Love how they are on top of the cleanliness! I did not have to worry if my 4 young children would get sick from touching different surfaces. Very spacious.Only criticism is the restrooms do not offer paper towels, but still very clean.

Nice place to come wash clothes or whatever laundry needs taken care of. The location is very convenient and spacious with plenty of washers and dryers various sizes to choose from. They also have debit or credit card swipe machines just in case you’re running low on change or cash. I would easily give this place a 6 star rating if possible!!

Wear a mask, still, on Sunday it was crowded, it is clean and has an attendent, we were able to do three loads in one washer, maybe a little more, 7.50 for hot 6.50 for regular, huge building, as well, we took 45 minutes to get our wash done. Longer if you dry as well! Recommended from us!

Even though it was busy there were plenty of open machines for everyone. Very clean place and the machines are fast and efficient. Will return!

I went to the big clean today and one of the machines was giving me trouble. I sent my daughter to go get an employee to figure out the issue as the employee walked up I spoke saying hello to this person 3 times and he refused to speak to me and then replied do you need something. As i explained to him the issue with the machine he had a nasty attitude and was very unprofessional as if he didnt like his job dealing with customers or something. I was able to get a picture so management will know exactly whom Im talking about. Dont think this post will let me add pictures. However, the guy has glasses, nail polish, ring in his nose, and blonde dyed hair at the top of his head. Sir, please do better or find another JOB!

Great facility, I recently moved to Round Rock and found this place on google. It works great for me because they have wall outlets with plenty of seating space and I am able to work while I take care of my laundry. No issues with staff, and plenty of parking with easy access to the location.

They have different sizes in washers and dryers which makes it very convenient for everyone. This laundry mat is always very clean and on the weekends busy.

Update:. Two months later and restrooms have been locked every single time. I reduced rating due to inconvenience.Super clean and the machines always work. Issue that bathrooms are locked until the attendent shows up. Sign says 7:00 but she is rarely there by 8:00 when I am there.Advice: use the toilet prior to coming.

Sitting here doing laundry now, and working at the same time. It’s a very spacious place with TVs running, drink machines or snack vending machines. I’m washing a comforter in the big machine it was 6.00 for 27 minutes of cleaning, probably another 4.00 for the dryer, but this saves money versus having it dry cleaned. There electrical sockets at the tables so people can work, play games or do whatever I brought my laptop with me so getting stuff done during lunch hour is crucial. The isles are wide it’s very clean, so I think I found my new local outsourced laundry place.

Clean place and very organized. I might be cheap but I thought paying $4.25 for one load of wash is kinda expensive. Other than that no complaints.

Besides the fact. The floors are dirty and the lady working only wiped down the machines. I dont believe she is using disinfecting products to wipe down washing machines. She isnt wiping down the seats nor tables. Half The time she had her mask below her nose. There is no safe distancing being encouraged. Finding change in the machines is her major concern it seems. Shouldnt there be a limit to how many people should be in here at a time???

Clean, safe, well maintained with no broken down washers or dryer, and not overly expensive. Better to go on a week day or late in a weekend because it gets packed, filled with people taking over a whole wall of driers or hugging the laundry carts. Today there was a couple of ladies doing laundry for what appear to be a whole dorm, with at least 20 laundry bags ( no exageration).

I love this laundromat is the most cleanest and the prices are reasonable. They wipe the machines down quite often. I take my bulky blankets here to get clean and is always fast and easy!

We havent been in a laundry mat in 20+ years, but needed one yesterday and were wisely surpass to find this wonderful surprise in Round Rock, TX, close to IH35, downtown and the little league baseball park. The staff were delightful and took great pride in their clean establishment.This aint your grammas laundromat from years gone by, youll find sparkling clean machines that are all operational, laundry baskets that are functional, comfortable seating and wifi at a Starbucks speed.

This is the best laundromat Ive been to in years!! So clean and spacious. Excellent machines with reasonably priced extras. Free wifi!! This location is also my favorite, the area is so quaint.

I wanted to wash my queen size quilt before it got to cold and I know washing it in my home washer is a no no because of its size. It had been a while, well years actually since I had been to a laundromat. So as I always do I asked Google for the nearest one to me. It brought up The Big Clean on Mays. I had never noticed it was there. According to the pics it looked very nice so I decided to give it a try. Went around 4:00 pm on Black Friday, surprised it was not crowded at all. Walked in, wearing my mask of course, there were signs everywhere about the process. I wasnt quite sure, I know years ago laundromats were switching to cards you had to buy, put money on and use. Well I approached the desk, a very nice woman was there, wearing a mask and I explained my situation and she helped me straight away. I used my cash to get change from the change machine then she showed me the correct washer and dryer to use. After putting my quilt in the washer I went to the bathroom and washed my hands. Did the same after the Dryer, just in case. The attendant would periodically wipe the machines down with disinfectant but in this day and age I just felt more comfortable washing my hands.While waiting there, my goodness, the place started to fill up. I was so glad I got there when I did.Keep in mind that you have a lot of options here as payment. You can take cash and get change as I did, you can use your debit or credit card. The attendant also pointed out that they take in laundry themselves for customers, wash, dry and fold as well.My experience here was Top Notch! Definitely recommend to everyone no matter what your laundry needs are.

Honestly I always go to this laundry mat and I love it there is always open washers and dryers and its in and out. Always very nice workers as well.

Place is Clean! There is usually plenty of machines for use. I travel for work, life on the road Ill do laundry at laundromat like such. Returning after being away a year its still a good laundromat. Not as good as it was before the Covid pandemic.They do shut a lot of machines down to clean and sanitize I suppose? They turn off the largest washers at 9pm which are the ones I like and use. A minor inconvenience but not a huge issue. Will be my go to laundromat even if I have to go out of my way to get there.

Wow. Just left this laundromat with my clothes to go somewhere else. I just listened to the heavy set woman working here berate two customers over one not having a mask. I understand they are important but she went over the top with telling them about it. Definitely wont be returning if this is how the staff act. Back to round rock laundromat.

Minor technical issue with my dryer (very short 6 minutes when I added time) but otherwise not expectations.

Clean facility. There’s a park within a two minute walk if you have kids that are restless like mine. We walked to the park between wash/dry cycles. But there were quite a few strange characters who came in.

I came to this laundromat to wash my new comforter my husband and I just got off our wedding registry because our laundry unit is too small for it. Unfortunately, the comforter is ruined due to black smudges possibly from the machine. I also found a random peppermint within the comforter once I brought it home, indicating there was a peppermint left from another load in the dryer or washer. This comforter was brand new and it was the only thing I brought to clean so I know that the peppermint didn’t come from my things. I’m just a little disappointed since I was excited to get the comforter washed.

Great machines, absolutely horrible people in there. My wife came to visit me while on military orders as I am an EN Officer and the females working there were completely rude to my wife AND my kids. I am not sorry that my kids brought their own toys and played by themselves and I’m not sorry that my wife enjoys bringing them and using places like that as a teaching tool. I will be down here a while and hope the owners of this establishment either change their workforce or re-evaluate their purpose in the company.

Go to Spinzone 1008 n mays st round rock. I have been using this laundromat for several months. I will not be returning. My wife forgot her face mask and was told by the manager that she can not be in the building without one, she said thats fine im leaving, where the manager responded aggressively to leave then. She was disrespectful and rude. Now after reading reviews i see this is an ongoing issue. Theres better places to wash clothes. Spinzone is right up the street with better machines and nicer staff.**Update** After removing clothes from washer to go elsewhere to finish them. The manager turned off one of my machines, essentially stealing 4.50 from me. Now not only am I leaving this review, I will be contacting the BBB. Im sure the incident was caught on the cameras.

This is one of the cleanest laundry facilities ever. They have plenty of washer & dryers and they have different sizes. They also have vending machines with laundry products at reasonable rates & drink machines.

Its big and its clean like it says, never had any problems I think the bad reviews on here may have been teething problems but everything has worked smoothly me.Expect to pay 3 to $5 to wash an average load and another 1 to $2 to dry it.There is a drop off service with both a 48hr normal and 24hr rush service though Ive not priced this out.

The laundry mat is one of the last places I’d want to go. At least this place is really clean and modern. They offer a service where they will clean your cloths for you. This place also offers the convince of being able to use your credit/debit card to pay instead of cash. Overall I come here when I have to over any other laundry mat in the area.

Our washer broke down and it has taken a while to get an appointment. I haven’t washed clothes in a laundromat since my college days. I’m 65. The on-site attendant, Lisa, was so friendly & helpful. I dreaded it based on previous experiences, but the equipment is new. The facility is really clean. We even got a FREE wash because I used my debit card and we did 10 loads. Lisa, you made doing laundry fun! I will never think of the laundromat the same way. There were even 2 flat screen TV’s to watch the Cowboys and the Texans football games.

This customer service is worse can be those lady at the front desk they must hate been there they dont have a clue how to treat customers thanks to us they have a job Im customer for a few months now and always get my Landry done in the same day but this 2 ladys refused the give the same day service I will no recommend any body use their service

Very clean and well kept laundry Matt 24 7. The washers and dryers work great and the employees are very helpful. There is charging stations and places to sit. TVs and plenty of baskets too use. Definitely recommended for the area.

I like coming to The Big Clean to do my laundry. Its big & clean (like the name), plenty of machines, Loyalty Card option, comfortable, FREE WiFi & TVs. HOWEVER, today, UT Football was on ABC. Their 2 TVs were showing the Nebraska vs Northwestern game. Huh??? I looked around and no one was watching the game on either of the TVs. SO...I kindly asked if the station could be changed to ABC, so I could watch the UT (OUR University) game. She said she had been instructed not to change the channel. I guess I just dont understand. This is the only reason for 2 Stars...otherwise, 5 Stars. Just a bummer.

Best laundromat I have ever been to. Clean and machines are well maintained. Attendant was onsite and facility offers a wash and fold service. Dryer sheets and detergent can be purchased at the facility. Plenty of seats and outlets to charge electronic devices. Flat screen TVs mounted on walls for viewing to help pass time.

So I really did like this place at first . But one day when I went there I put my quarters in the wrong machine not all but a few and I went to push the return button to get my quarters back and nothing came out. So I went to tell the lady up front and she tells me your lost you should have never put I in the wrong one. I was like wow she even call her supervisor and that is the same thing she said. Like wow am I wrong or are they stuipd?? Smh never coming back here just lost a customer.

Over 80 towels have been lost here and when I finally have time to make a complaint just for the record Im told Im a liar.Last words from the manager today: the customer is not always right.Two stars because at least she was professional, the first manger basically told me to take a hike. I wouldve given this laundromat 5 stars but with these prices I cannot!!! We have been in CA for work the past 9 mo and the prices here are just as crazy expensive as CA!! They are overpriced for TX! The dryers are actually MORE expensive than CA! The dryers are $0.50 for 8 min then each additional $0.25 gets you 4 min more WHILE its running!! The 4 load washers we used had the base price of $4.75. I say base price because the price changes depending on soil level, water temperature and type of cycle!! We had a heavy soil, normal cycle with hot water and that was $5.25. The 3 load base price was $3.75. I cant really list any more prices accurately for the review. The facility is clean, restroom was clean, working ac and does have WiFi. They had two televisions with one that was working while we were there. They offer wash and fold services too. Types of payment accepted are quarters, debit, credit or the cash cards you can load there. They’re open from 5 am until 12 am.

Nice, new, clean. Machines are available in 4 or 5 different sizes from normal residential top loader up to gigantic novelty sized! They also offer drop off service if you dont feel like washing and folding it yourself. Very convenient.

Its always clean, sometimes its a wait to get your laundry done but doesnt that say something about the place? We love the efficiency and cost to do our laundry and the sizes of the washers! (OMG some of them are humongous) lol! Great seating too, not comfort wise but having somewhat enough for everyone thats doing their own dirty laundry. Thanks Big Clean!

I always have a very pleasant, quiet visit here when ever I am in the area. There is plenty of parking space for my RV-short bus and they always have fresh hot coffee for patrons. Clean, safe and secure feel. Free WiFi as well.

This is a bit far for me, but will now be my go to place! As soon as I walked in (first visit), the attendant noticed my confusion and came right over to show me how everything works.My clothes smell and look great. Love the option to do ALL my clothes in one wash!!I will be back weekly. Bonus, small park across the street, perfect for walking the pup while waiting.

This place is in a perfect location with plenty of parking in the back. its newer so the equipment is still in great condition. not overly prices, about average compared to the others. the attendant was sooooo nice and helpful. loved her! on Sundays it can be a little busy but not too bad and the other customers arent nasty either like some areas. vending machines for food drink and laundry items if you forget anything. and men and womens restrooms are up front.

Manager is friendly explained how you can use your cars or coins. Different settings on the machines, and explained different prices depending on the settings. There is really nothing to complain about. I will definitely be back and I have told all my friends about it.
