The quick quack in Roy is our favorite quick quack to go to. The staff is really friendly! We feel like it gets our car more dry than some of the other quick quacks. There is a young man that works weekday mornings, he is always positive and kind. You can tell that he cares and he helps brighten people’s mornings.

The convenience is great! I have the unlimited pass and can wash my car everyday if I wanted. Buying the pass is the best value, and your car is cleaned under 5 minutes.

Bought a month on a car i was selling because i was moving out of state. I used it twice before the car sold. They unknowingly enrolled me for reoccurring monthly on a business card. A year later going over expenses for taxes i caught it. They only refunded 3 months even though it was obviously never used. They enroll you on a tablet in a busy line without you knowing. If it was my personal account i would have caught it immediately. Buyer beware.

Good wash for the price, the air dryers werent super great. The vacuums they offer on the side are good and strong with compressed air as well makes detailing the inside of your car nice and easy

Loved this place at first. But now I have a problem using my membership almost every visit. One month they put my plate number in wrong. One month charged me twice. And just recently I paid for a membership but they cant find it to honor it. Ugh! Very frustrating! Dont think Ill be going back.

The vacuums work great! My car was washed awesome and the attendants take a time to make sure youre lined up with the wash.

My little guy and i came here at night and were pleasantly surprised! The attendant came out to us and got us all set up and ready to go! She was super friendly. We got a wipe for the interior and a light show to boot! Not to mention a sparkly clean car! I didnt use the vacuums because it wasnt too bad, and it was cold outside!

Im not a big fan on auto washes that have rollers and touch the vehicle. Ive had a bad experience before with one putting several dents all down the side of my truck. I have discontinued goin here only because of this reason alone. As far service and cleanliness, its a good 4 star.

Is a good car wash. The only not awesome thing is when three lights dont work. The lights make it fun for adults and kids the vacuums and air her it cool to help clean. the staff is nice. The good car wash is just the same almost at the best only missing one wax.

Awesome car wash! The attendants are very helpful and provide happy service. My kids love the rainbow colored soap, I love the free vacuums and various vacuum attachments to get all the tiny places crumbs like to fall into.

Honestly, I was pretty happy with this car wash. The rinse cycle didn’t get all the soap off my tires, but other than that the system did a solid cleaning job.The vacuums here are the best I’ve ever used. Super powerful suction made it so easy to clean out even the tiny, hard-to-get spots inside the car.Super friendly staff.

Thanks another great location quick quack!! Only one suggestion I would like to make that I have observed. It seems that the turn to get into the wash is a bit tight for trucks. I took my moms there and we did have to make a 2 point turn. Other than that, its great!

The car wash is very good. Does an excellent job cleaning and shining the car (depending on tier). Tire shield is very good too. I only have an issue with the drying process. It always leave something to be desired. Nothing that cant be addressed with a cloth. I really like their vacuums (with different nozzels), great suction. The air blower is very handy as well to get dust out from under seats (also helps to dry the wet parts of car). Large trash cans are nice and always empty. I also appreciate the free washcloth they offer each time I go. Worth the money, especially the monthly subscription.

What a waste of money! Paid $15 for their intermediate wash with the tire/wheel cleaner. Got home and noticed two wheels were still dirty, like they werent even cleaned. The back window and tailgate didnt even get touched and the passenger side doors where barely cleaned. This was my first and LAST time ever going to this car wash, what a rip off. Ill stick to Cliffs in Roy. Their prices are better and the quality of the washes isnt comparable. I have pictures if the owner/manger would like them. Id be upset if this is how my business was represented.

One of the best places to get your vehicle cleaned. It is the only place I recommend if you have multiple vehicles and want the best price deal available anywhere.

Just got the $19.99 car wash at the Roy Quick Quack car wash and it was great! The two guys that were working were nice! I especially enjoyed vacuuming my kid infested car and making it feel new again. Lol would recommend Quick Quack!

Roy is known to locals as the land of Car Washes and Chinese food. With so may car washes to choose from, you might think that any will do. To the contrary, Ive found that some are better than others.I decided to try Quick Quack after my black sedan has had to sit in the driveway for the last few weeks and it was covered in dust and hard water spots from the sprinklers. The young man that took my payment was nice but I noticed quickly that the prices for the different tiers of washes was much higher than my preferred car wash. I selected the middle tier wash (14.99 I believe) and went through the wash. The was was much faster than my preferred place and didnt seem to have as many sprays and brushes either. I think that because it was so quick, I didnt get much time to soak and get some of the spots ready to wash off. The dry blowers went pretty quickly and I could see more water droplets on my car than Im used too.I pulled out to use the vacuums and noticed that I had a lot of water still on my car, especially on the lower portions of my doors and the back of the trunk area. Also to my dismay, most of the hard water spots on my car were still there. I was able to blow a lot of the water off my car with the pressurized air that was available but there werent any towels like at the other wash I usually use to get my car fully dry and buff out some of the spots. The vacuums worked well but that was small consolation for the price I paid and the mediocre car wash I got.This wont be a place I will go back to. I can get a better car wash just a half a block away or at the old self wash places that are still numerous in the area.

Not the best, yet not the worst.. definitely not as good as they were when they first opened.. Didnt get the dried on bird poop off my new car. And the vacuums barely have any suction.

Best car wash in town! Recently started giving free air fresheners for members at every wash which lead me to leave this review. That move was the icing on the cake. I asked for the manager (Stone was his name) because I wanted to commend this change! It separates them from the other 100 washes in roy in my opinion. He was a great dude that genuinely cares about people and their cars. I would highly recommend this place. Employees are great and facility is clean!

The best part about Quick Quack is that they have two vacuums: one with a flat head for carpets and a long one for reaching in the cracks. Why dont others think of this!?

I take my Explorer and my F350 King cab through their wash and they come out nice everytime. Vacuums usually work pretty good.

Great car wash! I love that there are actual people there to spray the bugs off your car before you go into the car wash. The car wash was a fun visual experience, lots of cool lights!

It was definitely quick. Went through after a camping trip with lots of bug splatter. Got 99% of then off. Liked the free vaccum and air compressor.

Quick wash? Yes, once you get in. Of the last 5-6 times in a row that I’ve been, the wash has broken down once-twice while on the same visit. This time the vacuums aren’t working. The spray the employee puts on as you enter is pathetic, they barely get any of the left side of the car and back. There are no towels to dry after, which you have to have because of the residual soap and water that doesn’t get rinsed or dried.So, is the wash quick? Yes, once you actually get in. Is it worth your money? Absolutely not. Mountain Shine next door is a class act car wash, they have it all and I have had no problems with the 20+ times I’ve been at Mountain Shine. This will be my last visit to Quick Quack.

Friendly people and a good place to take your car when its dirty

Quick Quack does a great job of getting your car clean. Staff is friendly and they have a plenty of stalls, following your wash, to vacuum and clean out the interior of your vehicle. The duck motif is a little cheesy but cute and enduring.... my kids asked if they have any rubber duckies

This is my favorite car wash place. Ive been to so many and this one cleans AND dries the best. Theres never a line and they always have such great monthly pass deals.

They claim it is better than touch-free, when it is a full-up touch car wash. It didnt get my car clean, but I was too worried it would rip my rain guards off if I went back through a 2nd time... Ill stick with touch-free in the future.

I had my first best wash yesterday. It was amazing and got all the winter salt off my car. My toddler loved the colors of the foam. I was really surprised at how well it cleaned my car since she had practiced writing her ABC’s on it. I would love to do a monthly membership but I wish it wasn’t $30 or that you could at least use it on both your vehicles. Really impressed with the service but I think with such a high cost I would be better off washing it myself.

This car wash is the best Ive experienced thus far. The quality of their products used is quite impressive. Our vehicles come out sparkling & shining so beautifully. I highly recommend the Quick Quack top wash. I had tried the others, then quickly fell in love with the top pick. The 3 different coats of wax & tire shine really protect our vehicles wonderfully. The location is absolutely perfect too! Many of our friends,family,& neighbors have started going to this car wash.The only complaint I do have is with one staff member. Everyone else is extremely friendly,knowledgeable, & helpful. Everyone else greets us with a smile. Unfortunately, there is one employee that doesnt quite do the job as he should.We all have monthly unlimited wash memberships, so we go by there frequently. This particular employee never smiles. Ever. Every time he has sprayed my vehicle as Im pulling forward, he doesnt do a thorough job. He barely gets my hood wet & barely sprays the bottom of the windshield (literally a few drops managed to make it on my windshield yesterday). Then, he rolls his eyes when he motions which way I need to turn my wheel. Making me feel as though Im an inconvenience to him. Not welcoming in the slightest bit. His body language screams frustration.At first, I simply brushed it off. I mean, we all have our bad days. No big deal. However, I quickly noticed this occuring every time I encountered him there. Then my husband & son started making comments about his demeanor as well. After listening to their complaints, I quickly realized it wasnt simply a bad day or anything of the sort.Other than that, I would highly recommend this car wash.

Convinced me to sign up for the $9.99 first month membership with the idea I could easily cancel before the month is up so it would I let be the $9.99 for a month of unlimited washes which I thought was cool. The wash left water marks all over my car and didn’t really do much better than a cheap non-touch wash and left some scratches on my brand new car...Trying to cancel now and they are slow as can be to respond and are saying there is a $5 cancellation fee which I saw nothing about when I was there and the attendant didn’t say anything about either.Just gonna stick with my power washer back home and/or the gas station washes that don’t touch your car.I suggest against using Quick Quack.

Excellent deal if you buy the unlimited car wash. The only thing better is the California car washes that do the whole thing inside and out for $25. Well worth every penny anyway.

I had a membership for the best wash. I took my car there this week and the machine tore off my passenger rocker trim. When I reported it to the employee all he would say is that because my car is over 5 yrs old they would not do anything. I told him I wanted to cancel my membership, I filled out the form and received an email saying that even though my account was just charged last week and this was only the second wash I had used they would not refund my money. However they did tell me that I could use the car wash until the membership expires. Why would I continue to use a carwash that damaged my car. Do not waste your money. Rude employees and the machine damages cars!

Great location, super quick, super nice staff who helped us out today! Bonus: vacuums on the way out to clean out the inside of the car AND a great dashboard wipe to clean off my super dusty dashboard! My daughter loved it too!!
