My sister originally had a wheel balance done on July 22, 2021. On July 28, 2021 she noticed that they broke the wheel lock. Which at that point she called a manager who told her to bring the car back. I started emailing the manager Dan on July 29, 2021. I informed him they broke her wheel lock, I sent pictures and let him know I would be bringing her car in. It wasnt even a week since the work was done and he tried to deny the fact that one of their technicians broke it! Today she dropped it off so they could fix it and this is how they returned it. You can see the technician damaged her wheel for the SECOND time and then tried to put paint over it. What a dishonest company!! As if we cant see that you clearly tried to hide it. I called Dan once again. Once again, NO APOLOGY! A second time she is being inconvenienced because of their faulty work. I HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere that treats their customers with respect and conducts honest business. To mess up TWICE and not accept any type of ownership of your employees mistakes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Nothing was offered for any compensation for their horrible mistakes. WASTE OF COMPLETE TIME.

Very good customer service, always answers my question. Will come back for sureEdit: I change my review because they filled and charged an AC refrigerant and telling me after my compressor dont work. I have paid 113.29 for nothing as I will need to evacuate, vacuum and refill the refrigerant. Do not go there if you want to save money.

Ive brought my car here for oil changes and inspections for years they took care of my Ford Fiesta and now my equinox. Im always impressed with the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful always. I always leave happy and they do an amazing job on details too. They cleaned my Fiesta so well Im pretty sure I got more for my trade in than I would have without their detail service. Love coming here. Thank you everyone...only improvement I can think of is maybe adding the ability to make appointments to reduce wait time.

I absolutely love that you can drive up and receive services without an appointment! They were very friendly and professional. The waiting area is spacious and they have water stocked for customers. I just moved here from out of state and this is a much better experience than where I came from.

There are some good places to take your car around the area. But after 25 years in Round Rock, Ive really taken to Kwik Kar. Always great sevice with a competitive to better than average price (especially compared to the dealers). Theyve saved us some money when telling us we didnt need the more expensive fixes others have pushed in the past. Yes, they and all businesses may try to up sell a bit, but not with the forcefulness some use. Happy to be a long time customer.

Went here to get an oil change and a state inspection. There was a line and it took a while but not longer than any other place in the area. We waited about 45 minutes with 5 cars in front of me so id say that’s pretty good. Prices are reasonable and staff is very friendly.

Came in for an oil change and car wash. Oil change earned discount on car wash. Was at a busy time of day but seating was comfortable and air conditioned. The woman that met me outside to discuss service was very personable and polite.

Overpriced and slow. The attendants are rude and act bothered when someone needs help. Appointment scheduling doesnt work on the website but the website still offers it. They could at least put a notice on the site not to use it. Very disappointing service.

I came to get my Mom’s car inspected for her. The guy that came to the car was super friendly and got the car pulled in to the bay right away to be inspected. The facility inside is clean and smells good. I like that there are couches to sit in comfort while waiting.

Great place for oil changes and car washes. Lobby is always clean. Staff is great from drive up, checking out to vehicle pick-up. Reason were return customers.

Every time I need my car inspected or clean I come here. They are alway fast and professional. I came about three months ago to get my seats cleaned and they did a fantastic job. I thought the stains would not come off but they did. Three months later my kids put stains again and I need to get them clean. And here I am again. The price is great for my little SUV and they did another great job. Will continue to come here.

Ive been here twice now to get my car inspected and each time I have to go and figure out if my car has actually been finished or not because no one communicates that with me after theyre done. I think they thought I was trying to leave without paying last time but I was just trying to figure out if they were done so I could go because it always takes longer than they say (think it took about 40-45 min each time, was told half that) and then no one tells you when its done. Will be finding somewhere different now.

Be Aware!!! They ripped me off!I went there with my car, because it was pulling to the right and I asked them to fix it. Instead of fixing the problem, they performed an alignment on my car which didnt fix the problem and turned out to be totally unnecessary.Because all I needed was a new tire on the passenger side. Thank god I had my car checked by another mechanic afterwards and he confirmed that they shouldve told me that instead of taking my money for unnecessary service.When I went there again to ask for an explanation, the Manager Jonathan R. Delarosa was really rude and even refused to provide me with an alignment sheet which normally comes with every alignment.DO NOT GO THERE!

I took my care here to have the oil changed and detailed. I pay the additional $21 To have them vacuum and wipe out everything. There was still trash in my backseat and dust on my gauges.

I went in to get a routine oil change, hoping to spend around $60 or less. I pull up and a lady comes out with a clipboard saying my van requires special oil and filter, which was $79.99. I’ve never paid that much for an oil change. I felt she was getting over. At the end of my service once oil was changed total came to $94.00😡. I was hot about it. My husband was upset once I told him what happened. I will not be returning. Double charged me!

This was my first time coming here I wasnt very sure about it passed by here multiple times for years but never thought about stopping here since I already had my inspection guy for years.These ppl are so professional and courteous will definitely be coming back I was very pleased with their service

We brought our truck today for detail that supposed to be $39.99 with tax =$45. Only to detail inside with wash. They got done quickly. But they said they have a new rate which they charged us additional $20 = totalled to $65. We didnt have time to complaint since theyre packed and busy. Is that price gouging due to pandemic ?? Sad..$20 more. We used to bring our vehicles here and we give good tips. They lost us. On top of this, they called my husband after 3 hours that our truck is ready, lol! We got it 3 hours earlier..

I went in for a car wash and got up charged $4 for having a Toyota Highlander. The service wasn’t any better than The Wash Tub, but the price was $8 more, and I felt it was very sneaky to advertise the wash at one price, and say nothing about an up charge until the car is done. Also, the lady who checks people out was away from her desk for an unusually long time, causing me to wait for too long to pay out. She explained the upcharge by saying “we have a sign”. I looked but didn’t see that sign. Not coming back here.

I scheduled an appointment to get a tune up. Got a confirmation email for this appointment. Called to say I was on my way and was told they werent very busy today. Sat in the lobby from 9:15 untill 11:45am before someone finally came to tell me they cant get to my car today. Im supposed to drive it out of town tomorrow. I sat there this whole time thinking my car was being worked on and now they cant see it at all?! That took time away from me being able to find someone else. W.T.F.

Pricing is fair and the quality is great! I have a Jeep Wrangler unlimited and Im always done within an hour. My jeep usually comes in pretty dirty and the staff does a great job in cleaning the interior out so well! Staff is always friendly and efficient. I usually go with the Ultimate for $34 plus the mats. The amount of cleaning detail is beyond that price 😁

Seems like super fair prices, check engine light went on yesterday so brought it on to check and get an oil change. They seemed busy but they got to our car in super quick and ran a diagnostic and told us right away what the issue was and was very clear about what they would do for us.

Critical: ProfessionalismSo I came today because a friend recommended their car wash. I was particularly interested with the monthly unlimited pass. So I came in around 1P. I went inside to inquire and noticed there was a line to get to the front desk. I went ahead and fall in line. Probably waited 15-20 mins to get to my turn. So eventually it was my turn, I asked the older gentleman at the front desk my different options for the monthly unlimited car wash but instead he asked me to go to the side so he can assist the other people behind me. I initially thought ok, maybe the person behind me was in hurry so I accommodated the request to step aside. After he assisted the person beside me, I thought he was going to call me to give me my options but instead ignored me and assisted the next person in line. I tried to understand that maybe they are more important than my inquiries but first When I went inside I was courteous enough to wait for my turn to be assisted but instead got ignored because probably I wasn’t that important to them. All I was asking was my options for the monthly car wash but got ignored. Anyway, my suggestion to the manager, please include those pricing on your website so your future customers can see it. Also suggested to have some flyers in your office so people can get one and last but not the least to respect your future customers time. I’m so ready to sign up for the monthly pass but because of this incident I went home dissatisfied and disappointed with the person at the front desk. I’m hoping that this serve a lesson to treat everyone equally in your business not just the current customers but to your future customers as well.

I usually have a great experience but for some reason today it was definitely subpar. I feel like I had to go home and clean inside of my car myself. I paid for the ultimate wash but definitely didnt receive that. Hopefully its better next time.

They are good for oil change and simple stuff, however i went in to get my ac fixed, they told me AFTER they already filled the refrigerant that i had a leak and said i didnt need it fixed right away, I should have been given the option before they worked on it and charged me $90. Ridiculous, i will be going somewhere else with better rating to get what i need fixed by a professional . Do not trust everything they say . Let me just adjust this since it didnt transfer through your head that i was NOT aware of ANYTHING because NOBODY told me what was wrong with my car before hand and you are supposed to tell the customer before just working on my car, then you proceeded to tell me when it was done and did NOT give me an option to fix it.. your words were come back when it gives out again then we will fix it. what kind of customer service is that ....

I am always impressed and satisfied when I take my vehicle to Kwik Kar Wash and Automotive. Today I got there almost at closing time, but that did not change how thorough the Associate who did the detailed clean and sheen was. I sat in the lobby watching him work and believe me, I was wondering if he knew it was almost closing time,, because he was really thorough, (not slow, just very thorough). My only disappointment is that I forgot to get his name, (How could I?) but I want to personally thank him, my thorough detailer at Kwik Kar at 1500 E Old Settlers Blvd, Round Rock who made my Ford Explorer look spanking today, August 11, 2020. THANK YOU for being good at what you do. Overall, this location is and will always be highly recommended by me. Great service, great price, great staff.

I went in for an inspection at the month. There was one car being inspected and one car ahead of me. I left my insurance on the dash and keys in the ignition and went inside to sit in the air con. 35 minutes later they called my name, I paid and left. They were busy, but got people out on the regular.

Fantastic service! Took my XTerra in for a state inspection, the technician met me as soon as I pulled up, about five minutes prep time, ten minutes to inspect it, a couple minutes to settle the charges with the manager on duty. In and out under 20 minutes. Staff was cordial and efficient. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Went in for a wash and interior clean for a car I am flipping. I wanted to insure the interior was cleaned well and was told the $40 wash and interior clean would do the job. Dash still had dirt and stuff on it as if it were never touched or cleaned well. Door panels still dirty. Door jambs still untouched. They did a fair job on the exterior wash and dry but I was really interested on the interior. I wasnt expecting it to look like it had been detailed but at least cleaned and some kind of protectant used for the plastic parts. When I mentioned it to the person in charge I got an attitude. This isnt the first time I have had this experience at this location either. Today they were the only place I could find open so decided to try them again. I think in the future I will find somewhere else.

They are always easy to get in and they do a very good job. I had stopped twice on different days at Firestone to get a vehicle inspection done. Both times was told they had a 2 hour wait. Not the case here. Plus the waiting room is clean and very nice.

Outside looks great, inside was done horribly. I specifically told the guy I dont really care about the outside, but I need the inside vacuumed really well. What I got was a nice shiny car wash on the outside and the inside looks barely touched. I am going to have to go re-vacuum and wipe down the interior myself.If you go here(I suggest you dont), get the cheapest wash they have (16.00) and then go down the road and vacuum the car yourself at HEB. This place isnt worth the money unless your car just needs a touch up, and then it still isnt worth the money as you can do the job they did in about 20 minutes with some wipes, a shop-vac and tires dressing..

I have been taking all my vehicles there for several months. Always have had a great experience. I have the unlimited hand wash package for my Hellcat and get it washed about 3-4 a week and seats conditioned about once a week. They do an AWESOME job. If I ever see something not quite to my high standards, they always take care of it right then and there. The staff is very friendly and know me by name. John, the manager, is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Under carriage was not washed, took over 2 hrs, and got an extra charge on top of the 150 I spent. Wont be coming back. Edit: did a great job in the inside. Cleaners were moving constantly while the salesman spent his time on the inside. Hope I have good employees like that one day

I randomly stopped to get my car washed in Round Rock and was SO impressed with my service advisor Kyle Vongotten. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services that they offer and my car was done in less than 15 minutes. The prices are affordable and the waiting room is super spacious!! I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Little on expensive side but they do a great job, very courteous and pretty quick. Full service car wash which is nice.

The inspector (short white/Hispanic man) was rude and demeaning. I came in for an inspection, and he said my windows were too dark (ok no big deal I’ll go elsewhere). He seemed angry and annoyed and talked to me like I was nothing. Get better workers who don’t show how much they hate their jobs. As a young woman, this experience makes me not want to trust car mechanics. The disrespect was shocking and unwarranted. If you’re a woman and choose to come here, have a man come in for you. Disappointing (I never write reviews but this was ridiculous)

I like going here for the convenience but they ALWAYS find something extra wrong that costs more money. ALWAYS an up-sale. Youll fail inspection for windshield wipers every year, but dont worry, they are ready with a cost sheet for thier expensive wipers so you can pass.

I just used Kwik Kar services and was so impressed. I got an oil change..inspection...and car wash with detailing. Even though they were busy they did not rush my truck through. They did a thorough job and it looked great! I am used to looking over the work when i get the truck detailed and it seems at other places i am always having to point out areas that have been missed. This was not my experience with Kwik Kar Wash. Everthing was cleaned perfectly...nothing was overlooked. I will definately be using them in the future. The wash with the detailing was only $65! I cannot belueve for that price that i got the level of cleaning that i did.... A+

The service was complete and thorough, and the job was done well. However it did take 2 hours for an oil change, wash and tire rotation. The estimated time was 45 minutes, and that seems reasonable.Good price and service you can trust...just dont be in a hurry.

This location does great work at fair prices, and has a professional and friendly staff. The team at this location did some amazing work on my girlfriends car, and it was done quickly and efficiently. The owner Glynn is a genuine and honest man who puts his name behind his work.
