Love the Sunday fitness class at 9 AM. The place is a bit unclean and very little equipment. Needs an uplift and more classes at 5:30 PM not just a ton of cycle classes. Owner needs to diversify what classes are given members. Time to get over the Covid-19 excusesOld and torn mats, nothing but little weights, old bikes, classes are offered only during the day nothing much at 5:30pm and mostly all cycle classes. Needs to offer variety like, Yoga and full body classes

They offer several different exercise classes for all types of levels. The class instructors are educated in the field that they teach. The owner is always on site, he is very helpful in explaining the facility, and makes you feel welcome. The monthly membership price is reasonable for all incomes. They also have a childrens play area that can be used when you are in a fitness class or working out in the main area. The owner makes sure that all machines and class area are wiped down and cleaned to make sure it is safe from covid-19. It is a great place if you are looking for a new fitness center/home.

I have been a member here for over 3 years at this gym and coming from previous gyms i can tell you this is by far the best one I have joined. The owner Rich is probably the best gym owner I have ever met. He cares about his members and the gym. If you really want a great atmosphere and a peaceful place to work out dont think twice if you are looking for somewhere to exercise.

I just joined about a month ago and I really really like this gym!! All the ppl in it are super nice and there never seems to be any Judgy Judies while you are working out, like you usually see in many gyms. I feel comfortable working out at my own pace just trying to focus on being healthy.The childcare that they offer is really a life saver and allows this crazy busy mom the ability to have a few mommy minutes to myself and allow me to work out and destress and I love that it is included in the monthly price, makes it a very affordable option in the area.The gym is always clean and the people working out all respect each others space during this pandemic..Owner is always on site and available for help or questions also, which is really nice. I am really happy with my choice of gym!

The gym itself is nice. But they have a private trainer who gives lessons here Jimmy Lionheart who promised services and went back on his word and refuses to give a refund. Please make sure to get in writing because he is not trustworthy. His comment when I tried to speakTo him in a nice way. He texted me “screw you lady”. I have called the owner of the gym and waiting to hear if he is able to resolve my issue. Will follow up, hopefully the right and professional thing is done.

It’s a wonderful atmosphere, people are friendly the staffs are wonderful & friendly. The owner not only friendly but also helpful. A great place to workout lots of different equipments. I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone.

Hi I just signed up today and the gym is great! Staff on the job was very helpful and i felt like i was back in New York where it all began for me, chill environment, get your workout in and get out, no bulshitting around on your phone while your in the gym going on. Perfect place for serious candidates, excuses are for losers. This gym in great!

This gym doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that I am used to, but I am loving my workouts there. It is never too busy and they have enough equipment to get the job done. The owner or guy that is always there walks around and is always cleaning the equipment which is appreciated with Covid. The people that workout there are friendly.

Don’t waste your money on this, go to a real gym like 24 hour fitness or Anytime fitness. One that has knowledgeable staff and knows what they’re doing. There is such poor customer service here. I have active and fit direct and one of the managers was more interested in flirting and socializing than helping me, this was months ago. She assured me that it would all be handled after paying $5 for a new key card until one night when I tried to work out after hours and was disappointed. My key card would not work. The following morning when I called she told me she would call me back. She never did. I had to follow up and she told me to come in. When came in the same day and she had no idea who I was or that we even spoke. Got a new key card, it still doesn’t work. The owner is “always away”. That was what I was told when I registered and that’s what I was told again tonight. Not a quality gym. Keep looking. Poor management and poorly run. I wish I could cancel my membership but it’s paid for through Active & Fit Direct. Needless to say, I won’t be returning ever. If you actually pay for membership, go someplace else.

So you all know what youre getting into this is a very small gym, machines are way too close for comfort especially now. Bench press is so close to shoulder machine the bars hit each other if someone is using the opposite station. Almost all the equipment is severely outdated and needs to be replaced. Most of it is damaged or not calibrated correctly (i.e left handle on pulldown machine is lower than right side, chest press is off balance, etc.) Cardio equipment is a joke, again outdated, jerky treadmills, creaky old stairmaster. one of the machines says i cant raise the elevation because the battery is low. Mens bathroom is tiny, shocker, and the sauna room has been broken for about a year now....i was told it would be fixed before i joined. If you know how to work out (primarily with free weights) this gym will suffice but if you like personal space, and functioning machines this is NOT the place for you.

24 hour access +1, inexpensive +1, no contract +1, conveniently located right next to Target +1, great classes every day (all included without an additional cost) +1. That last point alone is my favorite part and the reason I chose this gym.-1 star due to small size of main gym area without a designated area for stretching combined with broken sauna in mens locker room.

I have to say that this GYM is definitely one of the worst GYMs I have ever been in. I have had ENOUGH! Used to be called The ZOO! The equipment is extremely old and outdated. The treadmills never work right. The handle on the pull up assist machine is bent so you are not utilizing the proper form and can get hurt. The place is so small that it is hard to move around and if it is crowded you almost get weights dropped on your feet. The equipment is always dirty and the MOST ANNOYING about this Gym is that the owner uses a merchant that keeps CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT 3 and 4 times a month. When you call to have it reversed it is always the same excuse. Sorry sir, My merchant processor is to blame! Really Guy? NO KIDDING!! This has happened several times. You would think that he would get a new merchant processor. This month they hit my account 4 times totaling over 100 bucks! Very annoying.. Im DONE! Why would I pay almost 30 bucks a month for that place when I can pay 10 and 20 dollars for a gym that is HUGE with brand new maintained equipment and CLEAN! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!

Incredible facility. Amazing staff and very well kept & clean. Great range of equipment ranging from free weights and machines. The members are all very friendly as well! Highly recommend.

Awesome gym, great equipment and I really like the atmosphere. The owner is very accommodating and I love the 24 hour access not to mention my daughters love the childcare! Great to have a local gym that meets the whole family‘s needs.

This man is a liar I have proof that I was there and paid for 3 months they took me out of my bank after I saw how they worked in that gym I did not want to go any more liar man.

I got a free 7 day pass and fell in love with this gym and the people that come here everybody is so helpful the owner is a really cool guy i work out before work with no problem they are open 24/7 they also have showers and a Sana I seen the other reviewsAll I can say is try it for yourself you will love this place also they have free child care and they will train how to use the equipment they have a juice bar but I havent seen someone use it but a Vending machine with protein drinks inside come try it for yourselves

Reading the negative reviews, I suspect it is either competition, prissy people or snow flakes that cant handle a regular gym.They gym is nice and equipped to fit your need of a total body workout. Havent interacted with staff really, I tend to be like that. Signing up was easy and payed 2 months advance with no autopay/contract.Lol, only thing wrong would be people really. Ive seen the Instagram thot and the bro who uses the squat rack to curl(dude, just go to the preacher curl, people need to squat big boy weights). Guess thats where it might be small gym to some. When you trying to grind out your workout and people taking up space and time. But thats just my pet peeves.

Worse service ... corona gym close for 2 month but they still charge you every month then when you sign they said you cancel anytime now ..when you want to cancel they said you gotta wait 30 notice to be able to cancel and was the phone over one hour to get someone on the phone ... very bad

When I signed up with them they were charging me a double membership, after a few weeks they did issue me a credit. I canceled my membership in December 2018 and I was told they need to charge me one more month which was fine. I check my bank and I see a gym charge on Feb 28 2019 so I called the gym and spoke with the owner and he says yes his system got compromised and I need to call my bank to dispute the charges. I personally think he should have handled that a bit different, I did not get any notice of the issue. He was of no help. Also the equipment there was very worn out and for the 26 a month as well as a yearly fee the gym should have been a bit more updated. If I could give them a negative star review I would. I also dropped of my son one morning and the girl didn’t even take my name or any info in case of emergency.Katty Gonzalez

The best gym Ive found since moving to South Florida. Its got that old school feel when ya walk in. Alot of older but very well up kept equipment as well as newer machines and nice selection of free weights.The best part is that most of the guys that Ive met there are there to grind it out and not there for gym selfies and just to socialize.

Terrible gym they are a shady operation. if you join the gym be prepared to be with them for the long haul they make it near to impossible to cancel your membership. If you do cancel your membership make sure you have the cancellation in writing. If you dont they will send your account to collections and pursue legal action against you. Dont be cheep and try to join them for the deal you will get burnt in the end! Plus there are way better gyms out there who run a honest business for the same if not better price. Trust me this is happening to people right now dont fall for it like I did. They will steal your money and then add insult to injury by taking you to court. !!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!

They mismanaged my payment information. When I called in reference to still not being charged, still had to pay even though they made the mistake for a gym Im never going back to.

The Zoo Health Club in Royal Palm Beach has everything and so much to offer for the young to Senior Citizens. They give aerobic classes throughout the day and on weekends such as Yoga, Spin, Karate and, my favorite Zumba, and more. Plus they have a large staffed child care area with windows to the aerobics room so you can see your child as you take a class. It is the only gym in the area that is open 24 hours which is why I joined. I totally disagree with Jermaine and Julies 1 star reviews. I joined this gym 2 1/2 years ago and the owner, Richard, and the entire staff are very friendly, helpful and well liked by all the members. Ask for Dede. She is a certified and highly educated personal trainer that knows everything there is to know about fitness and will help you reach your personal fitness goals. Recently they opened up the popular Zmoothie Bar where they sell water, protein shakes and vitamin water at a low price. Great protein drinks by the way. Overall, its a small but awesome gym that gives you value for your money.

Gym is very small. A few treadmills were not working. The aerobics room was not attached to main gym. On a heavily raining day its not fun getting soaked to walk 4 doors down to take a class. They charge for daycare in price of membership but I dont have kids. Daycare should be charged per person who has kids and will utilize the daycare. Aerobic class was okay.

Do not Join! BIG MISTAKE! After cancelling FOUR years ago I received a collection call from a Miami lawfirm.You read that correctly...FOUR years ago.They took double payments out of my account. Do you think I will ever get a refund?Its easier to get divorced than to cancel this membership. I cancelled in person and was told it would be taken care of. Shame on me for believing them, but after four years!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!!Step away from the Zoo.

The name fits it perfectly, its a zoo with no staff. Most of the equipment is broken and old, the free weights are all banged up and numbers scratched off, its like they bought there equipment from gyms that went out of business across America. I worked out here for a month straight and was hoping to enjoy it but its 26 a month and they have the balls to charge you a maintenance fee once a year. It sounded okay when I signed up but once I noticed machines being broke; for the entire month I worked out there I started thinking why they charge a maintenance fee and why there gym is just as expensive as LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness.They have an abundance of cardio machines but every other one is broken and the pedals are loose (a real easy way to sprain an ankle). If your thinking of joining this gym hopefully you see this review and I can save you a hassle and complete waste of your time. If your looking for a 24 hour gym go visit 24 hour fitness before you sign with this one, Im paying 27 a month for a gym I can be proud to be apart of.This is truly a 10 dollar a month gym and they are getting away with murder by charging people 26. They also have issues canceling your membership and want to charge you another month after you cancel, a quick call the the bank fixed this for me and I recommend anyone having similar issues to do the same.

Went in with a guest pass. I thought this place was different from what was here in the past. Same old gym just diffferent name. Dirty as usual, broken and oudated equipoment A as usual. I would advise everyone to stay away. i would give this place zero stars but that;s not an option.

If I could give NO STARS I would. The Zoo itself is fine until you try to quit your membership then good luck. We quit in person and via fax but it was not accepted and they continued to charge my elderly fathers credit card. Repeat phone calls and having to go to an off website (because you cant cancel on their website and there is no links of information on their website). Even when you go to the off website you still have to make phone calls to find out where. So member be where once you sign up you can never leave.As for the Zoo Health Club, you moved and made it hard for my elderly father to continue to go. Congratulations in still charging an elderly gentleman month after month when you knew he cancelled, I hope you all can sleep at night. So disgusted at the lack of caring and the need to make money.

This is a great gym with an awesome owner. I love that its 24-7 so I never have to miss a workout even when Im working late or up extremely early.

Ladies run from this place. The facility is a mess. Equipment is never wiped by members or staff. There has been signs on equipment being down for months now. I agree with the other comments about the treadmills being purchased at a garage sale. A real dump and that is putting it mildly.

Been going here for 5 years when it was zoo health club and I havent had one issue than and still dont. 24hr acces is a must have in my book and is never over crowded unlike your other so called gyms out there.
