Car wash was great. Vacuum could use some help, not enough suction and the tip is to large for small areas unable to reach under sit and side of them. Staff very pleasant.

After using this service for over a year, I was disappointed with then when i went to go get my truck washed. the automated system failed to recognize the pass. the attendant told me to try the other lane which I did. It would still not work. Then the attendant ask for my phone number and that did not work, next I gave then and that one did not work. they have been taking money from my account. So they need to fix their system. after 5 mins they ask my name and they got it to work. I would have been asking for the manager to get this problem resolved and would have requested for a full refund of the month since that month was half over. it may be time to look for a another place to get my vehicles washed.

Love this place! Never have found any car washes that get up under the little fin on the back of my SUV, until Mountain Shine. It not only does that, but it also polishes my wheels and leaves my car CLEAN! I love the fact I can wipe down the SUV with the little provided towels, and vacuum it with their powerful vacuum. The staff is also so helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

We’ve visited local competitors and feel like this car wash is the best! We drive out of our way just to go here. The wash quality and drying is superior. The air fresheners and wipes are an added bonus! I always recommend Mountain Shine to all my friends.

I have had Quick Quack monthly car washes in the past, but some how my front passenger door or window clean. So, I tried Mountain Shine Express. It is AMAZING!!! My car is clean all the way around!!! ❤️ The only thing I wish was to have more options available on their website. Great friendly employees. I would highly recommend their services!

Our truck loves Mountain shine. We have tried several different car washes before finding Mountain Shine. We drive from West Point just to go here. The dryers are the first ones we have used that actually dry our truck. They take the time to wet down and spray off the truck before sending us thru. The monthly pass is the best one around for price. Love the scent of the air fresheners!

Best car wash ever. Best costumer service ever, the tunnel has a thousand dryers, free vacuums, compressed air for the fine detailing, and microfiber towels. It’s such a great value for a great price. I recommend it highly.

Im pretty sure I have used just about every automatic car wash place in northern Utah, but I have yet to be impressed. They all push so many cars through so quickly that you are almost guaranteed to have your car hit with whatever was on the car in front of you. I even had one of the biggest car washes scratch my new car with some sort of metal (it gouged the hood) and then blame it on me.I came across Mountain Shine by accident as I was headed to the place where I had a membership. My place was full with a line part way down State Street, but I looked over and saw Mountain Shine and decided to give them a try. Accidents happen for a reason. These guys were busy but took the time to explain the services and prices, didnt push me in any direction and promised me I would be back - and they left at least a car length of space between me and the guy in front of me. Well, after that wash, I went back to my office, got online and canceled my other membership and came back the following week and signed up for the Unlimited package.There are plenty of vacuums, and there is an air gun at each vacuum as well to touch off those places the insane amount of dryers may have missed. They have clean towels available to do the final touches on your car, and their staff cant be beat.I hate to tell anyone about this place for fear it gets TOO busy, but who knows, maybe I can get them to build one in Clearfield :)

I’ve been to other car washes and I don’t like them as well. I really like Mountain Shine and would recommend it to anyone!

I think it was my 3rd time coming here that I met the owner and we got to talking and he had mentioned how he invested more into higher quality brushes, soaps and dryers because “cars are his passion”. I trust that to be true. My car is shinier and cleaner than when I go to most other places and he has a lot of dryers at the end, which a lot of places seem lacking. I started going to Mountain Shine after trying Quick Quack. QQ felt like it was banging on my car with their brushes, which made me wince the whole wash. Needless to say, I signed up for the best package and have been happy for the months I’ve gone to Mountain S!

These guys are awesome! Prices seem fair, but what matters to me is their tunnel wash is really thorough and the staff is awesome. I came in just before they closed (didnt realize it at the time) and their vacuums shut off before I was done. The guy that was working there stayed late just to turn the vacuums back on and let me finish my truck!

I have the unlimited pass and I go quite often, the employees are always friendly and very helpful. It is always quick and I really like the free vacuum and towels at the end. It is very convenient as well with the location. I highly recommend!

In recent years, Roy and the surrounding area have boomed with car washes. You have choices of self serve, touchless and car washes like Mountain shine where you get the scrubbing experience. I prefer self serve when I have the time but when I want quick, I will go to Mountain Shine. Ive always had attentive folks that work there and appreciate how Im treated there.There are four options for your wash with the Mountain Shine being the most expensive. If you wash your car more than once a month, you should get a monthly plan. A single Mountain Shine is $17 but a monthly plan is $30. This is the most expensive wash so you can get by paying less.When you pull into the tunnel, you get your car hand sprayed on both sides to get some of the worst dirt off and then the rest of the wash gets soap, washing, rinse, wax, rinse and drying. The tunnel is longer that some of the other car washes and my experience is that I get a better wash than others. More dirt gets washed off and I get a better rinse.After the wash, the vacuums are easy to access and they work well. They also have pressurized air which is good for blowing water out of places like under license plates, outside mirrors and doors. They also have microfiber cloths available for you to use to make sure that your car is fully dry or you can wipe off the few spots that the brushes dont quite reach.The only bad part is that the brushes doing quite get the back of my car as I would like but it is easy to wipe off with the available cloths.I like Mountain Shine and like to go there when Im in the area.

I had a free wash here, I liked it, but I did not love how there wasnt a touch less car wash option. I would get a pass if there was a touch less option, I just dont love the dirt being rubbed from other cars to min from the main big sponges. I dunno. Good wash but with their prices I will probably not go back

I got the $12 car wash and then used the vacuums. The wash was a good quality wash and did dry very well. However, it was so harsh on my car, it knocked off 2 of my rain guards and put a hand full of chips in a certain spot. I have only had my car for 2 weeks and I am very unhappy. I did however get my rain guards back and they were not broken!!

The best thing about this place is that they were offering a free wash the day I went. The front license plate came out bent. (It’s a new car and the plate has been on less than a week.) And it didn’t even get my car fully clean. Glad it was free. But it wasn’t even worth that. Wish I’d picked somewhere else.

Ive had my mountainside membership for at least a year now maybe a little more I do like the car wash and the things that they do there, the employees to come and clean your car must have are pleasant and enjoyable and I believe they finally got the wheel bright to work now because my tires are now looking like theyve been cleaned and things so thank you guys.

Mountain Shine Express Car Wash is excellent! When they say they use more soap than their competitors they mean it; it was the most soap I have ever seen at a car wash. Also, I love they drying area, it has many blowers and a long enough runway to make sure your car gets dry before exiting. Definitely my favorite car wash in Utah!

I was a member for well over a year was charged $15 and then out of nowhere they said they could no longer do that for me. I will find business elsewhere.

I had the nicest young man help me remove my truck atenna before going through the wash. He was very sweet. Also, I love the free vacuum.

I have tried multiple different car washes and this wash is the best I have used and a great value. It’s not the closest to my home but definitely worth the short drive.

Ive had a membership to mountainside car wash for about a year now give or take I like the service I like their wash, just have one problem though not sure if the actual tire shine in their works because everything else lights up and you kind of smell it but you dont know if the other one to that puts the shiny stuff on your tires actually works. So if anybody does know if it works please post and let us who dont know.

Ive been going here for quite some time now and have not had any major problems. After the first wash that folded my front license plate like it was paper I simply remove it before the wash. Two screws, no big deal. Its very convenient to stop on my way home from work. Gets my truck clean and with minor wipe down, with towels they provide, dry and ready to go. Free vacuums is a plus. If you remember to back in you wont rub the vacuum hoses on your opened doors. Love this place. Wont go anywhere else.

I love Mountain Shine car wash. I have been going to them since they opened. Great location. Automatic gates so there is no wait. They use the best wax and use a lot of soap! Car always looks great! I can go just use the vacuums anytime with my monthly membership! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love and support my local car wash and I will never change them. They think a lot about their community and always give back and that’s one of the main reasons why I love them. They carwash is excellent and they vacuums are as well. They even provide towels for you to dry out your car. The staff is friendly always. I just love them!!

I love mountain shine car wash! As far as car washes go this one is up there with the best. The staff is friendly and makes sure to give my car a good pre rinse before the wash. The only thing I would say is their vacuums aren’t as strong as some other car washes but I go to get my car washed not to perfectly vacuum it.

This is the best car wash I have ever been to. I take all my vehicles there 2016 Camero/ 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 with 6” lift and my work truck. Best thing ever is the unlimited car washes I use for my A-Core work truck to keep it shining. I recommend going there to try it out..........

My husband and I both have monthly memberships. They are great about pressure washing the “mine site” mud off my husbands work truck every time he comes in so his truck gets clean! First place we have found that will take the extra time without us asking!

I love my monthly membership at Mountain Shine and the quality of the car wash and free vacuums. They offer microfiber towels to dry any spots that got missed with the dryers. The membership makes it easy to wash your car whenever it starts to get dirty and let’s me keep my car clean all the time.

The wash is fantastic. We have the month pass and use it almost every other day. One thing that might be helpful is to have a garbage can at the end so we could throw away the inside car cleaning rag.

I went into this car wash on 8/2/202 around 3:15pm with no rock chips in my windshield, and now there are several rock chips in my windshield. There were rocks hitting my window and I could hear them as I was going through. Usually I dont have a problem with this location but today was horrible. Only one guy running the entire car wash. Unfortunately I paid cashed and wasnt even offered a receipt, wasnt offered the dash wipe and air freshener like I always have been before, just over all poor service and then damaged glass on top of that, however I will be contacting the store tomorrow as I was in a hurry to get to an appointment and missed calling today. Dont waste your money, I am sure I will be on the hook for the damage their wash caused.
