Okay for small jobs, but not for anything heavy. Will charge $75 extra for each part they replace.Had to get my car towed to them because it broke down on the interstate. A week later they call and claim the car is fixed and test drove it to make sure. They charged me $630. They replaced two very minor things and filled it with oil. Car breaks down on the interstate not five minutes after, and they then claim that they cant fix itSo, they charged me $630 and it never got fixed, offered to take off the replaced parts to try to refund but would not refund the nearly $400 for service alone.All in all, they werent terrible. They were nice enough but just charged way too much for sub-par work and my car is still busted even after everything.

The people here are honest and dont try to upsell you or try to charge you for things that you really dont need. The prices are better than anywhere else in the area Ive been. I was charged $241 at Charlies for an issue that Walpole wanted to charge me $525 for. They also do great work. My cousin and I have been sending customers their way due to the quality of their work and their pricing.

Charlies is awesome. Doesnt do work you didnt ask for, and gets what you did ask for fixed in a timely manner

They not professional they was suppose to fix my gas hand never did charged me 700 for the job then they fried my door windows out told me to bring back may11th instead he called the police and had me banned cause I said I was taking him to court lol don’t do business with this he for the white community only at this point nice try see u in court kept all my receipts hope u can back your end up....

These men are very professional and was very helpful. I made a phone call at 8:30 am trying to get my AC fixed, I was quoted a good price and told to bring it in. I got there before 9 oclock, they took my vehicle right to the back, came to me to explain the issue. They gave me two quotes, the 1st was lower than the quote over the phone and it would have only fixed the issue temporarily and the 2nd was $30 more but fixed it for sure. Now im riding in the AC and feeling GREAT. I am truly appreciative and will definitely be back if I have any other issue. I was back driving my car before 10 oclock. KUDOS TO YOU GUYS. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We have taken our vehicle there twice and they said they fixed the AC and its still not fixed! They have fixed two different things and said its good to go. To this day still no AC
