This particular Dollar Tree is my favorite one because the cashiers are pretty friendly and they off many seasonal items. I have been able to find many personal and craft supplies during these weird times we are currently in.

Love to buy 🐶 dog snack. Some carry ice. perfect size when you dont need much .

Made a bit of a drive down to this store for a particular item and the employee couldnt be bothered to check the back for the item saying that he had no way of knowing if they had it in the back without one to scan... how can I offer one to scan if there are none on the shelf... waste of gas & time!

Store is short handed but thats seems to be the scenario for many businesses big and small. They had plenty of things in stock but the seasonal merchandise is not up yet as it usually is. Patience is a virtue.

Over the corse of my lifetime Ive been to several dollar tree stores for this and that. I have to say this is the best of all. Shelves were organized and well stocked. Layout was decently opend compared to some others. With it being so organized I ended up buying a few extra things Because it was so easy to find things. They also had more stock in comparison to the other round rock location. Im impressed and will definitely be back. Hats of to the staff and management team.

This is one of the better Dollar Tree locations we have visited despite it being in an older shopping plaza. Definitely worth checking out.

The AC is not working and it is hot as hell. The staff were passing cold water but it did not help. They said the ac had been broken for 3 days.

Good place to shop but the number no one ever answers and or busy tone almost all the time. One time it went to private voice mail so its personal phone number. Not professional at all. If it were my business Id have it open to get calls all the time. Almost like a third world country not the same as it once was. If you dont want to answer fine, but at least put up message for customers of store hours closings etc.

Its kinda small and clausterphobic and their selection is very limited but they have a few gems hidden if you take the time to look. The prices are as advertised tho so big points there for us poor folk. They never have enough registers open nor staff on deck but its always either really busy or about to be or just stopped being. I give it a 3 out of five but Im a person that enjoys variety and customer service.

Called iber the phone and the staff was friendly and helpful. Once i arrived the store was clean well-stocked and the staff did an excellent job still. Nice work

This Dollar tree location is special in my estimation in particular for the elderly gentleman whos one hell of a cuss that works always on the end register I dont know if the guys from Sicily or what or used to be (perhaps still is) some sort of high mafioso chieftain but he does his job with a certain brilliance of execution and purpose he always likes to razz me about whatever article clothing I happen to have on thus questioning my manhood in comparison to his primal presence I am Ho checked repeatedly and its a great thing to meet such a determined member of the senior citizen population it gives me inspiration and should give the rest of us inspiration to persevere unto to the end until that time that we all go to cross the River Styx and place that coin under the ferrymans withered and gnarled skeletal hand

Probably one of the better dollar trees. More variety. More items other ones dont have. But no self-adhesive tape for injuries and no crafting velcro. But enough other stuff to get me to spend over 100 bucks at one time. I think it was around 125. No other dollar tree has gotten more than 60 off me at one time.

Closed for 3 days on end. Same poster posted outside. “Closed for an emergency”. That’s last’s more than 2days.. couldn’t find ANY staff to work. Upsetting.

Dollar Tree is always fun to go to. But this one was especially nice.The staff was very attentive, the layout was easy to navigate, and the selection was surprisingly good.We were in a bit of a hurry, so we werent able to look around as long as I would have liked.But it was able to satisfy the spending habits of 3 little girls very easily (and enjoyably!)I was impressed to find large canvasses (albeit thin ones/no frame) and a very large selection of crafting supplies.By far one of the best ones weve gone to. Too bad were not in the area more often!

Huge store and I love it. Just upset that they never have any baskets or hand carry baskets. I even went outside to check the parking lot. I would spend so much more money if I had a cart to put it in.

There are two Dollar Tree stores near my house. This one is a little larger and that seems to make all the difference.Some great uses of the extra space.1). Frozen section. Convenient at the very least. But the pepper onion mix is a bargain!2). Expanded holiday section. ‘Nuff said3). Craft section. It’s like a mini hobby lobby. Brushes. Paints. Canvas. Glitters. Tiny glass jars and vials. Wood boxes. Craft sticks. Beads you name it.

It was very quiet there today. Low on allot of their merchandise.

I love stop everytime I go. When there are lots of customers and one cashier the employees make sure that customers are checked out quickly without it causing me to have anxiety. The employee that was there today greated every single one of us as we walked in and walked out with a Hi welcome to dollar tree to be as we leave she says thank you and God bless and have a great day/night. This is what keeps me and my family going back to shop

This is the cleanest dollar tree I have encountered in comparison to the capital plaza and tech ridge locations. Everything is stocked nicely easy to find the things you need & they have a great selection to choose from. The employees are also very friendly and efficient.

I usually love this location because the store is always very clean, organized and the staff are typically very friendly and nice.That was not the case this morning at 10:30am. The older women Marie was so rude and had no customer service.The tone of voice which she used with me as i trying to figure out what check out station she was going too. Made me want to just leave my cart and dip out.I understand it is a dollar store but your customer service shouldn’t be.

How can you beat it when every thing is $1.00? Alot of items are name brand however you have to consider the package size sometimes you pay more than what you would pay at other stores. The best bargains for me are the kitchen utensils especially the seldom used ones. The small selection of tools are great if you need something that are just used once or a couple times.

It was a bit crowded, but overall we found good deals for a few dollars. If you need wrapping paper, kitchenware, this may be the place. Lots of snacks and candy. The organization of the store may not be to your liking, but the establishment delivers what youre looking for: inexpensive items without the hassle of big department store traffic. The place is located in a strip mall close to Gatti land.

I love the Dollar Tree. The only reason why Im writing this bad review is because the AC has been broke for the past few days and there is no effort to cool the store down. Not even 1 fan during this heat wave. I was in the store for only 7 minutes and I felt like I could not breathe. I cant imagine what your employees feel. The employee that was there was super sweet even though I could tell she was uncomfortable. Treat your employees better.

Was ok, but only 2 cashiers and the lines were all the way down the aisles. Waited in line approximately 20 minutes.

I went in today and the frozen section was mostly empty which can often be the case at this store. Danielle (sp?) was stocking the freezer so I asked nicely Do you happen to know if there are going to be any frozen fruit put out today so I can come back? Her response was I am going as fast as I can. I cant go any faster. I ... Im going as fast as I can. Now did I ever say anything about her speed? No. Did I insinuate she should be moving faster? No. I just wanted to know since there wasnt any fruit in the freezer if she knew if there was any coming out at some point so I could come back later that day or the next to grab some. A simple I dont know or I am not sure would have sufficed but a spaz out about moving as fast as she can did not even come close to answering my simple question. Last time I go to this particular store. I gave it a 2 star instead of 1 because not all of the staff is lacking there just some of it.

Very clean. Aisles are Appropriately Labeled for easy finding of what youre looking for. Attendants and cashiers are very friendly and easy to get along with.

I often come in to grab a few things. The store is always clean but parking can be hectic. Id like to think Cherie for the great customer service. She created each customer with a smile and it was busy around noon

This is one of the best locations Ive ever been to. They have everything! The store is very clean and organized and there are plenty of employees on staff to help wherever needed!!!

Organized. Friendly employees. The restroom is never clean so I would avoid. I waited a long time in line. When I reach the check out, the line stretched far into the isles. There were other employees who looked busy walking around. I think the customer should be priority. It takes moments to open another register and get the line down.

Very big store with tons of product choices, friendly staff. Efficient service. Very clean store, easy to get to. Close to tons of other shopping.

Got in line to check out..light was on then I stepped away came back and the cashier told me she was closed. They only had one other cashier. Sad because I do like shopping here but wont ever come back. They need more cashiers somehow someway. Left my basket which I never do but I dont have time to stand in line for hours to check oyt.

Taylor is a great cashierOther clerks continually blocked entire aisles. Finally, when I came to the third blocked aisle, instead of going around I said excuse me. That clerk didnt bother to look up, just kept stocking and said something like ..yea?I told her that I needed to get by. Oblivious.
