We rented a water slide for my son’s birthday party, and it was a blast. Couldn’t get the kids off of it they were having so much for hours. Sandi’s was great with communicating when to expect the set up and tear down. The guys that came were polite and quick to get it all ready and take it down. Will definitely rent from them again!

This company was amazing to work with! Super friendly and helpful staff. Our party was scheduled for 10:00am on a Saturday. They set up everything the afternoon before and didnt pick it up until Saturday evening, so we got to enjoy it for nearly 24 hours (wore our toddler and friends out) and still only paid for the 4 hour rental. I love that I didnt have to think about anything after they got it all set up. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again!

We rented a 20 foot waterslide for a Back to School Year party and everyone had a blast. The slide was delivered and picked up when promised. We will rent with Sandis Moonwalks again in the future!

Highly recommend Sandis Moonwalks. We rented the Volcano slide for the backyard and it was an absolute hit! Easy reservation process online. The delivery was on time and the setup was quick. The staff in all functions are pleasant and helpful. They are flexible and efficient. They stay in communication via email and phone calls. The pickup was fast and friendly as well. You really dont have to do anything but have fun! Well rent again!

I rented a water slide for my grandsons birthday and my whole experience with Sandis was great. They came a day early, set everything up and made sure it all worked like it should. We had an awesome party and the best part for the kids and later for the adults was the water slide. They came the day after the party (at no extra cost) to pick up. Her staff, from the phone people to the delivery and set up guys were awesome as well! It was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend Sandis for your rental needs.

This is the second year in a row we’ve used Sandi’s Moonwalks and they do not disappoint! We celebrated our son’s 9th and now 10th birthday with the Wild Rapids inflatable water slide and it is amazing! It’s has 2 lanes with separation in between, and pool to land into at the bottom! The kids had so much fun and it was worth it to see their faces! Communication with them is great! They text you, email you and the process is super easy. They even came the day before to set up so we had a day with the slide all to ourselves :-) Definitely recommend!!

I 100% recommend this place for your party needs! They delivered early so it would be on time for the party which is always a plus in my book! We also had one issue and I called and the guys came back within 30 minutes to fix it. Great delivery and pick up guys also very nice and respectful.

Awesome slide - we ended up having it for almost 48 hours for no extra charge. I think the kids went down it 1000 times each. They texted us with delivery pick up windows and set everything up. Definitely would rent from them again.

Yhese guys are fabulous!! We rented from someone else for a couple of years, and last year was an unmitigated diaster. I gave Sandis a try and they are wonderful. We have a family reunion every year in July. We have 21 grandkids, and their parents. Its a lot of people, and hands down, they all LOVED this slide far better than the last few years. The crew who set it up were profesional and very helpful. We will be using them next year, for certain!!

Excellent customer service, delivered the day before the party, picked up the next day. The slide was in great shape, kids loved it. We had the Hulk Bubble Bump water slide with a decent size pool at landing. I will post a photo to be able to see it more detailed. Kids loooooved it. Everything was great. The guys who set up & took it down were on time and very friendly. They sent text messages for drop off time & pick up which was very helpful.

Update: in July 2021 we ordered another wet bounce house. The timing and confirmation that it would be WET happened, as it should, 24-48 hours ahead of time. We scheduled the setup between 7-9am, party starting at 10. The moonwalk didn’t show up until 11am and it wasn’t loaded with the attachment to be used with water- so kids would be going down a water slide onto hard ground, no pool to catch them and soften the landing. This was a $500-700 rental (I don’t remember specifically)- a significant amount of money because 2020 had canceled our children’s birthday parties. My husband had to calm the contracted drivers into not quitting and then assuage their manager into not firing them because they just drive the truck and set it up. The story we got is that there is a main hub/center where these moonwalks are all leased out to the different companies around town and the client just picks a company to use. After missing an hour of the party, and bringing an incomplete moonwalk, our compensation was only $100 back. We will not be using this company again and we will tell anyone interested in renting one (friends, family, school fundraisers, etc) not to use this company. So sad that the review from just a few years back doesn’t continue to hold up.Once upon a time (2019): The experience of renting a moonwalk from Sandis was top-notch! There was an email sent to us almost a week before our event with a few guidelines and recommendations for a smooth drop off & set up, then a follow up text the day prior to the event giving us a drop-off window. They showed up with plenty of time before our party, set up a CLEAN moonwalk and picked up well after it was over! ...plus, the kids couldnt get enough of the bouncy house/water slide combo! Smiles from EVERYONE!!

THE BEST!They made everything SO easy for a busy event planner! Planning my sons 10th birthday party was a breeze when it came to entertainment! I reserved the bounce house online and added tables and chairs to our order. Sandis crew called the day prior asking if they could drop off the night prior, perfect!They did all the leg work, staking it, running the extension cord, setting the tables and chairs neatly. It was so worthwhile!We will work with them again and again for years to come!

My daughter had the best time! With so many things being canceled this summer, I was so happy she had such a wonderful birthday. 2nd year in a row using Sandis for a birthday party - and once again they were awesome! Easy to book - and great setup and takedown.

I will not recommend or rent from this company ever again. The bounce house I rented arrived dirty, food crumbs inside and their was a huge molded spot as if someone vomited and instead of cleaning it they left it and mold decided to grow. I tried calling, emailing and texting the company as this was not acceptable. We ended up shutting the bounce house down and not using it for the event. I’m extremely dissatisfied. I spent $223 on something I didn’t feel safe putting my kids in.

The website is really easy to navigate and has measurements, prices and everything you need to know. The people were professional, delivered the bounce house early and called to give us a window of when they would show up. The kids had a blast. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Negative stars if I could. Left an extremely dirty waterslide this morning. Chewed up candy in crevices, sand, dirt, leaves. Claiming they sanitize is completely untrue which is super unacceptable anytime but especially during a pandemic. Unit was also not set up properly. Velcro not together, water not going where it needs to. Delivery personnel didnt seem to care to much. And of course the company isnt returning multiple phone calls, texts and emails to discuss how they can make this right. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY, poor business practices here. This is same company as Jump Around Austin.

We rented a few large yard games for our indoor wedding for the guests who dont necessarily like to dance all night, and the games were awesome! The folks who dropped off the games were super nice and accommodating, and our guests loved playing them throughout the night.The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because there were some gaps in communication at times when trying to set up the rental and confirm the details, which made us nervous right before the wedding. But overall, Id recommend Sandis for game rentals!

Everything went perfect! I ordered a water slide two weeks before my sons birthday. 24 hours before delivery they let me know they were coming and we’re actually 30 mins early then what they said! Which was awesome, the two guys who set up were very polite and professional. At the end of the day they were even early to pick up which was fine, I only felt bad because we didn’t let it dry long enough but it wasn’t necessary. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental and I will use the again in the future!

We have used Sandis twice, and referred them to two neighborhood friends. Every single experience has been so great. They are very communicative about delivery times, and giving a heads up when they are in route for drop off and pickup. The guys who set up and tear down have always been personable and fast. The prices are totally fair, and the equipment clean and sturdy. We will absolutely use them again!

I have been using Sandis Moonwalks since 2018. I have never had any issues which is perfect when it comes to planning partys.They not only have moonwalks but basic anything you need for outdoor events, from moonwalks to water slides, snowcone & popcorn machines, tables/chairs and water dunking booths and alot more.For me personally when it comes to events I rather shop in one spot and this place is it.

Scheduling was fast and easy especially for a busy mom. I was able to do it all online with just a few easy clicks. The bounce house was clean upon arrival. Jay and Justin did a great job setting up the bounce house! They even identified an ant pile and let me know so we could adjust the setup accordingly and not have any incidents. We have used Sandis Moonwalks for the last few years for end of school parties. We have rented what is one of the biggest water slides the previous year, and this year one of the biggest slip and slide waterslides from them. They always show up on time, very nice, very professional, and secure the slides safely. We live in the Hill Country where the winds always gust, we have never had any problems with the slides. We trust Sandis and would recommend them to everyone. The owners are very friendly and family owned, which makes them even more appealing for me to recommend them. Everyone one of the delivery guys are very friendly and very nice, they seem to know the business. I will be using them again in August for back to school party.

Dropped off the jumpy house early, and picked it up late so we had some extra time to play. They set it up quickly and correctly, and the picked it up quickly leaving no mess behind. Sandis Moonwalk was wonderful for our Memorial Day BBQ. They actually delivered the bounce house (the colorful castle with slide and basketball hoop) early and were able to get it though to our backyard. They were extremely professional and polite. We rented a bounce house with water slide and tables for my sons 3rd birthday. It was delivered a day early and the guys who set it up were quick and professional. The kids had a blast. Although the bounce house was difficult to get into because there was no steps or rope to pull up on and once it got wet was slippery. We also had to zip tie the mesh door open because it was too difficult for the kids to open. Despite those two things we loved it. Sandis was easy to work with and book. We will definitely do it again.

Very disappointed...First off the waterslide i rented was dirty. Called up the office and was told that it had came from another party but the delivery guy said it was at the shop. Second the sprayer at the top of the slide wasnt functioning correctly so i had to use soap to help make it slippery. Would not reccomend this place to family or friends...
