We are newish to the area and weren’t sure where to have my son’s 4th birthday party. We had it before at Chuck-E-Cheese and weren’t really impressed. I found Pump It Up online and it seemed to be a fun place for a party. One of the things I most appreciated is how we were able to have a private party, especially with Covid the way it is. This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly chill and nice. We LOVED the glow room!! All the party packages were nicely detailed so you knew exactly what you were getting. It was a blast not only for the kids, but the adults!! My son has not stopped talking about his party and keeps asking if he can have another one soon 😂 I don’t write a lot of reviews but this totally deserves one with 5 stars! Thank you for a great party!!

Very Unorganized! Staff did not have scheduled times for anything. Staff was not able to give a straight forward answer to any questions. So unorganized my party was rushed out at the end. Very embarrassing! Waste of money. Extremely Disappointed!!

They focus on 1 party at a time and give the kids play rooms to the Birthday Girl or Boy also they make the kids sanitize before they go ti the eating and gift rooms. Great Atmosphere

Went with the nephew today only to find that they have scheduled times for birthday parties and public use. Staff was unsure of when the next public time was and I had to squeeze it out of them to find out if that information is available online (it is). We took a quick tour to see if it’s something we’d like to try at an appropriate time. It looked a bit plain. I’d say it’s a great place to host or attend a birthday party, but there are much better options for a casual afternoon with your little ones.

Balloon fails, 2 dollar keurig coffee, and blow up floats littered with viruses. Exactly what you would expect from this type of establishment. Overall a solid 3 star event, decent time for the money.

So fun! Everyone was great about keeping the party organized and getting everyone in and out. Fun for kids and adults who are brave enough to try.

So much fun! We attended the NYE Balloon Drop. The place was clean, the employees were super friendly. The employees were around for help/questions and they were having fun as well so it really set a good mood, good atmosphere! And the price was great.

This is our 4th time having a party at Pump it up. I can say with absolute certainty that it will be our last time having a party here. I was extremely disappointed with the experience.We booked the Ultimate 18 party which included party favors and balloon drop. My son was very excited about the balloon drop. Well the balloon drop didnt happen because Natalie, our attendant, failed to confirm what our party package included. They tried to make it up by having the balloon drop after the second room which cut into our time in the party room.Then come the party room with our next attendant, Isiah. Half the time he was standing around doing nothing. So the parents were the ones who passed out the cake and pizza. The worst part of it all was when he totally forgot all the party favors, included in the Ultimate 18 package, in the closet until after the party was over!Just an absolute disaster of a birthday party. Thanks Pump it Up. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know of my experience.I will say Alex at the front desk was nice and helpful. He did his best to mitigate the situation.

No hassle, no fuss venue for kids birthday parties. Staff are always positive, And good with the kids. Plenty of parking, and easily accessible during the times when youre likely to have a birthday party. Still holding out hope that they will expand and add an adult section. Seriously though, after 3 years of parties for our daughters circle of friends,, we only have good things to say.

I liked the place. Seemed clean. Had a good variety of jumpy house things for the kids. Kept the party moving from room one to room 2 to the food room. They have a good rhythm. Our room guide doesnt have much enthusiasm just have been new to the jobThe guy serving the pizza and cake was awesome. Overall pretty good.

We had our daughters first birthday here. Now, its not very age appropriate, but what sold me was that we could play with her. Most of our party guest were older, so it was age appropriate for them. Our daughter still had a lot of fun going down slides and such with everyone. We also got the bubbles added to our package. It felt like they were not on for long, so I was sad.From the moment we walked in the door everything went smooth, we did not have to worry about a thing. They brought us the cart to put everything on. While we played, they set up the party room. Our party coordinator did pull my husband and I into the party room to make sure it was set up okay. She also asked us how we wanted the party room sequence to go (pizza, cake, presents, ect.). Once we got to the party room, our party coordinator was kept track of the time, so she let me know when we needed to move on to the next thing.All the workers were very friendly and looked like they enjoyed theyre jobs. They worked as a team to make sure the whole party process went smooth.

Edited to add and remove a star: I am in the process of planning my daughters birthday party this year and wanted to have it again at Pump it Up. For some reason, the price of the balloon drop more than doubled since last year. Im pretty disappointed to see this because I dont understand the price increase. The kids at our party cleaned up and refilled the balloon drop net after they played with the balloons. I thought the original price was perfect since it doesnt take much time or effort for the employees.--We had my daughters 5th birthday party here and we loved it! The kids (and some of the adults) had so much fun! The first employee who helped in the two play rooms was ok, but the one who helped in the party/food room was awesome. I wish we could have decided how tips were divided instead of giving one amount and having it split between them. Also, the free pictures seemed like a great idea, but the camera quality is awful. Im not removing a star because most party places do not offer free pictures and their prices are similar. I almost wish they didnt offer this at Pump it Up because then I would have brought my own camera instead. Also, the bubble machine was only on for (what seemed like) a few minutes and the kids werent really interested. Not worth the extra money, in my opinion. Overall, I recommend having a party here and we will be back, but now I know about these details to plan better next time.

A fun bounce house play area for the kids. I feel like they could maintain their equipment better (ex. Patches m equipment peeling off, all have holds and for holds are not present on all equipment). Also their prices have gone up for open jump making the cost less reasonable.

They ran out of goodie bags and they told me that during the party, we requested the balloon show and it was not working. We celebrated the 6th birthday of my girl, but I will not go back here. Not a good service.

We celebrated my sons first birthday here. We had a blast, from a parking spot right in the front was easy to get the decorations out of the car. They have a rolling cart for all gifts. The time in the arenas seem like forever, lots of room for the kids to run around. The party room was pretty big.

Great indoor bounce place for kids! Multiple bounce houses in each room and even a glow in the dark bounce room! Space for parents to sit and quiet places for adults to retreat to. Staff was engaging and interactive with kids. Great party place.

Brought my kids to a birthday party here. Basically a big indoor playground; we had fun chasing each other around for a couple hours. Got very busy as it went on and it was depressing to see that only 1 out of 20 parents were actually playing with their kids instead of staring at their phones. You only get one shot, folks.Staff was friendly and the place seemed clean and safe. I think its meant for younger kids, mine (10 and 8) said they strongly prefer the indoor trampoline park.

Id avoid this place at all cost. Unless you want to ruin your childs birthday.

Staff was focused on the kids having a good time. Give yourself an extra to find the building, its in the second row of buildings from the street and theres no sign at the street.

Great place for parties. Run smoothly. A glow in the dark room, gave me headache. Not a lot things to do if the kid doesnt like bounce houses.

Horrible, they were not on schedule, and rushed us out for my sons birthday, after charging almost 300.00. I will never do business with this place, I want to give it negative stars

Brought three 5-7 yr olds here for an open play during Spring break. It was $9 pp and BOGO 1/2 off for three hours of playtime, which was pretty reasonable. The bounce houses are a little worn, but the kids had a blast. There was adequate seating for parents to watch their kids, and at least one staff member who was supervising everyone.

Love pop in play time on a rainy day to get the wiggles out. We use our pass for a better value. Had the place to ourselves pretty much.

Good place, the only reason I give it 3 stars is because as much as they charge for a birthday party they should have a better camera to take the party pictures.

Kids love this place. The playscapes change occasionally, with some being more fun than others. Weve gone to a number of birthday parties here as well, and the kids always enjoy it.

Water fountain was broken all summer. You cant get a drink anywhere else until you are allowed in the party room. Fix the fountain take care of the business.

Its ok once in awhile I feel the staff is rude and they dont do too much at the parties.

The place is fun for children and adults but I do not like the tight schedules they have and that you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks, not event water. Everything is so mechanic with the timing.

Like 200-300 people here and only 1 worker watching over everyone.

I got to enjoy the party, for the first time, while the hosts took care of everything... Paid less than it wouldve cost me to rent an inflatable and had the party at home.
