Went to Round Rock Laundromat for wash and fold service. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and was able to get me my clean clothes same day even though it was quite late in the day.

I wanted to wash all our blankets and so I tried “Round Rock Laundromat” and came preparing myself for the inevitable let down based upon my experiences of past laundromats. Upon entering the door I immediately thought of what my daughter likes to say when she’s shocked, “what! what?” Mike has this place clean and offers good coffee as well as a clean bathroom; I know, right?! “Did you say clean?” Yup. Also, I loved the row of extra large machines which I utilized and took a pic of. Prices were fair, and the wood counters they’ve built are plentiful. Use this place with confidence.

Great service here, very clean and super impressed with their setup. They have lots of change machines, coffee, TV and great waiting areas. Washers vary but some can take up to 5 loads! $3-5 for washers depending on the size. They have huge dryers, too, that are .25 increments (I spent 1.25 for 45 minutes). Definitely recommend.

Debbie is absolutely phenomenal. She works as hard as she can to make sure all your needs are met while your visiting. The atmosphere is nice and home and best of all it’s spotless.

Clean place. Lots of washers and dryers available. Price depends on the size washer you use. Ranges from $1.75-$4 a load. The dryers star at $.25 for 10 minutes. They have a few change machines too. Theres a few tables so you can fold laundry. Free wifi, yay.Edit: I really like this place. They always offer drinks (at least when I go) and the workers are always doing something. Theyre never just sitting around.

First experience at a laundromat in 15 years. I felt like I was at home the moment I walked in the door with Lou David. He is so friendly and helpful with everyone that walks in. I go to this laundromat at least once a year mostly to wash my comforters, big thick blankets, etc as I prepare for whatever kind of winter Texas will give us.This year this laundromat choose to even decorate for Halloween even to the point on Halloween night kido will be given candy. How Sweet is that. Maybe they always have done that and this year I choose to do my laundry in time for me to see all the awesome decorations.The manager is always polite and eager to answer any question and he even does a outstanding service of washing and folding laundry for a price. The lady I spoke to was in and out with a big smile on her face. Jokenly, I ask why and she all too eager as she informed me of their wash, dry and fold service. Great place to do laundry. Its nice and honey..like doing laundry in your own place. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. They even have a area for the children to relax and play, while you do laundry.

This place is so convenient, it is right by my home. Besides that, I enjoyed the cleanliness, the peeps, the atmosphere. Machines work great and prices are priceless. You can not go wrong here. I would give it a 6 star if I could, but google highest rating is a 5 star. I highly recommend it.

Awesome stare of always have fun when I come here. When I asked for some coffee she always runs and gets it for me. David was so kind so helpful it was the best laundromat I have ever been To such a nice environment he was so willing to help not from here but if I was I would only go there. And they had donuts they said they’re free and help yourself to coffee. And of course they sell laundry detergent which is a nice convenience. Some of the machines are old but they make up for it in the service and willing to help. I even left a piece of clothing behind and I called and they said they had it and the hold it for me anytime I want to come bye.

I came here today for the first time and the young lady that was working today around 10am was very helpful and friendly. She also made sure to greet everyone and help every single person that came inside. Washers and dryers are a very good price and the dryers dry super quick. Great laundromat! I recommend them!

The greatest laundromat. It is very convenient. They have plenty of washers and dryers. I had a chance to sit in their lobby area to watch TV and I really like it. The staff here are super nice. I would give it a 10 star for being a super Star laundromat, but google highest rating is 5 stars. They have everything you need: vending machines, plenty washer and dryers, clean place, clean bathroom, super staff, great lobby, slot if changing machines. I come here and really enjoy my time it. Doing Laundry doesn’t feel like a chore because this feels like home.

I travel for work and have been to laundromats all over the country. This is one of my favorites.David C. Was fantastic!! He was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I watched him check all the customers and left everyone smiling!Many X-large machines, TV, restrooms, snack machines, machines all worked.

I have been coming here and l really like it. It is great value for my money, prices are cheap. Dryers and washers work excellent. Great customer service. There is no high cost expenses that are passed on to you. You meet nice people while here too. They also have a good Mexican market and restaurants here in this shopping center. I gave choices of laundromat,but I choose this low cost no hype place. There is no place I rather be than here.

When my washing machine stopped working mid wash I googled and found that I lived minutes away from this location. I was intrigued by the high ratings so I decided to check it out. From the outside I thought “oh no. Gonna be roaches and trash everywhere.” That’s definitely not the case! Well when I walked in I was greeted and it surprised me. She asked me if I had any questions and even suggested what machine I should use. I had plans on sitting in my car but the vibe was so chill that I watched TV. I noticed the same young lady greet people by name. I couldn’t tell who worked there, who was her best friend, or customers. She was so kind. The place is old but it’s pretty decent for a laundromat. I was so surprised to see people actually drinking that coffee. Now that’s trust right there. I’ll probably never be able to do that but I’ll wash my clothes there again.

This is the BEST laundromat EVER EVER. I come from California and make trip to Texas because of my dad. I come here whenever I am in town. It is the best because they have plenty of machines, very sweet staff, and clean place. I left my bleach on the other side of laundromat, and the staff remember me to give me back my bleach. I do not like the commercialized laundromat. I love this Mom and Pop laundromat. Live it here and I highly recommend it to everyone. Please you have to try this laundro-mat!

This place really ROCK! I am serious. I found this place on google and decided to try it, after all it has 5 star rating. I rushed out my door with two screaming kids and laundry baskets in hand. Needless to say, it was a hectic morning to start since my washers broke, and I still have so much to do. I got there, and I opened my purse. I was in shock because I grabbed the wrong purse. I did not have any cash, but I have a debit card, thank goodness. I was so embarrassed. It was my first time here, and I did not know what to do.The nice gentleman guided me through every process: getting cash from ATM machines, showing me how to use the washers and dryers, making good recommendations to save me money on which specific machines to use. While I did my laundry, my kids play on the video games. It is a lot easier to keep them happy and occupied while I get my chores done.I am VERY IMPRESS and HAPPY with this place. The ATM fee is so cheap at $2.00. Other ATM machines will charge you $2.50 -$4.00. My clothes are clean from the hot water used in their super efficient washers. Dryers cost is cheap at 25 cent per 10 min so I was able to dry my clothes faster. I like the video games there. It was a no hassle, no stress self service laundry. Attendant is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to come here. I hope this post helps. If you have any question, dont hesitate to ask the attendants because they are super friendly.

It is so nice coming here early morning. It is fast, machines wash great. I come in and put, all before my kids wake up. Beautiful and efficient place. I recommend this place because it is cheap here for a mom on a budget. I went to another laundromat to try them out, and I choose to come back here. This is my place from now on.

I come here with my son to do our laundry. You are greeted when you walk through the door. Staff aways asked how you are doing and do you need help? They have excellent customer service and they are so sincere. I love it that their washers and dryers work and it is cheap. I always have a good experience here.

I like coming here and do my laundry weekly. It is clean, even the bathroom. It is not expensive. Everybody I meet is friendly. It is open to my convenient. I worked the night shift, and I find it is easy to come here in the early morning. I never ran into any trouble. Washing machines and dryers work really well. I recommend this place for everyone!!!

They have big load washer starting $5. Honestly best washer Ive used in a long time super soapy! But, the downfall are those dryers😒. You definitely make up for the money you didnt spend on the washer for the drying time! It was so frustrating coin, after coin😤. I wont be going back. Ill be buying my own washer and dryer. No more trying out different laundromat✌️

Fairly priced for sure a place to go when your on a budget

I left the Laundry Basket ( the previous owner and old management company) because this place was getting ran down. A friend of mine told me to come back under the new management and company, The Round Rock Laundromat & Coin Laundry. I was skeptical at first so I decided to do a little research. I checked them out on google and they are a 5 Star facility. They have professional website, extended operating hours in which they are open 24 hours and at 6am on Saturday and Sunday. They are on Facebook as well. I decided to give this location another try, under the new management. I do not regret coming back here.I like this place because for it convenient location. It is so close to HEP Plus and there is a new nail shop owner next door. I like the smiling staff and their willingness to help. I like the clean bathroom and overall cleanliness of the place. The washer has hot water, the ATM machine fee is cheap, washers and dryers work great. If washer or dryers have issue, problem get solved instantly because there is a technician on site. So I am a returning customer, and I am not planning on going anywhere else. I am glad I came back.

This is cheaper than paying electric and gas at my house. It only cost me 40.00 for a month worth of laundry at this laundromat, but at my house bills sky rockets to 350.00. Ive never had an interaction with the guy who is the attendant there. He has passed me plenty of times without saying a word. This past weekend I stopped by and he was interacting with others but I am assuming because the owners were present. One of the owners (a woman) was extremely friendly and even made sure to point out they had pastries. She even thanked me for stopping in. The place is always clean and always has machines available even when they are busy. Even though its one of the first laundromats in RR, I prefer this one over any others.

Open 24 hours with commercial size washer and dryers

I had such a rotten day, and then I still have to do my laundry. I did not have any cash on me because I use my credit card for everything. I found out that it is a coin operated Laundromat. I was mentally crying because I did not want to carry all of my heavy laundry back out to my car, on top of my lousy day already. The staff member saw my distressed face, and ask me what was wrong. I told him I only have my credit card. He told me he would help me by charging the amount on my credit card and then give me the cash to use for the washers and dryers. I was so relieved. I understand this is not something the Laundromat does typically, so I feel grateful for his thoughtfulness.This is excellent customer service. The staff here is so human. He did not ask me for my google rating, but I wanted the public to know that this is such a nice place. The silver washing machines and dryers work really well. This place is clean with clean bathroom. I highly recommend this place. Try them out.

I have been going to this place for many years because of their cheap prices. It used to be called The Laundry Basket, but the new name is Round Rock Laundromat & Coin Laundry. The new owner did not increase the price, so I am still here. I have seen the gradual changes under the new owner. It is cleaner, more well lit, and have helpful staffs. This morning, the attendant was sweeping inside and outside the shop. She wanted to make sure the store front was clean, and she even swept the front of the nail shop, next to the laundromat to make sure all of the surrounding areas are clean. I sat down on the bench in this nice weather located outside the laundromat just to relax. I still would have come because their prices are so affordable, but now it smells good and looks good which is an added bonus.

I used to come here with my dad, and I grow up around this laundromat. This place has changed, but for the better. It is great now with excellent customer service. She helped me by staying late. Clean environment, great working machines, awesome price. I also found my Star War buddy here.

I highly recommend this place. I got my wash and dry free today courtesy of a church group, which is a blessing because I really needed it.This place is cool. It is clean, my clothes wash and dry very well, and the customer service is excellent. The staffs are polite and other customers are pleasant. I never have my clothes stolen .

This place is real, they DO NOT try to get you to spend more money. They give honest opinion of what type of washing machines and dryers to use. My wife usually does the laundry, but she could not this time. I had a small load of clothes with me, and I was putting it in the $4.00 machines. The male staff saw me, and advised me to use a smaller washing machines, instead of the big one. So instantly I saved $ 2.00 by switching to a smaller washer. I was going to put $1.00 to dry my clothes for 40 minutes, but again he saved me money. He said I only need to spend 50 cent. I am clueless when it comes to doing laundry. Thank goodness I had help today. So if you feel lost like me, come here. I will gladly recommend this place to everyone.

Just found this well kept and air-conditioned establishment to do big laundry. I was greeted with a smile by Sara. Sara was very kind and helpful to me with instruction on the machines since its been ages since Ive used a coin laundry. Saras professionalism and wonderful personality along with access to sports on the mounted wall TV, made the time go by with out notice. Thank you Sara for your support, and I will be using Round Rock Laundromat & Coin Laundry on the regular, especially with big laundry.

They are super friendly and always stop and say hello and the place is cleaner then i have ever seen it, and... they are open 24 hours which is great when you cant make it earlier due to work schedules or life in general. I have tried some of the others because of the credit card option, but always come back here, its affordable and you know how much you are paying up front.

We had an amazing experience at this laundromat. It was our first time here and the attendant was extremely friendly, helpful, and made our experience very easy. It was super clean and had many functioning washers and dryers so we were in and out in about 35 minutes. We will definitely be back next week!

This is a GREAT place. It used to be the Laundry Basket, and the new people are cleaning up the place. It smells clean, look clean, bright lights, and easy to use washing machines. I like it because it takes coins. I don’t like the swipe card system. I do not want to leave money on the swipe card. I come here every week, and it only gotten better.

This place is cheaper than Spin Zone. It is a flat fee to wash here. I washed clothes for a big loader machines for a flat fee of $5.00 and there is no extra charge for hot water. I dont care about big screen TV or new machines as long as my clothes are clean and dry. I really like Round Rock Laundromat for their family fun Laundromat with their free WiFi. I will definitely come back.
