My experience was great! Once the part was in, I had my battery and screen replaced in under an hour! Customer service was awesome as well! Much better than going to a chain repair store.

Went in to get my microphone fixed thinking this was CPR. Decided to stay because it was cheaper. After they repaired my phone its freezing and it won’t read my finger no more. Fixed one problem now I have 2 more. You get what you pay for. Just got a new one instead.

I replaced my phone screen while on vacation in Arkansas and when I got back home I noticed it wasn’t recognizing my touch. Jack answered my questions promptly (while he was on vacation) and even told me that the other company would fix it for free but after explaining the situation he went ahead and ordered my part. He came and actually got my phone from work and brought it back to me and was definitely the most reasonably priced. Also to add he fixed my phone in an hour. Highly recommend!

This place is run by very diligent people who care about your devices. I had my phone fixed almost immediately and at a very reasonable price, plus if it takes awhile they give you a rental. Best place in the area to get your tech fixed, no question.

Super quick at replacing my phone screen and battery (roughly 30-45 min) plus the prices are cheap compared to other technology repair stores.I also got a free privacy screen protector and it actually protects my screen very well (I drop my phone all the time).Overall, I’m very impressed with the customer service and product qualities used. Jack has been fixing my phones since 2013. Tech 4 Tech is absolutely perfect for local fixes and LA Tech students because theyre right on campus.If anything goes wrong with a particular part from their providers, they make sure its fixed without charging you additionally. I wont take my broken screens to anyone else!

I would highly recommend this place over any place in Ruston! The staff was absolutely amazing and is just fine with watching a phone repair, which tells me that they hide nothing. This is an extremely honest business and they will answer any questions you have on a specific part, or even the quality of a part. In my specific circumstance, I got an IPhone XR back glass replacement. They only charged 75 dollars for it, which this could vary given this review is on 10/27/2020. This was the best price in town and it looks very good. You will loose your Apple logo on the back, but they are willing to engrave anything you would like on the back for a price of 10 dollars. The worst color for engraving is probably red, so just keep that in mind. I asked them about their screen replacements and they make sure they use high quality replacements; they are picky. They also claim that the battery replacements are high quality, but I will update this review to let you guys know if it is sometime in December or January. They are a little hard to find, but if you give them a phone call and go to the address on W Alabama avenue then they are willing to lead you inside.This is the best phone repair company I’ve dealt with, they have very competitive pricing for IOS repairs and they are the only repair shop in the city of Ruston to engrave logos or names on the back of your device. If you aren’t available during business hours, they may be willing to work around that for you as well. Give them a call as you are pricing around and give them a shot! I’ve taken my phone to Tech 4 Tech countless of times to fix the screen on my old IPhone 6s before I got an upgrade to IPhone 11. I cracked my phone screen, and It blacked out on the left side completely. Took it to Ethan Reed, and the problem was solved in great manners! Excellent service! LCD screen was going out in iPhone XR and they were able to replace it in less than 15 minutes, give it a quick clean, and even got me a good deal on a new screen protector. Also very friendly and knew what they were talking about. Any future issues I will definitely be taking to them.
