Super fast Fiber! Have it at home and office. So much better that others I have had in past.

After 1 month of Fiber Srvc, Im ready to go back to cable. Im so disappointed. The speed was supposed to be consistent, super fast both ways regardless of time of day. It lags so bad. I feel like Im on dial up half the time.

I called to speak with the Plateau people regarding the fiber installations. They were very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about getting everyone interested in their new product.PLEASE help bring Roswell into the 21st century and spend the $10 to pre-register your address. I am fairly new to town and am currently paying TOP dollar for embarrassingly low speeds ... WITH a data cap. Im honestly furious at the lack of quality internet providers in Roswell. Plateau Fiber would be a TOTAL game changer. It will offer lightning fast speeds that you literally cannot get from any of the current providers AND will be the most affordable.Neighbor to Neighbor - I am BEGGING YOU! Please pre-register your address to boost the interest in your zone! They told me they start construction on Zone 17 September 1st, just imagine the SPEED you could have by the end of the year! AND THE SAVINGS - I am weeping at the money Ill save and all the extra time I will have on my hands not being on hold with tech support. PLEASE! Its $10!

This is by far the WORST ISP I have ever seen. AOL dial up was even faster. Internet is constantly going off or it is really slow. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
