Stopped by to grab our new modem set-up and everything went smoothly! We just walked in and provided our information. Fortunately, when we went, there was no line. It took maybe 5-10 minutes to get everything completed. Customer service was professional and friendly! Highly recommend this location for any pickups or returns.

If I could give this zero stars I would. There needs to be an actual store number not just a general spectrum number so you can get in touch with people their business hours say 10 AM to 8 P.m. and yet they’re closed at 2:30 PM with no way to figure out if it’s closed for the day or if they’re at lunch or why they’re closed. I drove all the way here for apparently no reason. I normally wouldn’t complain but there’s no sign, there’s no way for you to contact the actual store... every time you call a spectrum number it gives you an automated response. I just want to get in touch with someone but apparently you can’t do that

Alaina did a great job today, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, understood the issue and resolved it; that is great member of the spectrum team.

I wanna give less but some of the employees are nice. My first time with an internet service. I was to be charged $50 for only internet, nothing else. Guy tacks on $12.99 phone attached to it. So my bill ended up being $62.99 plus whatever tax. I went in store to fix it.(after calling three different days on the phone for about 40 minutes each before being forced to get store help) so when I got in store and explained the problem. They did fix it to where it wouldn’t be there again but they made me pay just the internet and not the phone and they would fix the phone bill part. They never did so I had to pay the full amount plus the old phone bill so my internet could be turned back on. Pretty upsetting.

This was my first time in this location and I must say it was Wonderful.Clifton was an entire vibe, meaning his service was Amazing!I have been a spectrum customer for years, now that I know Clifton is at this store, it will be my main store.Thanks Clifton!

Alinan and Dane are awesome! I needed to make changes to my services as well as trade in my DVR for a new receiver... Alinan and Dane listened to my needs and help me create a service package that fits my needs. They both were polite, professional, knowledgeable and wanted to ensure that I was happy with the service. Alinan and Dane are ROCKSTARS!

The Roswell location has by far redeemed my faith in Spectrum. The amazing representatives by the name of Alihna, Brandon and Chantelle all took great care of me. Their expertise, professionalism and hospitality during my visit not only resolved my issues and concerns but made me feel beyond welcome and like family.
