I just got my Kia Rio from Kia of Round Rock and everything was perfect! As a first time buyer I did have quite a few questions and concerns and Alex was super kind and patient and listened to each and every one of them. He made sure we understood everything about the vehicle we were selecting and to get us the best possible price. I have already recommended Alex to my friends and family, as I could not have had a smoother experience in my first car purchase. I’ll definitely be back in the future!
This dealer never lets you down with the level of incompetence they provide. I spoke to a customer care rep who lied about the availability of a vehicle on the lot, the agent even provided me a sell price. The agent wasted my time, as I visited the dealership and could not see the car in-fact the dealership had not decided if the car would be sold on the lot!And guess what else? the agent refused to respond to my calls, completely ghosted me at the dealership!!!HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
Went there to look at the new carnival for my wife and walked around for 20 minutes before a salesman walked out. This was around 5 in the evening. The salesman was very nice and helpful. I saw the window sticker said 35900 which I was very happy with BUT!!! When my wife called back to set up a time to come look at it the salesman she spoke too said it was 41000. Due to inflation, supply and demand. SO we called around and all Austin dealers were the same price. BUT!!! Head north my friends to find a WAY!!! better deal. Go to UNIVERSITY KIA of Waco. The same Carnival is 37000 and that is only cause the add a paint and interior protectant. Very disappointed that they mark a vehicle up 5-7 thousand. The salesman that I spoke to said they were the number one dealer in the Austin area. 🤔 Well maybe not now if people read this.
Great sales guy only ask for Clarence he was very informative. The whole experience was wonderful. This is our 4th KIA from Round Rock. Will only deal with the best in the business.
Be careful here. This place is getting more shady by the month. Just read a kxan article where they refused to honor an online price. Not too long ago, my oil level went below the low indicator after I had got it changed there a thousand miles prior. Two oil consumption tests later, they say its normal. They know of the issue causing excessive bearing wear ultimately leading to failure.
Rob was great! This is the second car our family has purchased with him. Kelly in finance was excellent and every efficient. She even got us a better rate than we expected.
Sean made she he explained all costs to me upfront and then called me to verify the price before they got started with the repair and it was $45 less than original quote. They were finished ahead of schedule and my car looked fantastic when I picked it up

I hopefully will never take my car here (Round Rock Kia) again. The service advisor was rude, said he tried to contact me all day (I replied to his texts and tried multiple times to call him back, but he claims he never got them) and then blamed it on me. The service department does not answer the phone (but sales sure does!). I was left waiting outside work for an hour (100 degree TX summer) for the shuttle I requested (that had not been arranged come to find out). When I finally reached the service advisor, he was very condescending when I asked about my cars diagnosis and refused to make eye contact with me when I finally got back to the dealership to pick it up. I took the car elsewhere and received a different diagnosis that sounded more in line with the problem. Like I said, I hope I never have to go there again!Update: after posting this, I received a reply from the owner that said it was inadvertently posted for John Eagle Acura. I looked and it is definitely Round Rock Kia, so Im not sure if they are deflecting, or what. I would like to add that before writing my original review, I did try numerous times to reach out to RR Kia to share my concerns. When calls went unanswered, I requested from the website to be contacted by the Service Manager. The next day I got an email from a salesperson telling me they would be glad to help with my new car search. Ugh. Just beware of the service (or lack thereof) from this place.
My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership last weekend. We had it a total of 5 days and all of the service lights came on. When we called to speak with service we couldn’t get through to anyone. After 25 attempts to contact the service department, we called the salesperson who sold us the car and he let us know that the car was “sold as is” and there was nothing they could do. When we purchased the car, we were told it was in great shape and when we drove it off the lot it was running fine. Now, less than a week later, we’ve spent thousands to potentially have a car that won’t run and the dealership will not help. We scheduled an appointment to have it looked at tomorrow but our hopes are not high for service levels and willingness to work with us.

I received great service from Kia of Round Rock. I was grateful for staff person Jamie in the service department. She and her team worked hard to get my air condition in my car repaired. They even had a car rented from Hertz that they paid for while the repairs were taking place. Thanks so much for getting my air condition running again!
We had an appointment to have our car looked at and were quoted 5 days for a diagnosis and we can only get a rental until the car is diagnosed. Okay, understandable. We can work something out for 5 days. We show up for our appointment and no one acknowledges us despite there being 4 or 5 people in the service area. A simple, Ill be right with you. Is all it would take but we were just stared at until we asked someone about our appointment. We were then told that it would take 2 weeks to diagnose our issues and that they would not offer a rental before that, even though this is our only car. We bought an extended warranty for this car and that is the only reason we are bringing it here. Customer service is something a business should build up around to bring customers back.
Jose at Round Rock Kia was AMAZING! He was patient, understanding and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. We were even there way after closing and he made sure to get me back in for a detail on my car. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a new car!

The reason of my terrible review is the manager Michael Rodriguez, he was very rude and absolutely not helpful!He have asked me, do I want to buy a car now? When I says, I want to know more about two models Kia Sedona and Kia Sorrento - he told me that now they are busy with end of the month and he says - “I’ll give you my card and walk you out”I wast absolutely shocked as never had such experience in my life.So I’ve asked him, why are you saying you walking me and my wife out? He says, because I thought you are not interested in anything else...So I hope real management will take action and that guy will have what he really deserved, as he only care of money with fake smile.Never ask this guy for help!👎
I have always had an amazing experience when purchasing from this dealership. I have purchased at least 4 vehicles from this specific location. My twin sister and mother have also purchased their vehicles here. We love the service we typically receive. However, I am extremely disappointed with the issue that I’m experiencing at the moment.I purchased a 2021 Kia Sportage and haven’t even had it for a year. Recently, my lane sensors, high beam sensors & another sensor decided to malfunction. I was able to get my car in with Kia service the next day. However, they were only able to change the oil and fix the recall issue. I have read online that this seems to happen a lot to cars that are parked in high areas of heat. I even EXPLAINED TO MY SERVICE TECHNICIAN.. that my car was parked at my cousins house for 3 days in the heat and once I drove off - the sensors came on. I have a feeling I’m having the same issue as others but the technician said it can’t be the heat. I don’t believe that. I was advised that it would be 1-2 business days before the tech team could give me a resolution. It is now going on past a few business days and I have heard nothing. When I call, I am hung up on. It takes at least 30 minutes to an hour to connect to someone. I even texted my direct service representative and received no response. It is so embarrassing to have a new vehicle and not want to drive it because passengers will ask questions and it’s a brand new car.Super, super disappointed.

She answered all my questions got me taken care of with the shuttle service and had me back right around the time she quoted me with my vehicle being done. I have some follow up work pending still but if it is anything like what I have already experience the follow up work will be greatly serviced as well.
We had a great Friday night at Southwest Kia in RR. We showed up late really thinking wed just rule out a car from our search and really loved the new Telluride. The vehicle sercice I received at KIA of Round Rock was 10/10! Jamie was a pleasure to work with! She didnt encourage any unnecessary work on my vehicle. She recommended replacing a tire that could have ultimately been unsafe if not replaced. She offered me a ride home in lieu of waiting in the owners lounge. And she had my dirty vehicle washed for me free of charge!
I had a good car buying/leasing experience. Fidel was outstanding as my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He was happy to go at the speed I wanted during the process making the buying experience low stress.Kendall was very efficient in the finance office and helped me secure the right lease option for my needs. He also went above and beyond to resolve a small wrinkle in the checkout process.Overall, good service and a fair price (not cheap, but fair). I recommend giving them a try.

Extremely disappointed in this dealerships reps. Website shows a 2021 Black Kia Sorento EX AWD for $38,175 and we called on Saturday and spoke to a salesman. He asked us to send him photos of my trade in on Monday. We took the photos of my trade in but found that we had accidentally deleted the text message the salesman had sent with his contact info. We called and spoke to a different salesman on Monday morning and told him that we were to send pictures to a person we talked to on Saturday. We gave the salesman the stock # MG061394 and the price and told him we were interested in getting the estimate on trade in for my vehicle to go towards purchasing this specific vehicle. The salesman asked if we talked about financing on Saturday and we told him we had not, we just talked about sending photos of my vehicle that was being used as a trade in for this vehicle for an estimate. He commences to tell us that since this vehicle that we are inquiring about is hard to keep in stock, they are flying off the lots, that the asking price is actually $43,000.00. My son told him that the website shows list price as $38,175 and he was once again advised that price is just the MSRP. Excuse me??? You have it listed $5,000 less on the website!!! We told the salesman we were no longer interested and we would take our business elsewhere. I was able to find a 2021 Audi locally with more for less than $43K. Sorry the sale was lost for the salesman we first spoke with.
Sean Knox was my Service Advisor at Kia of Round Rock. Sean did an outstanding job. I brought in my new 2022 Telluride to put a new skid plate which I thought was an add on option. The Skid Plate was installed. I inspected the installation with Sean. After the inspection Sean realize there must have been a miscommunication of some kind. The Skip Plate Kia of Round Rock installed actually replaced a skid plate that was already in place. So it actually was not an add on option. Sean, realizing the error, brought my Telluride back in the shop and put the old, still functional, skid plate back on my car and reversed the charges. Sean went above and beyond to ensure he had a satisfied customer. Thank you Sean and Kia.

I called to enquirer about the availability of a specific car in the color I wanted. I spoke to Matt who said he was getting one on Wednesday. I let him know I was driving all the way to San Antonio to drive one since that was the closest one available to test drive and I could confirm it was in fact the one I wanted. Once I confirmed I called Matt back to discuss pricing. He gave me the same price all dealers within a 250 mile radius gave me. BUT, then he stated that there was a $2,500 markup at the dealership because of the availability and that ALL dealerships were doing this. I in fact know this is a lie and a scam. I’ve been to 15 dealerships in the last 4 days and not a single one has this “markup”. I was able to find a dealer that was able to get the car in for me from another dealer and drive the same day to get it and I paid significantly less than I would at this dealership.
Business must be good, stood in the lobby five minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. Plenty of other dealerships in the area.

I have been coming here since I bought my car in 2016, I will say I have never been more let down by them. My car has been having some oil issues, I have been told by them that I would have to give them my car for a month with no option for a loaner. That is not the costumer service that I have ever had from them. I have taken it to the Kia on 183 in Austin and they immediately took it in and started diagnostic testing on it. Once they know what is wrong they told me that I would have a loaner while the fix the issues. I will never go back to the Kia in round rock. Thanks for a good 4 years.

Was told to come in and talk with prior sales man about spec. On a 2020 plug in hybrid lxs vehicle that I already purchased about a month ago ..some safety features are not what I was informed....I waited almost an hour and half. Before I decided to ask; is he coming back? Informed me; that he already left for the day?? Manger explained: :I will try to get someone to inform u on the specs never came back. To discuss possible getting another vehicle because, not what I expected##comment to admission:: my kia niro plug in hybrid is a (LXS MODEL NOT LX MODEL)..so that shows dont do what I was told....then u ignore me when I drove over 40 minutes up there!! From youre reviews u have best I dont even do service!! I will be trading it in!!! I advise not to go to this place!!
The parts department was not well-attended. There was a fentleman waiting when i arrived. We both waites for some time. When it was my turn the rep got the cinema number to look up the part I needed. Rep had to go in the back to look up parts, etc. He went in the back again to order and when I tried to verify that he had placed the order there was no one around. The bell to ring for help was not loud enough to be heard. I paid for the part but wanted to verify when it was expected. The cashier said she didnt know and told me Id have to check with parts department. So again I went back to parts and rang the bell and no one came. I gave up and left. Called my husband and told him hed have to call to find out eta. The guy in the service drive up line was very nice and helpful when I arrived. The rest of the staff had me feeling invisible.

My wife and I went to Kia of Round Rock to purchase the 2022 Kia Seltos Nightfall edition AWD Turbo (fantastic vehicle). Matt F originally helped us on Friday afternoon, but we were hesitant on buying at first because the price quoted and monthly payment was a little more than what we had planned on spending. This was no fault of Matts at all, the vehicle market is crazy and we didnt expect a markup on it. We decided to leave and only made it two exit away before changing our minds. We immediately tried to call Matt to tell him we were coming back, but he unfortunately had already left for the evening. Upon returning we worked with another Matt. Both really great salesman. Went through majority of the paperwork to hit a stopping point to find out that the seltos was so new to the lot that it hadnt been inspected yet. Matt set us up with a loaner car a 2022 Kia soul and we went home and returned the next day on Saturday. No big deal we needed to bring the 2nd key to the vehicle we were trading in back anyways. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Profesional and clean environment. 10/10 would purchase from them again.
The first time we came to the dealership, it took us walking around the whole car lot and then walking inside for a sales rep to finally assist us then we left 10 mins later, 5 days later we come back because they had a specific SUV we wanted to see. We check in at front desk and we are told that we had to wait 40+ mins to get a hold of a sales rep to do a test drive, no problem, time goes by and we are greeted by Greg. Greg seemed very motivated to help us get a car however very pushy to sell us a brand new car but we were not interested. He took us for a test drive around the car lot, asked a couple of questions and then we went inside to discuss numbers and after a couple of counter offers we were able to secure a great deal! Greg made the financing part really easy for us and broke down the numbers for us and had us out in a couple of hours (it took about 5 hours total from waiting to test drive to leaving the car lot) but overall it was one of the best experiences we had out of all cars we have bought in the past. Id like to give Greg 5 stars for his customer service however our first experience is what made us give the dealership 4 stars. Thank you once again Greg!

I called this location yesterday around 6pm in the evening to view availability on a Cadenza sedan. Spoke with angel the sales manager in charge working Saturday evenings. He assured me that he would email or text me more information. I was ready to come purchase the vehicle today. I never heard anything back and they closed at 8pm. I filled out all my info online so I could be contacted in the morning. Finally received a text from Alex ceik about the vehicle and before I know it the vehicle is sold. I was already half way to Roundrock from Plano. This is the most inconsiderate, unreliable, unprofessional, fake, dishonest, and inconsistent Kia dealership Ive ever contacted. The communication is horrible and the manager is very inexperienced. If I could have put a deposit down I would have but I was never given the opportunity absolutely unbelievable. Avoid this waste of time with this unprofessional and inexperienced manager.

I especially was dreading sales people, but Steven Atkinson changed all that. He was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and if my husband asked a question that he didnt know for sure the answer he took the time to go ask whoever he needed to to make sure he got the correct one. Jessica in finance was awesome as well. Explained everything where we could understand exactly what we were signing, no surprises, and she was very patient with questions also, my husband asks a lot of questions, lol. So thank you both for making our experience so much fun!!!

We visited the show room on July 3, 2021 and at this time there is a severe car shortage according to the sales person.He flatly stated that the car prices are skyrocketing. For the Kia Carnival he said to add an $8,000 premium to the listed price and for the Telluride, mark up the listed price $15,000 making the starting price $66,000 for the car we were shown.We are not that desperate to buy a Kia at those prices.

The guy said that I needed to leave the car and he will call me. He said that I needed to sign an approval of reparation (like if he already knew there were something to be repaired) and I told him my car has the manufacturer warranty and he said that he wasnt sure if it was a manufacturer problem without even knowing what was going on. I told him I couldnt leave it because I live in Austin and he said theres a kia in Austin. This guy was like sick of everything. Bad experience compared to the way I felt in the Austins Kia.
I made an appointment on Monday for an oil change, I called them to make a later appointment, they couldn’t even find me, the girl transferred me to a voice mail, so I called back to service the guy who answered said he couldn’t find me and transferred me also, to a voice mail so I called back to make a new appointment the girl said she needed my vin number half way through giving it to her she hung up really? I love my Kia but I will never buy one from here or take my Kia there. You need someone who knows what they are doing to answer the phone. Very disappointed
This place is a gimmick car was advertised for 22,900 get there the price is 29,000 so be careful when you get there,it’s,the 2nd time I have tried to buy a Kia and both time was very disappointing just beware they are pricing you to get you in and then it a completely different sorry. The owner responded to me said I was looking was looking @ Forte FE that is simply not true I was looking at a GT and the advertised was a GT they brought me up a GT to look at, that’s when the price was different, looks funny to me that the following Saturday I went to Plano and bought a GT for 24,900 minis 1750 rebate & it’s in my driveway now, so don’t be so quick to tell someone they are mistaken.

My wife left her car at this dealership to get its weekly checkup, when the car came back it was completely out of whack and put a serious wrench in our finances. Because of their mishandling she was left stranded out on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Horrible place, would recommend you look elsewhere to get assistance. customer service was HORRID.

I drove in from California and once I got here my husband called and said there was a recall and I needed to take my 2020 Soul in for the recall. Being as though Ill be driving back in a couple of months I took it in.The customer service was great! I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and then my Service Advisor Gagan Kondal was came out and was very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. I had to wait for my car with 3 small grandchildren and it didnt take long at all. After the completion of my car Gagan came and got me and walked me to my car and asked if I had anymore questions.
Spent an hour there only to be told they were jacking up the price of a 2021 Telluride by 15k due to shortage of vehicles. Yet when asked other dealership they are only asking 5k extra. They dont even tell you at the beginning nor is it on the vehicle sticker. They blindside you and think its OK saying everyone is willing to pay the extra money for these vehicles. Not I! BS!
Clarence King did an awesome job guiding us through the purchase of our 2021 Kia Soul Turbo. The closing was smooth and the state of the art digital signing was something to applaud! Would definitely purchase from here again.

Are not returning Gap money on last vehicle ****,when you want a refund they ignore you, they do not call you back, do not purchase Gap. Because if you get another vehicle. They will slow delay returning it !!!!

We were told at the dealership they are selling cars 15k over MSRP due to the current shortage.. This shows your low business ethics and what you do in times like these to help regular folks... RIPOFF place!BYCOTT THIS PLACE AND TEACH THEM A LESSON.
My friend just bought the car here. I helped him to buy a car because he coudnt speak english well. Anyway the finance guy was so rude when we sign the contract, I tried know what is each document but he seems didnt want to explain it to me at all. My friend didnt buy warranty plan so he seems mad about it. But my friend doesnt want to do the process of buying a car, so we just did whatever we need to. I just looked detail of documents after we signed and I found $1,920.00 for maintenance plan charged. Nobody explain about this charge while we are buying the car. Right now Im trying to talk to salesman. I hope they can give the right answers.
