I live where wireless internet is the only option I got t-mobile home internet pay 60 dollars a month and I download at 80mbps or faster and they dont throttle or cap the data closer you are to tower faster it goes.
Im paying 65 a month to have my smart tv time out from making a Facebook post on my cellphone.
They would not listen to what I tried to tell them

Went 1 week with no internet when I finally got my connection I was only getting 4 mbs when I payed for 40mbs dont get their service.
Agreed that this is the worst customer service you can get Im paying for 40 MB and Im on getting around 15 tops very slow internet speeds. tried calling customer service not much help techs have been to my house 3 separate times with no avail still have 15 MB speed just take your business elsewhere!
What a pain in the neck. It comes and goes so dang much its driving me crazy. Fix your S*** century link we pay for full time service not coming and going service
Horrible service are paying for 40MB only being able to 1MBfind a different provider.
Why in the world its so difficult to communicate with this communications company in this day and age is beyond me! They make it so tedious and laborious its a wonder they still have customers!

Horrible service I waited For my connection date which was on a Saturday just to find out they couldn’t connect my services. It cause me to be forced to wait until Monday to even attempt to get any other services!

I would have given zero stars of I could have. The worst customer service. I paid for wifi and the installation fee totaling $124.04. Here I am, a month later with no internet. They have not reached out to me. I had to call them several times to see what was going on. When they initially came to install, there is a box in the alley they need to access, but it happened to be in a neighbors back yard and they could not access without permission. I was told they would contact the neighbors and then get it hooked up. I waited and waited and never heard a word so, I called and they scheduled the installation again for 9/10. Well that day came and went so I called this morning. They told me I needed to reach out to the neighbors in order for century link to gain access. I started that I didnt even know what neighbors it was, and that I dont work for century link, that was why I paid them for their services. They were rude told me to call another number and ask them what neighbor it was so I could go ask! Um NO! I requested my money back and they couldnt even give me an account of time when my refund el be processed. Worst ever.
