Great service - The person who answered the phone was helpful and personable. When they had a cancellation she called and they came quickly. Ricky and Derrick were the service people and they were professional, kept me informed, and did quality work. Also, they cost less for better work than a previous service we used.

The company installed the entire unit in 2012. The tape in the back of the plenum had a leak and the other tape around was perfectly good and very strong leading me to believe that the initial taping was done improperly. In addition their was a large 1.5inch gap at the top of the plenum so hot air was going directly into the attic! Near the intake portion of the blower below where filter can go there is a cavity under the house opposite of the register that was not blocked and had a lot of dust and contaminants that could go right into the system. I asked them to come look and they said yes, no problem. After inspecting they agreed to make the fixes and also found a heater circuit that was out as I suspected. When the left I THEN got a text for a service call AND labor for $130 but they didnt fix anything. When I called to find out what it would cost to come back and fix these small items they quoted me $550 and that included the part being covered under warranty- the circuit. NOW contrast that with River Valley Heating and Air. They came and fixed the circuit in 20 minutes and for not cost and then they covered the entire cavity and cleaned the blower filter for $250! Their business model is much more aligned to putting the customer first and I believe River Valley will continue to offer superior service for a long time.

If youre out of town like I am you might question the price of a service call after you have paid for them to come service your ac twice a year. I got billed for 2 out of town service orders for the same problem but they had to come back once to finish the job. Thats the main reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star. Anything else they do has been outstanding work.

Very professional. Furnace leaking very bad. Came out within 2 hours of call. Service technician, Matt Kyle, fixed problem and stayed to be sure air conditioning system was working properly. First experience with this company but will not use anybody else in the future.

My heat would only blow cold air ..... I called Bright Heating & Air and they were able to get me scheduled straight away. I was afraid I would have to pay through the roof to get it fixed, but the guys came out & in a matter of minutes they were able to diagnose that it was simply a loose wire. They got it fixed immediately & the charge was very reasonable. They were professional, polite, efficient and best of all .....cost effective! Our a/c decided to start blowing hot air on the hottest day of the summer. Called for a service call and they werent available until the next morning. We were thinking we were just going to have to rough it with the fans while the temp on the inside was 83 and climbing, but they had an opening and called to tell us they were on the way. What a blessing! They had us fixed up in no time at all! Thank you for great customer service!

I called yesterday, late afternoon, spoke with a nice lady that gave me all the info I asked. Made me an appointment for today. They called with a 15min arrival warning. Hey guy was very nice and very quick. We thought it was the freon. He looked for 2min fixed a wire and a compositor. Checked the freon but it was perfect. Cool air blowing and Ill paid in 30min flat! I will use them again. Also a much more reasonable price then the others I called.

I would highly recommend Bright Heating and Cooling. My unit stopped cooling, gave Bright a call and had a Technician here in about 3 hrs, Ricky diagnosed the problem and had us running within 15 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. TheTechnician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service, and very customer oriented.

We called about 10:30 and was told that someone would be out early afternoon, Garrett showed up about 1:00 and went straight to work. He replaced our thermostat with a digital one and it still wouldnt work, he then did the troubleshooting and finally found chewed wires on our outside unit from the pets of the previous owner. He was quiet and very respectful, not to mention the price was beyond reasonable. They have customers for life.... although we hope to never need their help again.

Rood charged $200. They came out three times. They over charged the unit by putting to much coolant which did something to my heating unit. They also told me it had a small leak which it did not. They were very nice peopleThe bright guys came out and fixed it. Just like they did 3 years ago.. These guys know what they are doing. Will always use them.

I called Bright Heating & Air to get a second opinion after another local company claimed I needed to replace my unit after a quick look and quoted me $4,400! Bright was friendly, and acted fast to get their tech out the same day. The tech, Rick, who was professional and respectful came a few hours later and immediately found a leak in our copper line that was spewing Freon. He welded it on the spot with ease and filled our unit back up with Freon. Now, we know it was just a leak in the line from wires rubbing against it through the years as Rick showed me this and the leak and it was easy to find and hear in plain sight. Thank you Bright Heating & Air for such caring and exceptional service! I will not go anywhere else for my Heating and Air needs. Youve gain a customer for life!
