty. But she did an ok job.

I visited for the first time and had a full new set of nails done! Danny was so friendly, polite and gentle that i plan to start going there now! and today i went in for a pedi which was absolutely amazing! a beautful lady did my pedi and i forgot to get her name but i have fiund a perfect salon to go to now! Jolie is the best place!

I rarely go here, but will never return again after my experience today. I told them I didn’t want to cut my nails and the guy ended up breaking all of my real nails and cut them as well! Then the lady was polishing my nails, fuzz from the towel was on my nails and she kept painting over it. So when I told her she wiped it off and started over, but she saw what she was doing wrong and ignored it. She was also very rude and I wasn’t sure how to take her action, but she took a young lady phone that came sit next to me and brought it to her as if I was going to steal her phone when we had the same type of phone. Crazy thing is she took the phone, but left the wallet. So if I was a thief, the opportunity was still there. I asked the young lady why did The nail tech do that and she was just as lost as I was. I never experienced this before and usually get good service when I go there, but never again.

I requested to get the coffin shaped nails and they didnt tell me it was an extra 5 bucks to shape nails until it was time to pay. There is no price listed for nail shaping, and I felt like they were finding a reason to charge more money. When they finish your nails you dry your hands by a cold fan there is no sitting area to properly dry your nails under a nail lamp. I had to request for someone else to paint my nails after a women did a rush job. While I was getting my nails painted a women came back after 3 days because her gel polish was peeling (they charge an additional 20 bucks for gel) -After many chances I will NOT return and I do not recommend.

My fingertips feel like sandpaper, my nails are sawed off at odd angles and the polish itself is patchy at best. I wouldn’t recommend it.
