Super nice staff. Great car wash. Love the free vacuums. I also love that they provide towels and cleaner as well. I do the monthly payment option for unlimited car washes, which is great. Especially since Utah weather is so unpredictable.

Best customer service, the kids who come and help dry the car and apply tire shine, are always polite and helpful.

They were fantastic. Did a great job. I asked if anyone could help vacuum and the sent out a nice man to do.He was good and fast..I tried to help but he was fast and better than me at it. Everyone so nice there.

Absolutely was impressed with my detail that was done! My vehicle has had 3 dogs, 2 kids, so many road trips and was sandy, hairy, and looking very used. Signed up for the $40 ceramic monthly package where they wipe down your car and use tire shine. They pre wash and usually do a great job. My cars black so it’s hard to get every spot. They don’t do quite as good as Super Sonic wiping it down but it’s decent for the price. I usuallytry use it once a week to get my money’s worth.

Update!!! Canceled my membership today. Ive literally watched several people crush their car on the vacuum located right as you exit the car wash. I unfortunately crushed my car today on this same vacuum. They really need to move it so you have more room to get out of the spot. If you were one of the victims they will tell you to pound sand. So now I will not go back to this crush trap so many people have been victims to including me

I was parked right next to this place and their little atvs ran into my car with nobody in it. They promise they would handle it and reimburse me for the damage and they dodged all claims and agreements. Don’t support this crooked company they are unprofessional little kids and the owner is immature. They are lucky I don’t sue since it was just a dent and small scratches they assumed I was a poor person just trying to get money they are trash

We had just got back from traveling and had bugs EVERYWHERE! The employees took their time to make sure all the bugs were off, before I entered the car wash. I was very impressed with how attentive they were.

Nice people here. They do a pre wash and then your car is pulled through the wash tunnel. Ive gotten my car washed here for over 2 years and only had it come out the other end still dirty twice. Both cases were severe hard water spots on the car. In both cases, I pointed out the dirt and they re-washed for free. $15 gets you one basic wash per day for a month. They have other wash plans too, but Ive never needed anything other than this low cost plan.

The reason I only gave 3 stars is because while waiting to enter the car wash, one of the young female employees doing the pre-scrub hit my car so hard with the brush or hose, it made me and my husband jump inside. I take great pride in my car, and didnt appreciate her showing no care for it, and not even bothering to acknowledge it or apologize made it worse, although she had to have heard the insanely loud crash herself. We have a membership and use the car wash frequently, and while this is not the norm, similar instances have happened in the past. Employees could use occasional reminders to be more careful around the vehicles and to at least apologize if something unfortunate occurs.

I would put 5 stars but there is a tire shine that comes as part of the car wash pass I have, and a few times I have gone, they’ve either skipped me, or forgotten I was there waiting in the designated spot for the tire shine.Last time I was able to dry off my entire car, vacuum it out, and sit there for another 5 minutes and I still didn’t have anyone come do the tire shine. I had to walk to the front office and have them call someone over.

Cliffs is a great carwash. If I had any suggestions, it would be for higher-power wands. Their fan patterns on their spray wands are so wide, it can be difficult to remove stubborn bugs, mud, etc. Otherwise, its a great/reliable carwash!

While washing my car I had a problem with the hose. There was no one in sight I called the problem number and had someone show up almost immediately, who got everything straightened out. Way to go Cliffs,!!!!!. thank you soon much

The vacuums and wash bay were fine, no complaints. The staff of young people, however, were, well, obnoxious and potty-mouthed. There was a young lady, couldnt have been more than 15 or 16, who dropped the f-bomb several times while chasing around with the boys in the main bay. It was slow at the time, so all the teenaged staff were just chasing each other around with sticks and towels, seemingly unaware that customers were present in the self-wash bays, and could hear them. Some people may have interpreted the horseplay as young people enjoying themselves at a fun job, but the swearing was atrocious, really. I dont like leaving negative reviews, but I think the owner should be aware of what goes on when these kids are unattended on the job.

I love this car wash its up to date and has everything I need all the time I can go there anytime at night and wash my car I recommend it if youre in the area

Used Cliffs for the past year and finally had enough mediocrity…. canceled my subscription. The car wash tunnel is as good as any around, but the main selling point for me was the pre wash and scrub before the tunnel by the staff. However, the ‘kids’ running the pre wash are a joke anymore. They pre wash like their hands are limp noodles, they brush only .25 of the car consistently; and only scrubbed 2 tires last time…. Why pay for a premium service that they are no longer providing?However, my biggest issue is they can’t direct cars in the tunnel!!! I have a standard size sedan that doesn’t sit that high off the ground, my last 3 times going to the wash I ran into the guiding bar or missed the tire slot and my car scrapped or dropped into the rails. I followed the staffs guiding instructions into the tunnel exactly every time, but they are too busy goofing off to properly guide a car. If you value your car, don’t go to Cliffs!

This place is hands down amazing! Everything everyone else has said is true! Just the prewash is so thorough! And then that lava wash... it is seriously the highlight of the week for me when I get my car washed!

Best car wash in Northern utah! They really focus on the spots the car wash doesnt hit. I really have a hard time with car washes but this one nailed it! Also wanted to add that Josh Ficklin killed the drying process and tire shine! Great customer service hands down!

We currently have both our cars enrolled in monthly memberships and live this. Its easily the best car wash around. They pretty much hand wash your car before having you go through the automatic car wash. Then after, depending on your membership level, they will hand dry the car and shine the tires. If you dont have that level though, they have plenty of towels for you to dry it as well as window cleaner. The vacuums are also really nice.

Got my minivan interior detailed. It looks like new! Im so impressed with the service and the workers. I will definitely be coming back when needed.

There are many drive thru car washes around Roy. I thinks Cliffs is hand down the Best. They have employees outside spraying and washing your vehicle before you even go thru the bay. I love this wash. Much better than the chain washes around town. Keep up the great work Cliffs

We have been going to Cliffs car Wash for 4 years since weve moved here to Utah, they never cease to amaze me. After driving to Washington and back, I dont think I left any bugs along the way. One trip to Cliffs and every single bug was off of my car, and it looked like I just drove it off the lot. I love their vacuums and the fact they have stations for window washing and drying off your car. The staff is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend them over any other car washes in town. Their prices cant be beat!

Takes the paint off your car... Regardless of the reply below this carwash did remove paint from my car. I recommend using a touchless method elsewhere any day.

Always loved this car wash. They are friendly, clean, and helpful. Recommend monthly pass. Their wash time will not scratch your paint finish or dislodge wipers... Including rear window wipers on SUV or van. Personalized services are very reasonable and they really care about making customers happy. So many new car washes opening lately and Cliffs customers are staying put for a reason.

Cliffs is the place to wash your vehicle. We do not take our vehicle to car washes often, but when we do, we love going to Cliffs. Their prices are right in line and we even stumbled into Tuesday promotion and got a couple bucks off. After the wash tunnel, they have a number of stations available to finish the rest of your car. Towels, spray cleaner, compressed air, and vaccumes are provided. Everything you need to spruce up your vehicle. Their vaccumes really suck, but in a good way and we can get our cars interior looking great. We might be odd, but the whole family loves going to Cliffs when the family car is in need of a good wash. We have been very pleased with the service we receive on each visit.

The BEST car wash and I wont go anywhere else. Whether its the automatic or self-service, this is the spot. Automatic wash; the employees are always respectful to not only you, but your vehicle as well, regardless of what it looks like. The wash is amazing and the provided rags and window cleaner after the wash, make it that much worth it. The self-service; Ive never had a bay that has had an apparatus that doesnt work. Ya know those car washes that half of the stuff doesnt work? Not here. Everything works as it should and works GOOD. Cliffs car wash is a great place to have your car washed. They do a great job and have a friendly staff. They are always updating there cleaning machines so that you are getting a great wash . When you get out to dry off your car it’s clean . I can’t say that about other car washes.

Dont know what happen to the old crew but they was much better then the new one. Went today to get a wash and they didnt even do my tires I had to ask. Then when a went to go threw they didnt even offer a wet one. Never had a issue till today.

This business has all the speciality that anyone would want or need to clean a car. They have people with scrub brushes and hand sprays there to pre-wash your car and tires before you enter the automatic car wash. Then you drive out right to an island with FREE vacuums and rags with a spray bottle to clean your windows. How awesome is that! The people that work there are so helpful if you need anything just ask. They also have a car detail shop that is a deep clean for your car. They do such an awesome job there and everyone works hard and very professional.

Cliffs Car Wash is the most phenomenal wash my car has ever seen!! Love this carwash. Good staff interaction and service. I am going to do the monthly plan here. It is very colorful, not sure that means anything. If I had a complaint it would be that its a little hard to enter off the street and exit. I would highly recommend this as one of the many great car washes in Roy oh, lets not get started with that.

Love this place. I drive 20 minutes and past many other car washes just to come to Cliffs. Be it sunshine or frigid weather, youve got a team out there giving your vehicle a nice pre-scrub before the car wash pulls you through. You also get a dash wipe to use while the wash is pulling your vehicle through. I do I have one criticism though....if youre in a truck, the tailgate doesnt get fully washed or rinsed. Same goes for a flat backed boxy type vehicle. Cliffs, if you could fix this problem your wash would be even better!

Ive been going to Cliffs since 2011 when I got my first car. Now 2019, i live in Willard and i still take the drive out here because i love them. They have the same prices just about anywhere else but they have more options and they give you more.(dash wipe, car freshener) I wont go anywhere else because I expect everyone to be the same & Im always disappointed when I dont get the same experience like I do at Cliffs.

My wife and I stopped and ran our truck through the works wash. We were very surprised at the friendly professional service we received. From the pre-wash through the entire process, we were assisted on our virgin journey at every station. Mattie was very friendly, positive and helped advise us on all that was available. We went through the wash and pulled into the vacuum area. What a great free service provided. As we were getting out Brenden came over and started to help complete the wash. He was so great to have there helping us. My wife and I have recently had back surgeries and Brenden jumped in and helped us immensely. He was so positive and friendly. We appreciated everyone involved, but Mattie and Brenden were so helpful that we went home and came back to run my wifes car through. We live in west Roy and you have customers for life. Love this car wash. Good prices and they have all the supplies to clean the inside of the car. The also have different nozzles on the vacuums so they can reach different places. Love all the options for air freshener.
