Brooke was amazing. She was incredibly patient as we found the right part for my computer. She prepared me that it could take a day or two to repair but she had it done within a few hours after receiving the part. Incredibly fast and professional service. I highly recommend her!

I had a cracked phone screen and it broke the touch on it. Its a Samsung note 20 ultra. The screen is fixed but paying that much and getting it with the back scuffed up and a gap on the side where the back meets the side. I dont think it was worth 500$

I have a Moto X 1st gen. This phone is admittedly very hard to open up without proper tools, but I needed a new battery so I brought it over to some professionals. When I purchased this phone it went straight into a case and had only been out of its case a few times for just a few seconds each time. I returned to pick up my phone only to find it cracked all around the edges with small pieces of the plastic backing completely missing on some the edges (see pictures below). I brought this to the attention of an employee who stated that some minor scratching is common for this procedure. I can assure it is not common if the technician is properly skilled. I asked to speak to the manager, Bevin Cline, who informed me that the thin plastic backing on this phone commonly breaks when it is removed. He offered to replace the backing at cost. Here is the issue I have: his company broke my phone, and now, Im being changed an additional fee for their mistake. He refused to repair the mistake without charging me an additional fee.Overall, do not go to this particular location if you have a phone that is moderately difficult to open. They are not professionals, and if they break your phone, you will be charged to repair their mistakes.

Fixed the problem quickly and reasonable price

Took my phone to a diff repair shop that didn’t fix my prob n paid 100$ for my speaker to be worse. we went to CPR to see if it was worth fixingg. The lady was really nice n assured us she would fix the speaker n get it back workin. We was woried we was gonna have to buy another phone. I def recommend this place

Do not go here… Had a screen replaced which caused my screen to jump all over the place while operating, and before I made it back to the store the screen breaks overnight for no apparent reason. Went to the store with a 30 day guarantee which was not honored!

The In and Out Phone Repair store is a great place to get your phone fixed. My screen was shattered and they where capable of fixing it in the same day at a reasonable price. Levi was very honest and helpful. I am giving this place four stars just because I had to wait an hour and half, but that was because they where busy.

Customer service is great as always. Very friendly staff and they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They are very fast, knowledgeable, honest people.

This was hands down the best experience of getting an expensive phone repaired. My day started out rough with one of those classic I dropped my phone in my cup of coffee and right off the bat the phone stopped working properly. I immediately came to this location, met Bevan Cline and he got right on getting my phone fixed. The shop smells fantastic and is super clean and Bevan was super friendly, respectful and pricing was very fair. Best place to go in town. I went in to get a tempered glass screen put on my phone. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes and they did a fantastic job, They performed a super smooth application with absolutely no bubbles on the screen and it looks great,I was very pleased. Prices are fair and the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I brought my iPhone 6 in to replace a cracked screen and I was told over the phone that the cost would be $69.99. I made it to the store about an hour before closing and was told that the cost to replace the screen was $89.99. When I asked about the price difference I was told since it was so close to closing that it would be an extra $20. I decided to hold off and bring it in the next day. Upon my arrival I was told by a different employee that a screen replacement for my iPhone 6 would be $149.99. Im no mathematician but thats more than half of the original price I was given. I then told him the price I was given the day before and he agreed to that price.They fixed the screen and I had to bring it back twice for ghosting issues that didnt begin until they replaced my screen. Eventually my screen wouldnt go past the apple start up screen and Bevin told me they were going to do a hard reset to fix it. I picked up my phone the next day and an employee told me that the hard reset didnt work and I needed to buy a new phone. Well my boyfriend attempted to do a hard reset once we got home and guess what....IT WORKED. In & Out really does live up to its name because youll be in & out so many times to resolve an issue. Dont waste your time, just go to Gadget Pros and get it done right the first time.

Poor customer service!!! I came in asking questions about a phone I bought from there that wasnt fixed properly and treated me as if I was dumb and talked to me in a short tone and with lots of snappy, harsh attitude.Also, they do not fix the screen correctly or care to fix the problem you have (even when you have warranty). I bought my phone from them at the end of May 2017 and have had to go back in there 5 times (its now July 2017) because my phone screen popped out, again. I should not be having to worry about my phone screen popping out because I put it in my back pocket or tossed it onto my pillow. When I do go and ask them to fix it under warranty, it is always a different reason as to why it popped out (water damage, bent frame, etc.) and proceed to tell me its my fault it happened. They sometimes even refuse to fix it. A phone that has been fixed properly would not be having this much trouble from normal day wear and tear. I have been completely disgusted with how they treat their customers and their lack of interest to do their job correctly. DO NOT BUY OR GET A PHONE FIXED FROM THEM.

My experience here at the store was a little rough in the beginning but the owner was able to help me and give a discount.
